優點: "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

優點: "Flight was very smooth and pleasant. The entertainment was great with lots of choices. Premium economy seats on A350 was amazing. Very similar to Qants reganal business class on their 737. But how ever the seats on their A330 was average. But otherwise all was good. I would recommend Cathay."

優點: "Boeing 777 had an upgrade on the video display software, making for a more manageable video experience. It's easier to navigate because of the ability to close screens and go back to the screen you were on, rather than having to start over each time."
缺點: "I received a polite e-mail and a text message an hour or two later indicating that my flight from Taipei to HongKong had been delayed. It took a login to the Cathay Pacific web site to figure out that with the rescheduled time, I would miss my connecting flight from HongKong to Boston if I didn't change anything. I managed to sort it out, though it took using my cell phone to place an international call to the HongKong Cathay Pacific office to get me on an earlier flight. I don't think this is an acceptable level of service -- had I not had WiFi access or an international capable cell phone, I would have been stranded in Taipei or HongKong an extra day. I think CP could have done more to notify and help remediate the situation knowing the implication of the rescheduled flight. Food also remains mediocre, though slightly better."

You won’t have time to do anything stead check in, go directly to inspection, after to migration to finally go straight ahead to the gate to hopefully have time to enter in the flight... to tide"

There were two service representatives to take me on the golf cart from my gate in Terminal 1 when I landed to the bus departing from Terminal 2 to Terminal 4 where my connection was. It was unexpected, but saved a lot of stress based on the distance I had to travel within the airport to make the connecting flight."
缺點: "They recently moved the Cathay Pacific flights to the new Terminal 4 in Changi in Singapore. The connecting distance was significant to get from the Terminal 1 gate to the bus leaving from Terminal 2 to get to Terminal 4. Changi is usually VERY efficient, but this was a real inconvenience to not have direct transport from T1 to T4. Also, the lines for Cathay are not properly sorted by First/Business and all status frequent flyers. There were no ropes or anything organizing the queue, so there were well over 150 people lined up for the priority boarding with no clear queue. At that point, there is no priority. Time to get better organized."

優點: "China Airlines has generally been a step above the average. The name is a bit represented as this is really a Taiwan Run and based airline that has been influenced by the western business practice."

缺點: "The next phase in Taipei the following day was just the same circus as CA handed us (without clear information or announcements) off to any available carrier to get us to our intended destinations, again not communicating well; Turned over to Eva Air - who seemed to have the situation under control and knew how to communicate - loud and clear - to all customers - what we were going to be doing and when and why. In the future - flying Eva - even though this was the first ever event of this type I have had flying China Airlines. Eva provided both meal vouchers and boxes of candy to each and every customer affected while we awaited our flights to our final destinations. CA was silent - and also very absent when we arrived in SFO and went to collect our baggage - again Eva being the party taking action and responsibility to help us get our bags, with 1 of 3 damaged by CA handlers)."

缺點: "It was all good, the crew were very accomodating and keeping us comfortable during the flight. It became uncofortable midflight because of one passenger, named Rachelle Marie Perez Herrera Lim sitting in 54 B started to complain about one female crew. She was unreasonable, unccoperative."

優點: "Some of the crew are really friendly and accommodating."
缺點: "Space was very tight. I can’t imagine how the tall people can fit."

缺點: "Boarding was very delayed (1215am became 745am) with no announcement as to why until hours after flight should have departed. Food/refreshments was distributed but not allocated evenly. My elderly mother (the passenger) who was travelling on her own was only able to get a beverage"

優點: "Aircraft spacious seats comfortable Crew very friendly and welcoming good movie selection"
缺點: "Cues at T2 massive to go through immigration zig zag around terminal Seats don’t adjust well and little leg room when flat. Food uninspiring. Tv fixed lots of reflections. Toilets small."

優點: "I observed that the crew were doing there very best to help with the passengers and their concerns. I also saw that they were on top with regards to cleanliness especially the lavatories. I also like how they treat each and everyone with respect especially the older people that we are with."
缺點: "PAL - Plane Always Late! it seems that this meaning to the acronym sticks really good with our flag carrier. I was observing and trying to get some information on what is happening or reason for our delayed flight but to no avail. The captain's explanation makes no sense. With a 3 hour delay, I knew and felt that It would not be a great ride because right from the very start it already started wrong. I was already stressed out from the very beginning even though i saw in the cabin crew's effort and super great service towards especially to our older passengers their dedication and passion to serve. I was really looking forward to this flight but I guess this was one of those days that all you could do is close your eyes and stretch your patience. One other bad experience was getting on Terminal 1. Great improvement but it could be still better. Can't connect to Wifi (its asking me my number on the US when I did not sign up for roaming and for sure will not be able to get the code that they will send on my number) Last year was better, just log on and boom! Impressively lightning wifi speed connection. No questions or log ins and you can safely assure and text your relatives waiting patiently outside that you are there waiting. I just wished we went to Terminal 2 instead. But I guessed it will also be the same because everything started on a bad start with that 3hour delay. They were lucky most of the passengers were excited to be home and sleeping!"

優點: "Online checkin was easy and actual counter checkin to get boarding passes was quick. The counters were actually open about 4 hrs before the actual flight. Then, we were able to get seats next to each other with an aisle, in a row that we wanted. Departure seemed on time and arrival was about 45 minutes earlier due to a tailwind. Food was good and service was frequent. Attendants were nice and polite."
缺點: "At the gates, we were not allowed to bring water, even though this was after the security and X-ray. There was another X-ray station at the gate and the water was from the store next to the gate or from the drinking fountain. Really odd that this was required by the US govt."

優點: "PAL app is very helpful for tracking feature. You should allow passengers the option to purchase wifi. The food was okay and it was a night flight so most were sleepy to make any noise."
缺點: "Plane scheduled to start boarding by 10:10pm, but announcement of delay didn't air until 10:15p; no real explanation given until boarding started around 11:45pm. The time online should reflect the actual take off time."

缺點: "Extremely bad experience, the airline rejected to issue boarding pass to us without an appropiate explanation. Never take Phillipine airlines anymore"

優點: "American carriers should take note and work to improve passenger comfort and experience."
缺點: "A better entertainment system would be nice."

缺點: "Chairs for emergency exit row are cramped. Delayed a hour with no explination."

優點: "Nothing really , service was ok but nothing special"
缺點: "The lounge was terrible , the food was average in the lounge , no international magazines or newspaper, the plane was so so so , food mediocre, entertainment was not good either ,"

優點: "Great on-board service. Also, the food was very good for such a short flight."
缺點: "Inexplicable why the counter staff in Taipei would not begin issuing boarding passes until 4:05PM for a flight that LEAVES at 6:35PM! I was very concerned that the huge line would prevent me from processing through security and make the flight."

缺點: "#philippineairlines is one of the worst airline. Let's start with the moronic airport system where you have to go the security 3time and then your not allowed to bring water in the airline? They keep mentioning that is the US Dept of Homeland security guidance but Philippines is the only place I travelled with this stupidity. Then they gave you water while waiting and a bottle cap is considered a security hazard? Come on. The airline has few open seat at the first and business class, I offered to buy and told me that it'll cost $1000 and the plane is not even full! #philippineairlines is willing to have empty seats rather getting some needed cash. The flight attendant are so uptight and would give you attitude when ask for assistance...this is a customer service industry, if you don't want to be at your workplace then leave. The plane is old and no entertainment offer."

優點: "Boarding was organized. Food was excellent. A couple of complaints from fellow passengers were handled very professionally by crews. Leg room was not an issue for me as I am an average Asian height but for medical purposes - there should be a policy for them to separate sick-looking passengers from older passengers and children."
缺點: "Seat covers were musty and smells old - they need to change those! Flight got delayed for almost one hour while trying to dock because there was no assigned hangar station for the plane! How can an international airline company allow themselves to be treated like that? The crew looked overworked - what are these airline companies doing to these young professionals - treat them like slaves? I'm not surprised - that's the Philippines companies ways - pay them just enough so they can come back the next time to work."

優點: "The crew was polite and helpful, the boarding process was fantastic."
缺點: "The smallest seats of any airline. No entertainment at all. Food is subpar at best. No auto checkin, so had to wait in line even without checked luggage."

優點: "We booked this flight months ago and made plans to meet people. We wanted to arrive early to avoid traffic but since the flight as 3 hours delayed we arrived at 5 and did not get to the hotel that was 20 miles away in 2 hours. When I am late for my flight you cancel my ticket and make me purchase a more expensive one. More than the round trip I purchased so why don't you compensate me when your delayed"
缺點: "Your tardiness and inconsiderate way of doing business. Your irresponsible attitude towards your paying customers."

優點: "Legroom is wider than cheap airline, service is better. Ticket price is able to compete with cheap airline. What should a traveler ask more for?"

優點: "The food was excellent"
缺點: "One hour delay starting and 45 min. at the end, no Gate available."

優點: "Nothing"
缺點: "Terrible customer service, took weeks to issue a refund after cancelling a flight completely without being able to present a reasonable solution or new flight. Had to rebook with another company and pay another $300 to do so. Philippines Air was unwilling to work with us or help us."

缺點: "the business class seats should be upgraded into more comfortable flat beds, biz class bathrooms too cramped!"

缺點: "It was an hour late leaving Hawaii THAT'S NOT GOOD! And they refused to let me use a 'foot locker' piece of luggage that has been accepted by MANY different airlines and has flown all over the world many times except on this flight and this company. They made me buy a $10 box and transfer everything into it. Then I tossed my foot locker piece of luggage in the trash bin. They were very uncooperative and petty."

優點: "For a short trip of almost two hours going to and from Taipei, I did not expect to receive such accomodating treatment from PAL. Crews are efficient and helpful."

優點: "the seats were comfortable and the staff was very nice"
缺點: "i was business class and had to wait to board for 60 (YES SIXTY) passengers in wheelchairs to board first. And most of those people were ambulating fine before and after. I believe they should have a doctors note. Apparently this is the norm with this airline in Manilla."

缺點: "Pr896 use small flight with 3+3 a row seat. No video or other media service. We onboard after 2 hours later of the original time because the flight is delayed."

優點: "The service is good. Typical Philippine airlines, friendly service."

缺點: "My outbound flight (Manila to Taipei) was rescheduled so I had to make alternative plans. On the day itself, we were told that the flight was cancelled with very little warning. I wasted a total of 8 hours waiting to be put on another flight. They transferred us to the cheaper Cebu Pacific flight that left 5 hours later (at 10 pm!) than the PAL flight. Most horrible flying experience I've ever had in my entire life and I've been flying internationally for almost 20 years. Their customer service is terrible, not transparent and not helpful. They took longer than necessary to rebook people to other flights. Completely horrible. I have another flight booked with PAL that I can no longer cancel, but after that one, never flying them again!"
