優點: "Was able to get home toward Los Angeles with delays and change in plane so did not get proper seating as reserved."
缺點: "The plane was delayed from Tokyo to Los Angeles due to a pilot staffing issue. The plane stopped in Honolulu at 6:00AM in the morning and no staff was able to assist so they made everyone go through the run-around to have the luggage scanned for agriculture. Then they stated that even though we had pre-check, we did not qualify and the boarding pass was not issued with Honolulu to LAX. Over 5 hours delay and did not know that we could have stayed in Hawaii free room and meals. Terrible and one of the worst vacations ever for returning to the US. The food was not great."

缺點: "This was a JetStar flight, not JAL as the title says. I've only had good experiences with JAL. Despite paying for two pieces of baggage, I had to pay an extra charge. One of my pieces was a pair of light skis (5kg, well below the allowed 20kg) that were apparently too long for normal baggage. It is just another way to extract an extra fee. Seat spacing on Jet Star is dismal. Thankfully it was a short flight"

優點: "Our flight was delayed due to lightning strike on arriving flight, we were transferred to non stop EVA Airline so we can get home and not need a connecting flight in Japan. JAL did all these arrangements without us requesting it. They also were very polite and got our luggage in time to be on the flight with us. JAL is truly a top airline in the world."

I used to every time get excited to fly with Thai. this time i had two Thai connections between Tokyo - Bankgkok and Bangkok-Delhi, both times my two young minor children were automatically seated away from me and each other also during checkin process. it took a lot of time and convincing the agent to get my own children seated with me on long international flights! Food service was worse than expect for name of Thai airways!"

缺點: "the plane was Hot! So hot we couldn't use the blankets. The staff in Tokyo did not want to let me and my twin 11 yr olds board early. We need extra time to be organised and in our seats for a very long flight. If not we block the aisle. And that is without consideration for the fact that my daughter has limited sight so needs my help and it takes time. I was disappointed that they didnt come through the cabin from time to time with snacks as most airlines do on long haul flights."

優點: "I had a headache and I asked for getting aspirin to one flight attendant. Later on, I found out that many attendants were aware of my situation and kindly checked-in regularly if I was OK. Excellent hospitality no matter what kind of class your seat was!"

優點: "I could upgrade my seat from a regular economy seat to a premium economy seat about 24 hours in advance. The flight attendants were generally attentive and thanks to the kindness of my ajacent passenger to my left, I could sometimes go to restrooms."
缺點: "I usually take an aisle seat, but it was not available this time. Furthermore, my ajacent passenger to my right hand side had cold and often coughed and I myseld caught cold from him during this flight...."

優點: "The flight was SO OLD and uncomfortable which is absolutely ridiculous for a 16 hour flight. My screen did not work the entire time despite asking flight attendants to fix the issue. The flight attendant would not attend to me despite me pressing the button and twice skipped me while giving out meals. I had to call them back and ask for it. The bathrooms were SO dirty and yet no flight attendant took out the trash or cleaned it even though we are in the midst of a pandemic. We were also not given hygiene kits to keep ourselves safe. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE."

缺點: "The delay was very poorly handled. We had to go through security multiple times because delays would happen just before boarding and they’d change gates. Plus, meal vouchers were useless for us as Dubai airport is quite unfriendly to vegetarians. Never flying Emirates again."

In addition, a kid was seated behind me and repeatedly (and I do mean repeatedly) kicked me in the back and slammed the tray table into my back. The crew found me another seat and were extremely nice about it."

優點: "On the plus side, the food, service, entertainment, and comfort on Turkish are the best of any Economy class overseas flights. For that reason, they are my top pick."
缺點: "I can't understand why I was booked with an impossibly tight connection. It's a huge airport, with multiple security checkpoints with long lines. I had an hour between flights, and the first flight landed just five minutes late. The gate for the second flight had already closed by the time I cleared the first security checkpoint. It would have been completely impossible to make it to the gate on time. Turkish put me up in a hotel, etc., for the night, and there were dozens of people in similar situations. But the airline shouldn't offer connections that are totally impossible."

優點: "Trip from Istanbul was On Time. As a Disabled Person, I was picked up at the baggage ticket counter and expedited through. It was excellent service in Istanbul for me. The plane experience was smooth, with wonderful entertainment on your personal screen with excellent movie, news and music offerings. The crew was wonderful, friendly, smiling and accommodating. No charge on alcoholic drinks! Food was great. Flight was good. At Houston, the assistants for Disabled Persons was wonderful, accompanying me up until I was dropped at Shuttle service to my car. Turkish airlines really impressed me and would use them anytime."
缺點: "In Istanbul, I had to walk from the gate entrance to the plane. Took me 10 minutes to walk the plank, struggling, but no one offered me a wheelchair or assistance. In Istanbul, there was a considerable amount of people waiting to check bags but there were no agents at 2 counters and it really bothered the people waiting and waiting for them to show up. Then the baggage loading track stopped and it stopped all the traffic for a while. Inconveniences but, nevertheless, it affected the travelers anxiety."

優點: "I got a return ticket from Houston to Lagos, the first leg of my trip went pretty well, no hassle at all, the staff and crew were great and professional."
缺點: "But the second leg of my trip which was Lagos back to Houston was horrible, the Turkish Airlines employees at the Murtala Mohammed International airport Lagos were the worst ever, unprofessional, rude and lack basic knowledge of boarding. Decided to do their own thing rather than what the airline allows. It's almost like they lacked training or just don't want to learn. No accountability whatsoever as one of the employee said "it's not like it's gonna affect my job anyways". Poor poor terrible customer service, no courtesy, no etiquette. I can go on and on but ain't nobody got time for their negativity."

缺點: "As much as I love flying Turkish Airlines, they have this problem of boarding passengers on time as they now feel like "hot cake." They need to improve in this aspect."

缺點: "After having booked an aisle seat near many family members I was traveling with, a Turkish airlines crew member came and asked me to move seats so as to accommodate a couple that wanted to sit together. I willingly gave up my seat to allow this. The crew didn't have another seat in mind, however, and I spent several minutes simply waiting in the aisle before they shuffled me to the front of the plane and made me sit in a much worse seat--a middle seat nowhere near any of my family members, nestled next to a large man who was clearly extending well into the seat they meant for me to take. It was clearly a terrible seat and I made the following 12 hour flight in significant discomfort. I was very dissatisfied with the crew's behavior. When a passenger books a comfortable seat near my family, and willingly gives it up to accommodate other passengers, they should not be treated so poorly"

優點: "They run a quality airline, inexpensive and a lot of direct flights to a lot of locations."
缺點: "This flight was a terrible experience and the longest day of my life!! That having been said, Turkish airlines had little control over most of it. I could tell the staff was just as tired of the long day as I was, but they held it together and performed adequately. I thought we were all going to die on the landing! I don't know what happened, but I was waiting any moment for the 777 to just roll and go up in flames! It took 1 hour and a half to get our checked bags. Don't know if there is a way to speed that up, but it was the icing on the cake after having spent 16 hours on the plane."

缺點: "A series of about 9 rows of 3 seats each row, had errors in to the monitors that normally you can watch a movie, watch news, or listen to music. Approximately 27 people could not use these monitors affixed in the seat before you. These monitors (screens) control the reading lights, the signal for the stewardess. Flight 33 on 6/30/2017 had 12.3 hours of blankness and the complaints were numerous, but the crew were of no use. I wish this would have happened to business or first class. The crew were horrible."

優點: "Seatback entertaininment options were amazing. Food wasn't always designed for the American palette, but most of it was pretty good, and they put a good effort into it, unlike US carriers. Flight attendants were great. Boarding was organized and smooth."
缺點: "It's just hard to make a 14 hour flight in economy comfortable. Another inch or two of space would have helped, but I understand the tradeoffs involved in that. Baggage collection at IAH took about 30 minutes, but that may have been the airport's fault and not the airline's."

缺點: "We passed through 5 layers of security and still had a security threat on the airplane. After re-searching everyones bags and seats we finally departed 2.5 hours late. If there is a threat take everyone OFF the airplane. Nobody wanted to be there for the search. Pull us off and bring the dogs on"

優點: "The flight and crew were fine. The food and drinks are free, which I wish some US carriers would take note of and adopt."
缺點: "New US regulations requiring tablets and laptops to be stored in checked baggage were not relayed to me. I booked the trip in February and the new regulations went into effect in March, but I was never notified. When we got to Istanbul from Brussels and made our way to the gate, we had to go through a security checkpoint where I was informed that my tablets would be confiscated and given back to me once we landed. They had a claim area set up next to our baggage claim turn-style to get tablets and laptops back, but it took us 30 mintues to get our tablets (only 5 mintues to get our baggage). Again, I realize they're only doing their jobs and this regulation is new, but the system they put in place for it and their total lack of communication for customers who had already booked trips was awful. Also, at the checkpoint I was told my tablets would be confiscated and my passport had a sticker put on it. I moved down the line where I was told they would take my tablets and the next guy told me I was clear to go. I asked for verification and he ushered me along, so along I went. Then, while sitting in the plane waiting to leave, a group of 5 or 6 people came on board and searched me out, saying they didn't have a record of my tablets being handed over. I told them I was told to move on at the second checkpoint and they gave me a look as though I was lying, but then said it wasn't my fault and made me retrieve them from my bag and hand them over. It wasn't a huge deal, but it sure did make me look like an idiot in front of everyone else on the flight who could see it happen. The whole reason we brought our tablets was to read books on the flight, and a 13 hour flight doesn't exactly go by quickly. I udnerstand they're just doing their job, but they should have sent an update to people on these flights."

優點: "Entertainment on board was the best part. Food is decent."
缺點: "Worst customer service I've ever had in an airport at Attaturk. Turkish airline staff was horribly rude, wouldn't acknowledge their mistakes, very uninforming and all of it to pretty much force you to pay the airline more money in penalty fees for changing flight arrangements and new ticket purchases. And be careful THEY DON'T have any announcement on the intercom system at Attaturk (I had no clue as to that being the case there, nor have I ever been at an airport that doesn't). No boarding announcement, no gate change announcement, no nothing.....and if and when you miss a flight because you didn't know the gate changed while you're sitting at what you thought was your gate and no one bothered to let you know (including the person who checked your boarding pass when you came into that gate area, it's down hill from there! They will tell you it's your fault and not give a dam* what you say to argue otherwise....and......if you don't pay the penalty they dictate to change your flight ($1114 on a $780 ticket in my case so I purchased another ticket on Turkish air on my own for $236 to get me where I was going), they WILL cancel your return flight without telling you, at which point you will have to buy a new ticket to get back home and they end up getting the money out of you regardless. This was an absolute nightmare of a trip, couple with being treated like dirt by everyone at the airport. I will not ever again fly Turkish Air if I can help it."

缺點: "They made us choose an alternate schedule and offered our money back completely 1 week before our trip. This change by Turkish Airlines cost me $610. I had to rearrange the flight schedule for the person dog and house sitting for me. We had to spend an extra vacation day from work. The hotel Turkish Airlines put us in had terrible food and was so isolated that you could not walk to a restaurant. This airline was the lowest price, but I will definitely be looking for a different way for my next trip."

缺點: "We were pushed to stand-by at the check-in and were told that seat number would be available at the gate. However, this never happened. At the gate, we (30+ people) were told that there are no more seats available on the plane and we have to go to their customer service for another flight. There are no Turkish Airline staff at the gate to explain why this would happen and provide any assistance. We spend the next 2 hours trying to get boarding pass for the next day's flight and the hotel. Again, no apologies nor explanation were given. Thank you Turkish Airline for wasting 1 day of my life. I will try to avoid this airline in the future."

缺點: "Chaos at the Istanbul terminal. Connecting flight was literally a mile away. We had to run through the entire terminal only to miss our connection. No help/information from the airline. They made us walk even more to get us transferred to hotel for a night. Their crew repeatedly lied about how to get new boarding passes as they were busy and didn't want to do it for us. Sent us to another transfer desk. No veg. food option even after making a special request. They said sometimes those mistakes happen. You can't call the crew from your sit to get snacks. They make you get out of your middle sit and walk to the back of the plane to get a sandwich. The boarding process at the Istanbul airport is even more chaotic. They have their own security (after having done security at the o origin in Rome AND at the IST airport), which requires standing in an hour long line and getting profiled and judged by the airline staff."

優點: "When we couldn't fly United (due to cost) we were not sure what to expect from Turkish Airlines since we didn't know anyone who had flown it before. It was very pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed the flight. We felt like we received first class treatment in the economy section of the plane. From warm hand towels, beautiful menus for meals and beverages available, a toiletry bag and much more. The inflight entertainment was awesome. Love the large screen and the touch screen abilities. So many great choices."
缺點: "The temperature of the cabin changed drastically from being very hot to very cold in a short matter of time. The boarding process was also not organized well at all as we lined up in our groups, but people did not follow this so although we were group A, somehow people from lower groups were boarding before us. The seats were a bit hard."

缺點: "Stewardesses did their jobs, but as far as checking on passengers at non-food and assigned drink times, they were sitting in the back drinking coffee and talking. On top of not making rounds, there was no call button to summon a stewardess. Twice, my husband who was ill had a "coughing attack" and needed a glass of water... there was nobody was available. A passenger had to go and get them from the back. Perhaps due to this being a 13 hour flight, this is not a normal situation for them, but to go three hours at a time without taking a stroll through the cabin seems unprofessional. Otherwise this airline really does amazing service! I did not realize that such airline service still existed. American ones should pay attention!"

缺點: "The flight TK 119 (Khi - Istanbul) reached Istanbul late by half an hour. The layover at Istanbul was 1 hr 25 m. The distance to reach Gate 504 was terribly long. I had to run all that long distance to reach gate. After passing thru security checks, etc. I was completely exhausted. All that trouble to be dropped from plane on the runway and then using bus to reach terminal building and vice versa for the onward flight TK 33, was a terrible experience. The layover time and the lengthy and tiring procedure need immediate revision and rectification. Instead of comfort, passengers get high blood pressure and exhaustion. Very troublesome experience."

優點: "Love the "welcome aboard" Turkish delight. Enjoyed the pide sandwich snack."
缺點: "Offer water or any drinks instead of us having go to the kitchen area. Would be better to offer drinks in bottles instead of a glass. Also, bring snack offerings throughout cabin. I was traveling with 3 children. Could you think about offering food to the passengers with children first? This would help in getting them settled into the plane instead of waiting for their food -- which for them seems like an eternity."

Not sure if it was the gentlemans first time but overall he and the woman working the boarding were very slow and could have been more efficient. We boarded late (may be out of their control) but when we started boarding there was too much wasted time between calling up the military/people with longer boarding needs/wheelchairs etc. They waited until they were completely boarded and settled prior to calling the next group then spent time fiddling with the sign that splits the boarding lanes etc. Just appeared that there was no sense of efficiency. Polite people though."

And the flight was delayed leaving - due to the late arrival from ATL (Delta HQ) which had a power outage. And no video entertainment. No meals."

Also, I got an exit row seat on my new flight to MSP."
缺點: "They moved our gate about six times and never told us why the flight was delayed. Actually, the biggest annoyance was that Delta told us nothing. The only reason I knew about the delay and gate changes was because of Kayak! I know I am signed up to receive texts and emails from them, but I guess they forgot to notify me."

缺點: "They board the front of the plane first, meaning the aisles get clogged up slowing down the process. Also, staff kept insisting pre boarding that more people needed to check their bags because there wasn't enough overhead bin space, but there were plenty of bins not full by take off."

Although I had an internationally calling plan, no calls to Delta US would go through. finally found someone through a back channel that would help me. We boarded an hour late, and staff would not answer any of our questions about what was going on or how late we would arrive (they sped up the fight so that we landed on time). Flight ran out of drinking WATER after the first service. Half of our section (Economy Plus) was skipped for snacks. An unruly child was allowed to scream for almost the entire flight & was running up & down the aisles. NOTHING was said to the parents by staff members. Was absolutely the worst behaving child with who I've had to fly."

優點: "Many passengers did not have seat assignments and we also ran out of over head storage resulting in many additional bags to be checked at the gate(mine included) but the crew and staff at the desk inside laguardia work quickly and efficiently to get everyone boarded and we ended up landing 15 minutes early."
缺點: "Seating was extremely cramped and the in flight wifi quality was poor, couldn't even watch an hour long movie (on a 2+ hour flight) because of the amount of buffering."

優點: "The passenger seated next to me with a sense of humor about our situation."
缺點: "For some reason when I booked my flight, for this leg of it, I had "get seat assignment at gate". Once I got my seat assignment I thought I had a window seat: however, when I boarded the plane, I realized that I was in the very last seat of the plane in the window position, but no window. I was crammed in next to a wall and claustrophobic the whole way as I couldn't see anything, couldn't recline at all because behind me was the bathroom, and the engine roared at times in my ears to where I couldn't hear the passenger next to me when we tried to have conversation as the engine was right outside my "wall". We joked, when we could hear each other, that we must've pissed someone at Delta off the last time we flew them. I have no idea why I had to get my seat assignment at the gate for this particular flight, or why I was put in the 'flying coffin' seat, but it made for a very unpleasant experience. Why even have that seat in the plane? Everyone pays a lot of money to fly these days and deserves better than that seat when doing so. just take those two seats out and give everyone else a little more leg room = much better passenger experience for everyone...my suggestion if Delta really cares about the quality of passenger experience."
