優點： "I traveled with my wife and twin sons who turned two last month. It was our first time to fly with the boys, and we were nervous about the flight for this reason. Thanks to ANA's staff both on the ground and in the air, everything went very smoothly. When we arrived at Haneda Airport (around 1:30pm), we went to the Special Assistance counter to get a stroller. The staff was friendly and patient, and didn't rush us at all. (It took a little while to get our things in order.) I was surprised to learn that we could check in from there, drop off our checked luggage and receive boarding passes, as well as an airport stroller. In addition, the boy who was awake at the time received an ANA airplane clip. We didn't get to the gate in time for pre-boarding. I was dismayed to find out that we'd have to take a bus to the aircraft. We had the maximum number of carry-on bags, plus two babies, only one of whom was in a carrier, and we learned that the stroller couldn't go on the bus. A gate agent brought our carry-ons onto the bus. She found priority seats for us and a place nearby to fit a bag that couldn't fit on one of our laps. On board, the cabin attendants were attentive and friendly, and gave toys to the boys. When we arrived at Hagi-Iwami Airport, two of them even carried all of our carry-on bags off the plane for us. (They also helped with our carry-on luggage upon returning to Tokyo. In fact, we had forgotten to reserve a stroller for when we deplaned, and a flight attendant tried to find one near the gate, to no avail.) When I think about all the positive experiences we had in a span of about three and a half hours, I am amazed at all the different people who helped to make our journey easier. I cannot imagine it happening in my home country or on most airlines I have flown."

優點： "The large windows on the 787 are really a big plus for someone like me who likes to look out the window. To have the added ability to dim the window progressively is just too cool. Even if the sun is bright, you can still look out and enjoy the view. I love this feature of the 787 and am always a little disappointed when I'm back in any other aircraft."

The same was done with the duty free. The plane pressure also felt very strong and cause discomfort for the wife. The movie selection was solid (but badly organized) and the TV show selection wasn't terrible. It should all be better. Come on ANA! Contact me for recommendations."

今天12/27Br0076班機 出包，還說自願退票只退稅。 昨晚上臨時收到訊息，11/27班機改11/28班機回來，讓我們要在週日趕回台北的旅客，只好在晚上11點多，在買兩張不是長榮航空班機，趕回台北，結果ㄧ下台北，就接到訊息，班機BR0076做調動，改為原班機11/27下午3:50正常。 1、請問ㄧ下，昨晚上硬要我們乘客接收11/28班機回台北，沒有在多booking飯店要怎麼辦？要趕回台北的要怎麼辦？ 2、我們給旅行社辦的機票，在今天下午，打電話說，長榮已在改回11/27班機原時間回到台北， 3、很趕的已在昨晚半夜，只好趕著，在買2張不是長榮航空的機票，趕回台北。 4、確在台北接收訊息，以改回原日期原時段。 我們以趕回來的旅客，長榮告知旅行社，不能退費，因為以改回原班機。說只能自願退費，只退稅金。 說是長榮航空告知，兩顆球踢來踢去，沒有辦法全額退費。也沒人可以處理這些問題，妳們說爛不藍，我都快氣炸，很想告知媒體做報島，這樣的行爲對嗎？

Staff, seating (legroom) was excellent On my second flight, the tv volume dial kept jumping back. I could not hear well the movie

優點： "Take the flight that takes out of SFO right after midnight. Gets you there with less than an hour layover and you are off to BKk. Once I got to BKk my bus was ready and I was in Pattaya by noon. Smoothest trip so far"

Asiana is my new favorite airline! Caveat: I was in business class, so I cannot speak to the service in economy. The food was great, the service better than any other airline I have used.
Flight Attendants were pushy, asking me to put on my mask when I had just woken up from sleep in the lay flat bed in business class. Had one flight attendant rudely ask me to shut the door to the bathroom when I had literally just opened it to go in. Business class seats were really not any larger than coach/economy seats, so the lay flat beds were like a coffin, and not comfortable.

之前由於疫情的關係，打算不在飛行中用餐，但是到了機場，發現其實情況沒有想像中嚴重，所以現場請check in 服務台的服務員幫忙訂奶蛋素餐，但是我也明白時間太趕，可能沒辦法。所以心想：有就感恩，沒有也能夠理解。 結果，飛機上某位空服員自願把自己的餐點給我吃，讓我既不好意思，但是也非常感動。 感謝他們的貼心和用心。

優點： "They used a new aircraft. From Jakarta to Taipei was the worst, they used an old aircraft."
缺點： "They do not have additional new movie on board. The movies are remain the same when I flew from Honolulu to Taipei in April 2018."

It took about 45 mins to 1 hrs after immigration to get my bags. Was it because they were first loaded in Taipei, since our connection form Manila arrived 4 hrs before the LAX flight?"

優點： "We were actually on Korean Air, not Jin Air due to our change in schedule. Korean Air staff in Hanoi were truly excellent. They even followed thru so that staff in Seoul assisted us with our connection. We were very impressed. Korean Air's flight attendants have always been professional and courteous. The level of service is superior to most airlines we've used."

缺點： "Korean airlines ignored my wife's request for a wheel chair. She explained that she was a diabetic and was feeling dizzy. They did allow her access to a short cut through the terminals; however she had collapsed, broke her watch, cover to the cell phone, injured both legs and right arm. She kept yelling for help and no one arrived, she managed while in intense pain to get up make her flight. When she arrived in Bangkok she went immediately to the Emergency Room and received treatment. I am appalled at the indifference of the members of the boarding crew that didn't offer assistance to my wife."

優點： "I am a frequent flyer internationally and domestically in the USA, and flown multiple airlines but have never ever felt offended by a flight crew until my return flight to the US from Clark airport in the Philippines scheduled to depart on 1-13-2016 at 11:55pm. The cabin flight stewardess in her navy blue top and jeans asked me to sit down when she saw me standing at the front of the plane while the plane was cruising. There was no turbulence at that time, the seat belt sign was off and the captain did not announce a need to stay seated with the seat belt on. I explained that my back and left leg hurts so I needed to stretch, shake it off and stand. She insisted that I sit for my safety. I did not argue because I did not want to cause trouble. Then I asked her for the toilet which was behind her, hidden as she keeps the curtain pulled around the toilet and galley. She directed me to the tail of the plane when I am seated at #28B at first row at the front of the plane, 4-5 steps away from me. She kept still, standing in front of the toilet until I walked away to the back of the plane. Again, I did not complain nor argue. I thought to myself that maybe the front toilet if off limits to passengers. Then later when I returned to my seat, I watched all other passengers who appear of her same race and talked same language as hers, pull the curtain covering the toilet and galley, use the toilet and get drinks from her freely. I felt very offended that I was not allowed to use this toilet as every one else have and did not receive the same friendly service as those passengers. I wanted to keep to myself about this but I realized I was treated unequally. So I told her that I was offended that she directed me to the back of the plane to use the toilet while everyone else used the front of the plane toilet. I also told her I felt I was not treated equally and felt very hurt. She kept apologizing after I explained how I feel but her apology does not take away the fact that I was treated differently and unequally. I advised her that she should not treat her passengers as if we are ignorant of flying, of our rights and of flying etiquette. She kept apologizing every time she passes by me throughout the flight but this did not ease my feelings at all. This was the last blow to my dissatisfaction with this trip beginning with the 2-hour flight delay. With many other airlines flying to Clark airport in the Philippines, I choose not to fly Jin Air again. In fact, I already booked with another airline today for my next trip with my family in 6 months for a wedding. I will not recommend Jin Air to everyone I know."
