I cannot rate the ORD to Japan flight based on not applicable, see prior notation. The JAL staff member in customer service was great. He helped me transfer the flight schedule for the following week at no charge. A level of service not seen during this crazy pandemic situation
Everything is superb in these flight and the only thing I would like to suggest is … it is too expensive to fly. Please find a way to make them affordable.

Movie selections very poor. Lots of talk about social distancing before boarding and then in economy class we are packed in like sardines.

It was good, better than most US airlines.
The cabin is SO HOT. Made the entire trip obscenely uncomfortable. They also only turn down the lights for 4h of the 9h flight, making is very difficult to sleep. Also, kayak and JAL wouldn’t let me change my flight, which was incredibly frustrating! JAL has a very nice on board crew.
I like the airlines but because I used to fly with Japan airlines.this time not much entertainment and delayed flights and not comfortable compare to my previous flight. Food is not good. Flight attendant are confuse. I had to help other rider because they skip to serve him food.Over all is not Japan airlines that I used to ride.
Great flight. everything was good but food. Pasta for breakfast. Beef flavor dish(not much beef to be found) with rice and couple of small salads.
Flight from Tokyo to Dallas pleasant. One Stewardess offered 1 type of breakfast fried noodles. While another one thought no one approached me but asked if I want noodles or eggs for breakfast. In other words..not same offerings. Upon arrival in Dallas..no wherlchair assistance. Had ro walk from tarmac to terminal, to Immigration, Customs then baggage claim..no help.

I was surprised at how often they would go up and down the aisles checking on passengers, picking up trash, and serving small food items. To top it off towards the end of the trip they put toothbrushes in the bathroom so you can leave fresh, awesome."

今天12/27Br0076班機 出包，還說自願退票只退稅。 昨晚上臨時收到訊息，11/27班機改11/28班機回來，讓我們要在週日趕回台北的旅客，只好在晚上11點多，在買兩張不是長榮航空班機，趕回台北，結果ㄧ下台北，就接到訊息，班機BR0076做調動，改為原班機11/27下午3:50正常。 1、請問ㄧ下，昨晚上硬要我們乘客接收11/28班機回台北，沒有在多booking飯店要怎麼辦？要趕回台北的要怎麼辦？ 2、我們給旅行社辦的機票，在今天下午，打電話說，長榮已在改回11/27班機原時間回到台北， 3、很趕的已在昨晚半夜，只好趕著，在買2張不是長榮航空的機票，趕回台北。 4、確在台北接收訊息，以改回原日期原時段。 我們以趕回來的旅客，長榮告知旅行社，不能退費，因為以改回原班機。說只能自願退費，只退稅金。 說是長榮航空告知，兩顆球踢來踢去，沒有辦法全額退費。也沒人可以處理這些問題，妳們說爛不藍，我都快氣炸，很想告知媒體做報島，這樣的行爲對嗎？

On 10 hour flights, generally I feel parties shouldn't be split unless they're checking in later than we did."

The cabin crew was friendly, but not very useful. They provided food, but no help. This is the worst Star Alliance airline I have ever flown. I will not be a returning customer."

缺點： "It seemed like the air conditioning wasn't working so the flight was really warm and uncomfortable. I was trying to fan myself with the emergency exit handout. Also, the tv screens were really small, old, and didn't have a very good selection of movies."

優點： "The food was good the staff pleasant and professional, for an airplane seemed to be clean. Everyone has their own personal entertainment screens. Food was pretty decent, better than I have ever had on a domestic US flight. Staff always seemed to appear happy and satisfied with their job/work; service with a smile."
缺點： "I found that unlike my SEA to Seoul flight, the staff on this 9 hour flight only brought drinks around during meal time; or you had to specifically call a staff member to get a drink. I really appreciated the first flight staff that took care to bring drinks around more often without needing to call on them. They seem very stingy with carry on items. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience."

Also the display screen kept coming on, alone by just accidentally striking the switches on the armrest when moving. Not the best design, if this keeps happening."

缺點： "They delayed our flight 4 times, over 4 hours, told us the flight moved to a gate that didn’t exist, gave us erroneous information about alternate flights, assigned 3 different planes that needed maintenance, and then we waited over 2 hours to talk with a supervisor. I finally had them rebook me on Alaska Airlines (the best)."

缺點： "In Osaka I was not able to get a boarding pass for this last leg. In SF United and Air China were both not able to give me a boarding pass because I was not listed in their system. I have no idea why. Very frustrating."

缺點： "Kayak is not transparent enough about highlighting which flights are low cost flights during purchasing. I thought I was purchasing a regular fare where I could bring a normal carry-on onto the flight, but this was a low cost flight and I had to check my bag. This information was not disclosed until after payment, and I believe this is dishonest on the part of Kayak. Kayak needs to be much more upfront about the details of the flights so that we passengers can select flights according to their needs. I felt deceived by the fare and would have purchased a different flight if I would have known ahead of time."

優點： "United is definitely improving. The service was attentive and friendly. When I asked for PJ's, the flight attendant made a good effort to retrieve them for me. I slept through the entire flight, very rare unless the conditions were optimal for sleep."
缺點： "While this flight was fine, my flight to Taipei was riddled with poor service. A bad and forgetful flight attendant can make all the difference. As United adjusts their service to the new Polaris configuration on newer planes, conditions will hopefully improve."
優點： "The seats were uncomfortable. The staff was cold. The food was horrible, I wasn't even able to eat some of it. The chicken was full of bones and grissle. The rest just tasted bad. Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par. The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half. Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received."

缺點： "I came down in a wheel chair and noticed my ticket had me in an exit row. When I asked to be moved, the women behind the counter had an attitude. Many of the customer waiting to board noticed. Next she started boarding the plain and I had 3 people ask if I needed to be pushed down and they would help. She barked at us that someone was coming. Once inside I asked for help getting my plug into the outlet because I wasn't able to make it fit. The crew member told me to keep trying. Because I never could get it in, my computer and phone wouldn't work. So I figured I would purchase one of the entertaining units but none was offered. It made for a very long flight. When leaving the plane, the other crew members were very helpful and even the wheel chair attending me was a delight. I was on flight 1977 from Houston to Seattle on November 7th. I usually fly twice a month for business. After my ordeal, I will use other airlines."
缺點： "Showed up at airport w 2 15 yr olds traveling alone. We're told we needed to pay $150 each way. We were NOT told when tix were purchased. Accused of lying about the girls ages when we booked. Tix were booked and paid by two different parents and times. Agent relented and waived fee. At the gate we were again challenged and had to go thru it all again. No more United for us!"
優點： "Prebording was helpful being disabled and having a service dog, crew was very helpful, and it was much more comfortable having the extra legroom as requested in advance and having it honored."

缺點： "Should load the plane from the back rather from the front. People in the back can sort their stuff while still be able to load people into the front."
