缺點： "Our flight was scheduled with Korean air. We attempted to check in multiple times with issues on the Korean air website. we called and they told us not to worry. Finally, approximately 12 hours before departure we wwere able to check in Only to find out due to the expiration date of our passport we would not be an allowed to check in. We scrambled to get an emergency passport, however by the time it was received we had already missed our flight. Korean air is not willing to aknowledge this as a fault in their system and is instead suggesting this is a kayak issue for allowing us to purchase these flights. I would like the total flight cost refunded as this should never have been allowed to be purchased if Korean air knew at the time of purchase when checking in there would be an issue."
缺點： "I'm stuck in Korea on Christmas Day instead of being in the Philippines. The Korean Air staff didn't speak English very well and it took an hour to figure out what was happening. I had to pay for my own hotel on top of my resort that I'm paying for in the Philippines and the next flight isn't until 9 pm Christmas day. Worst airline I have ever had to deal with. On top of my five days off this year and two were wasted on traveling. Big waste of time and money. Will probably not use your website or the airline again."

優點： "The new plane was amazing on my way back from Singapore to Chicago. The staff is extremely courteous. The food was good which included some traditional Korean food options and some western cuisine."
缺點： "On my way from Chicago to Singapore, they had an old plane and the business class was mediocre at best. The seats were uncomfortable. They were stacked side by side and did not have a "personal pod" formation which in my honest opinion is quite a waste of thousands of dollars you paid to travel. Additionally, the entertainment was just okay. There were not too many great options of movies and for the old plane, the screens were really bad."

I tried continuously to contact the sub company to request a waiver or hold on the flight. The number provided kept me on a hold . There were no answers to phone calls from information provided on receipt. Emails only stated the fees that would be imposed for any action I conducted. I will never use kayak again."

優點： "The PAL Pilot and Cabin crew was very attentive and friendly. they showed professionalism to every passengers they have encountered. They were very attentive to the needs of each passenger due to 3 hrs delayed arrival. The food taste really good (Strawberry shortcake + chicken penne with red sauce). The plane is well cleaned."
缺點： "I have experienced 1 hr delay departure + 3 hours waiting inside the plane to land, but it was because of uncontrolled situation (force majuere). but despite of the delay, for me PAL served its finest world class service."

優點： "Checking in took a very long time because we explored every option available to upgrade me to business class which turned out to be non-upgradable. By the time we finished, the staff was concerned that we might not make it to boarding time because my husband has limited mobility due to a back surgery a couple years ago. They suggested using a wheelchair to speed up the immigration and boarding process. We’re frequent travelers but why we never requested a wheelchair, I simply don’t know! But thanks to their wheelchair suggestion, we made the flight just in time."
缺點： "We bought my husband’s business class ticket back in May or so but because we weren’t sure where I was going to be, we couldn’t get me a ticket until a few weeks before our flight. Due to my unpredictable schedule, we opted for an economy ticket, thinking that it would be easy enough to upgrade me to business. We were wrong - my ticket turned out to be non-upgradable, which was ok for me. It was our first time to travel as husband and wife so it would’ve been nice to sit together, but I’m 5’0” and fit in the economy seat just fine anyway. What was NOT ok was when we were boarded and were waiting for the plane to take off, I brought a lunch box of cut fruits to my husband. A flight attendant was introducing herself when I came so I said hi, but she completely ignored me. She even offered to chill the fruit in their fridge, for which I said thanks, but she didn’t even look at me; neither did another attendant who cheerfully offered him magazines. There were only 2 passengers in the business class so my husband suggested I sat next to him, but I declined and went back to my seat, promising to come say hi every once in a while during the 9-hour flight. Fast forward to a couple hours later, I kept my word and came by. The flight attendant was quick in kicking me out saying I didn’t belong to business class so I had to go back to my seat. I did. My husband said to her that I was having period cramps (true) then followed me to my seat and sat with me for a bit until I asked him to go back to his seat so he could be more comfortable as he’s 6’2” and simply was too tall and the economy seats were too painful for his operated-on back. Was I perhaps too short for the flight attendants to notice?!? I had to ask for a toiletries kit 3 times before they finally gave me one just before we landed after all! Obviously, those in the business class are treated like gods; those in the economy are second class citizens."

優點： "I was seated in row 38 and our flight attendant was very attentive, helpful and always smiling. I think she was the the best flight attendant that I had for a long time, she’s always ready to help to needy passengers and always has a smile on her face."

Coming: They allowed us to transfer to the international terminal where we were made to wait 8 hours OUTSIDE the terminal area. There were few seats, it was cold and NO food venders. Will NEVER fly into Manilla again."

We waited on the plane only to later learn that the flight was cancelled and we had to deplane! After more waiting at the gate in the terminal we were to hotels. We went to bed at around 4:45 AM, only to get a wake up call at 7 AM whilst we were not leaving the hotel until 11:00 AM for a 1:30 PM departure! Horrible! We ended up leaving even later, at around 2:30 PM. Throughout, communication from the company was abysmal. Never again Philippine Airlines for me !"
