缺點: "It was a late direct flight from Bali to Seoul. The flight was for a 0120 departure, and about 7 hours long. For the flight being a very late departure and both locations being around the same timezone (1 hour difference) I feel as if the lights were left on for too long, over an hour after departure, and then turned on too early, 2 hours prior to landing. Too improve comfort I would suggest to begin service upon takeoff and turning the lights off immediately after, and turning them on an hour before landing to conduct service. Better yet, if possible, conduct service with the lights off and individuals that require additional lighting may use their individual light. I believe, and witnessed in my area, a majority of personnel that just wanted to sleep during these flight hours."

優點: "I am very impressed with this airline since stumbling upon it by chance last year during our first trip to the Philippines. We were greeted with a bottle of water, slippers and toothbrush w toothpaste, a blanket, earphones on our seat. The food is excellent and they feed you often. What was most impressive is the level of service provided by all Korean air staff. The stewardesses take great care of the passengers, always smiling and looking sharp in their uniform even though it's 3am and they have also been up the same time as you have!"

優點: "The crews on ANA (Flight Attendants) are the hardest working, most polite and service oriented of ANY carrier I can remember. When the cabin lights are ON, the crew is hustling to keep the passengers occupied and chewing. Free Beer, Wine and mixed drinks in Coach! Every Service - Snack, Drinks, Lunch, Dinner, Coffee/Tea, Second and Third rounds of drinks includes a cold towel to wipe your face and hands and most important, trash is collected promptly EVERY single time. WOW. I noticed that Flight Attendants take notes on sleeping passengers for every major meal service, and they take the time to revisit those customers when awake to check they might have wanted to be fed. I also noticed that the crew has special double sided tape to pickup crumbs and spills in the aisles so grime is not tracked into the carpet. Dont be surprized to see a flight attendant cruising the aisle after dinner with a soft cooler full of small vanilla Hagen Daz cups..."
缺點: "We flew from Bangkok to Washington Dulles with a connection in Tokyo. Snow in Japan caused crew shifts to max out and ultimately a dramatic change in flight departure. (Guaranteeing a missed connection) This caused multiple downstream challenges. 1. Original flight was scheduled for 00:30. (Half Past Midnight), rescheduled flight was scheduled for 12:30 (Half Past Noon) For Americans unused to a 24 hour clock, this made emails From ANA very difficult to wrap your mind around. Was it a typo? What happens when you miss your connection? (Turns out weather delays do NOT result in accommodations or meals being provided) Rescheduled flight should have been for 1231 with (AM/PM in Parentheses) 2. For passengers who spent their vacation/trip near the equator, the prospect of spending the night in snowbound Tokyo was simply not addressed in the cancellation email. The better option was to stay in your original point of origin and make the connection in one day, but email has NO telephone number for passengers to call to make these arrangements. (We ended up calling a toll California telephone number to be sure we got an English speaking agent) 3. Many SE Asian departing cities have a crazy baggage weight policy that allows for Two bags of 25 Kilos each , but if you have a single bag that weights 32 Kilos, you must pay excess baggage. Although the policy may NOT be specific to ANA, there are hundreds of folks of all nationalities repacking suitcases on the floor of the airport, to try to meet the regulations. As a traveler I understand this, but as an ANA customer it makes no sense, especially when the ticket agent cannot charge the overage to a credit card at the ticket counter. Instead sending you to a different location then waiting for you to return with a receipt. Its a huge scam and ANA can do better communicating the rules to passengers via email or their web site. Nothing starts a long trip off worse than arguments over arcane rules. 4. Changing a return flight arrangement as a result of weather happens at the last moment, but seat assignments apparently could not keep up. I would rather NOT fly than face a center seat in coach for 14 hours. I cannot explain what happened, but repeated attempts at advance check in showed NO assigned seats available, the ticket and gate agents could not improve on this, but BOTH flights ended up having empty seats and in the end we stressed for nothing. ANA must be able to do better, improving their IT systems to make advance seat assignments possible no matter how challenging the problem of "equipment" and other changes in the face of a canceled flight."

優點: "Staff were friendly from check in to disembark. Food was quite good. Boarded on time and people were accomodating of one another in the entry and exit process."
缺點: "I was travelling with my twin 11 yr olds one of whom has limited sight. They normally only allow early boarding of young children, but we need extra time as I have 2 children to organise and my daughters sight dictates that i have to assist her. Other passengers were not impressed. I would like the airlines to take the initiative to have all children boarded early as if we board with everyone else, the aisles will be blocked as my children try to get organised."

Average time that you need to be at security ahead of your domestic flight = 15 minutes! As with everything in Japan, flight left on time."

BBC news didn't work on any leg of the trip and the Japanese news was in Japanese only, no English."

缺點: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

缺點: "The Avianca flight was over 4 hours late leaving Trujillo and blamed it on weather. Why don't they rearrange and prepare for this if the airport often gets fogged in during this time of the year? Instead they and other airlines leave dozens of travelers stranded. We lost our connecting flight to Iquitos, and after Avianca refused to reimburse us or put us on a different flight we had to purchase another flight with Viva Air with our own money. No accountability or respect for the consumer."

缺點: "Film selection was subpar, and had no subtitles available. Flight safety information video so unbelievably boring. Flight crew repeated all instructions at least 3 times including video interruptions. What is the point of having in flight entertainment if crew will interrupt said entertainment at least once every 10 min to remind you you are still in turbulent air? Do they honestly think the passengers forgot? We are in the plane too! I understand they have to be careful due to liability but this airline is ridiculous. Believe it or not customers do not like being treated like children. Would not recommend to others or fly this airline again. Also, the lunch was awful even by airline standards. Btw the airline was avianca not AA. kayak must have messed up or they are owned by AA. AA is great and I recommend them wholeheartedly but Avianca is awful. Stay away if you can afford to do so."

缺點: "The itinerary I selected from Kayak site was impossible to accomplish especially with checked luggage because they would not transfer my bag from one airline to the next. Although I got my luggage quickly and got to the check in counter right away, the flight had closed and I had to wait for the next flight."

缺點: "I strongly believe they cancelled our flight due to lack of passengers. The plane was sitting on the runway. I boarded for almost two hours for a flight of only one hour away. They were holding plane to fill with those already scheduled for the next flight?"

優點: "Immediately after I finished with the check in agent, two men flashed police badges, grabbed my bags, and took me to a sketchy back room upstairs and absolutely tore apart my bags. While my bags were being searched they peppered me with questions. It lasted about 20 minutes and it was extraordinaryly stressful because they didn't seem to care if I was going to miss my flight. Normally, i wouldn't blame the airline for this, but another lady who was similarly harassed said that when she asked someone they said that if you're traveling alone and booked online, you got flagged for this extra screening. (A young German man was also dragged to the back room... we were all very non-Andean looking). That is ridiculous criteria to prevent anything- terrorism or drug smuggling! I would think the airline/police could come up with better criteria. Also, there was no drug sniffing dog and they didn't even have me turn on my gigantic camera... which I have had to do in the past to demonstrate that it was functional. Horrible."

Told us that there was a sick passenger on the plane and asked if my friend and I would volunteer to take a flight out the next day, that star alliance would put us up in a hotel over night, pay for our evening meal and fly us business class in the morning, that all we had to do was wait at our departure gate And someone would call our name before boarding. We accepted, waited patiently, then we were scolded for having our checked bags with us and told multiple different conflicting stories about how we were to board our flight, that volunteers were no longer needed. I checked multiple times with check-in crew to confirm that the scenario was a go. They confirmed each time, so I canceled my accommodations for the evening in Lima. The change up at the gate left for a big mess to clean up. The gate crew kept arguing hat they never told us to cancel our Lima plans. But that was besides the point. The point was, they told us one thing, there was a major breakdown in communication among check in and gate crew as well as between all crew and me and no crew member took ownership or apologized for the flub up. And I'd like to point out, this was not a language barrier issue, all flight crew spoke English fluently. One crew member said all volunteers were obtained and they no longer needed us, another said that the sick person flying (the initial issue) was no longer flying, so no volunteers were needed. crew never owned that. they suggested that it was our issue that we canceled our plans. We were able to fix, but incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience."

缺點: "Upon arriving in Lima, Avianca 808 passengers became aware that none (zero, nada) of the bags were loaded onto the plane in Cusco. The customer service response to this airline error was sub-par. Passengers were told that the baggage issue was "weather-related", which is ludicrous even if the weather both in origin and destination had not been clear and sunny with no wind (it was). Info was taken on if passengers needed bags sent on to another destination or to a hotel but were told it would not get to Lima until the next morning (this was flight 808 landing just before 4 pm). Unclear why it couldn't be put on the next flight same day. And unclear what is happening to our bags now until the morning. No apology wasn't issued to passengers. Additionally we were delayed 15 mins due to "weather". I don't mind short delays but it was absolutely not weather-related. Weather is the default excuse to transfer fault away from themselves."

缺點: "Several of the seats were broken - not sure why they insist on everyone raising their seatbacks for security reasons while they continue to operate flights where customers can't raise their seats. Maybe this isn't that important after all? The plastic backs of the chairs has clearly been refinished but the finish has worne off or been etched with customer graffiti."

優點: "Although we were in "Economy" class, it felt just like Business. Lots of space to stretch your legs, personal TV monitor on the back of each head rest (Including HBO!), and even though it was a short 1.5 hour flight we were served drinks and a meal."
缺點: "The meal was average to sub-par, but than again it was a short flight and a warm meal was actually a pleasant surprise."

Since the flight from DC was delayed for more than an hour we ended up missing our connection flight from Colombia to Lima, Peru. And from there everything went downhill. In Colombia they crew didn't know what was going to happen to us. After waiting over 3 hours they finally told us the found an early morning flight for us and that they were going to accommodate us in an hotel in Colombia for to spend the night. we waited until midnight for the transportation to the hotel and there were another 100 persons waiting to get transportation to the hotel as well and to check inn in the hotel. disaster."

缺點: "The emergency exit row window seats are extremely uncomfortable. Seats don't recline and there is no arm rest along the wall. Also, there were no vegetarian options aboard and the flight attendants didn't make any effort to put together something I could eat."

優點: "Was actually an Air Canada flight. AC has much better seating in Economy Class. Seats have more room and more recline."

We were delayed for 3 hours in Taipei due to an issue with the plane that they were trying to fix. During this time many people were trying to change flights as they had connections in SFO. When they asked the hostesses for help, they either got rude unhelpful responses or got completely ignored. United really needs to train their flight attendants better."

優點: "Surprised! My experience with United has typically been very poor. It's usually my last choice when choosing an airline. This is the first time I can honestly say I had a good experience on United. Plane was new, seats were very comfortable ans spacious (very rare), attendants were all under 70 years old and service was spot on. Huge change from the United I know."

優點: "The seats were uncomfortable. The staff was cold. The food was horrible, I wasn't even able to eat some of it. The chicken was full of bones and grissle. The rest just tasted bad. Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par. The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half. Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received."
