優點: "The crew is outstanding. A girl two seats away from me barfed and two attendants were there immediately with a bag, cleaning wipes, etc. They are very friendly and patient with passengers. The next best part was the comfort. I got a good amount of sleep on my nine-hour flight."

優點: "This airline is efficient, polite, and has a great business class product. Seats are large and open. Easy to move into different positions. Tv is in readable large and clear with a mini screen in the remote. The food was outstanding. Waygu beef medium rare. Washrooms are the cleanest in the sky. Definite repeat!"

優點: "Our flight was delayed due to lightning strike on arriving flight, we were transferred to non stop EVA Airline so we can get home and not need a connecting flight in Japan. JAL did all these arrangements without us requesting it. They also were very polite and got our luggage in time to be on the flight with us. JAL is truly a top airline in the world."

優點: "Their customer service is excellent! when I left my card (fell out of my pursue while in transit), they called me immediately! After a long vacation, exploring. I was extremely tired and and left my phone completely on silent for 4 days, and within those 4 days they called and left me messages. Lucky I live here in Hawaii, can you imagine being a tourist and you lost your card? Excellent customer service."

缺點: "Delayed flight that cost most passangers their next flights, incredibly stressful. Upon arriving to Chicago there was a problem lining up the exit ramp to the boarding craft and it took a very long time to correct the situation."

缺點: "Our flight was delayed for two hours. We have a connecting flight from Osaka to Los Angeles, which we were worried we couldn't make it. They told me the flight will wait for us because there were 20 plus people also need to get on that plane. When the time of boarding we heard they were calling us to the front and explained the flight we were suppose to be connecting already took off. They had to booked us to another airline. We were extremely disappointed! We asked if we could took another Japanese airline but they said our luggages were already transferred to that airline and the tickets were printed! Mosf importantly we have already waited in airport 5 hours and they needed us to wait for another 3 hours! Very bad experience with how they dealing with this situation!"

優點: "I feel like I got way more than what I paid for with this airline! The hostesses were super friendly always offering some sort of beverage, the food was tasty (Be careful not to drop noodles on yourself like I did, those bad boys left a little mark). The video selection wasn't huge, but it was definitely adequate with good titles. Maybe I haven't noticed this before in other airlines, but they had new toothbrushes (packaged, not someone's forgotten toothbrush) in the restroom so the poor sap next to me didn't have to smell my stinky breath. Finally, they were quick with boarding! They were very punctual and we took off right when we got on, so nice!"
缺點: "The seats were pretty adequately sized, however, I felt like I couldn't lay back too far or if the the person in front of me did, it made it really difficult to get the seats. Also, I thought it was my headphones, but it happened on a couple of flights with different headphones, but the audio only comes out of one earphone which was slightly annoying... Other than those things, JAL is super solid and I would recommend it to anyone considering them."

Cabin foods are generous, filled with variety and tasting the best among various international airlines that I have experienced between LAX and Taipei, Taiwan in the past ten years. The seat belt on light and bell were kept at minimal, in contrast to other airlines like EVA, China Airlines, Korean Airlines and United Airlines."

Got free meals on all flights, even my short two hr flight between Korea and Japan. Free booze too! Super nice check in agent as well."

缺點: "I'm an entertainer, very well respected in Hawaii, Japan and the world. and has always traveled JAL. I travel with my guitar and has never had a problem carrying it on board. The staff will usually come a get it and put it in the closet if it didn't fit in the overhead. But I guess recently rules change, and was told I would have to check it in because the closet space is used only for staff and business people. Was told that the 737 was to small for my guitar won't fit overhead. I have taken 737's all my life with Aloha Airlines and told them that my guitar would fit. That gentleman was a JERK! and was'nt very helpful, and told me I couldn't take it on board and I would have to take it to the package store and have them box it up. That spoiled my whole vacation."

優點: "The flight attendants are very friendly and polite. The seats in economy are generous and as comfortable as they could be in economy on a 10 hour flight. The two meals provided were pretty good for food served on an airplane."

Totally different experience from American carriers like United who treat you like cattle. I hope I can fly with JAL again soon. They are incredible. I was super satisfied."

缺點: "The personal entertaiment touch screen worked intermitently. When the touch screen did not work, i had to use the remote control to do what i want it to do. Boarding process experience can be improve with better sign for the queing lines and have boarding crew station at end of every quing lines to make sure all passengers are queing in the correct line."

優點: "My flight is at 9:50 am but I arrived around 5:30 am , as expected the line was already long and one of the crew told us the front desk will not open until 6:30. My husband reserved my ticket going back to US. I was assigned to seat on an exit, but when I went to the gate , one of a female employee keeps telling me if I'm aware I'll be seating on an exit and I said yes , I look for a vacant seat so I can relax while waiting, she went back again and asked me if the front desk desk gave me any paper about the task I have to do when seating on an exit. I read it and understand . She came back again for the third time and borrow my boarding pass and check something and asked me if I want to transfer to another seat, and I said no. I don't know what she wants me to do , but I'm so irritated because she keeps asking me the same question over and over again."

優點: "The plane was new enough and clean, the food was modest but good, snacks were generous and tasty, but what sets ANA apart is the attentiveness, courtesy, and thoughtfulness of the crew. I used to fly Singapore Airlines often and felt this way about them, but in recent years I’ve noticed a fall off in service. ANA has maintained or even raised their standards of service."

缺點: "Very unhappy over the first leg. Nothing indicated it was a United Airline flight to be boarded at United Airline terminal in LAX. Seat selected at time of booking was not honored since selection has to be done on United Air's web site. Did not get the meal I ordered for the same reason. Very short time to get from arrival gate to the connecting gate at Haneda."

缺點: "I booked the flight and my seats.. When I got to my actual flight they didn't have my confirmation of seats and got separated from my sister. I called to complain to the actual airline and it turns out it was kayak who did my wrong. Very unhappy for 11 hours."

優點: "Boarding process and take off was the most efficient - truly impressive! I don’t think this had anything to do with the airline, but every flight with them was so quiet (no crying babies/children, loud adult conversations), I thought I could hear the pin drop! Their safety demonstration was uniquely done by dancer, which made it interesting to watch every time! I left my jacket on one of my flights, but they returned it to me when I boarded the next flight - I was gratefully surprised! They had complementary tooth brush/toothpaste, ear plugs and eye masks in the restrooms. I thought this was a good way to reduce passing out items not all passengers wanted. I wish all airlines could copy these amazing features from them."
缺點: "Their meals were underwhelming- in four flights on my trip, they were basically the same main course. The rolls with margarine, same fruit and strongly cultural seasoned vegetables that were served every time, all of which I could not eat. I have liked every airline meals and hospital food, but their food was below institutional food quality. For an Asian airline, the flight attendants were rather crude in their speech and mannerisms. I could barely hear and understand the announcements in spite the fact that passengers were extremely quiet. Their choices of movies were very poor; it seemed that 3 out of 4 flights had similar options."

缺點: "My flight from Vancouver to Taipei was poor I'm not impressed with the menu the vegetables and chicken was half way cooked. I was sick after I eat the foods. My connecting flights was too long I was at Taipei for more than 18 hours. The company could have been provided a hotel. I was miserable at the airport. The EVA Air has excellent foods and good crew. The Air Canada could have been provided a better sets for families with childrens. I was sitting 39 A next to a window. There was a family a mom and two child was separated from there mom. The mother of two was upset that she was separated with her two little girls. I feel bad with the two little girls that their mom was sitting behind us. So, I decided to move where the mom was so that the mom and two little girls could sit together and the mom was very happy and Blessed."

優點: "The is nothing I can say I did not like with the Vancouver to Taipei Sector of our flight. I was impressed with the crew, the food, entertainment, seat space, leg room, etc..."
缺點: "This is my wife & I flying with EVA Air. My wife and I have travelled with many international and domestic airlines for 38 years now since we started travelling. This was is our first experience with EVA Air. I’d recommend EVA Air’s Premium Economy. The seats were wider and leg room was excellent. The amenities were great especially the entertainment part. TV Screen in front of the passenger (installed behind the seat in front) was very clear. it was the same as if watching movie on an iPad. The food was great! Both my wife and I like the dinner and the breakfast served. Also, the price of EVA Air’s Premium Economy is great compared to similar Asian Airlines from Vancouver to Manila. EVA Air was the cheapest when we started shopping for flights from Vancouver-Taipei-Manila."

After flying EVA the last 5 round trips we are happy to say they are the #1 airline of choice. Actually, we will fly no other than EVA as they have the cleanest planes and the best of service from the check-in counter, thru the security and flight staff, all are the best and most devoted to assist you in any way needed along your trip. Professionalism and cleanliness matched only by their devotion to be the best"

缺點: "I have never sat in such terrible plane seats. First, there are FOUR seats but there are only THREE partitions at the bottom, meaning I had to share leg space and purse space with the stranger next to me. It's awkward enough sitting next to someone I don't know and having to worry about accidentally leaning on him when I fall asleep but having to constantly be in contact with his leg was very uncomfortable. I kind of got over it after awhile but I could tell the kid I was having leg time with was super uncomfortable since he would jerk his leg away every time it touched mine. Sorry to be harsh but I don't know how you're getting 9.0+ scores from the other customers. Yeah your flights are cheap but your seat options suck and the movies weren't good enough to make up for it. D+. You get what you pay for I suppose but your tix weren't that much different from the other more comfortable airlines."

優點: "Food was actually OK and the alcohol selection was good."
缺點: "I was in the last row aisle seat 73H. Prior to take off I requested to move to the opposite side 73 A and B because they were empty. I had a passenger on the window side and this particular FA said said OK, but she said to do it after the flight takes off. Later I took my things and this time another FA rudely said I cannot move because the empty seats were required for FA's to rest on this 14 hr flight. Fair enough. But not once did they sit at those empty seats at all. When I had to continually get up to allow my window passenger who frequently uses the toilet. Why lie?"

缺點: "Very tiny seats, tough for a westerner."

缺點: "No entertainment, no place to plug in devices, extremely uncomfortable. The worst part was the Dixie cup of water served. Really?!? A bottle or larger cup would have broke the bank? Was so thirsty by the time we landed even though I had the attendants bring me water three times."

優點: "Got upgraded to first class, there wasn’t any TVs but it was only an hour long flight. Staff was also really nice"

缺點: "Bad ticketing system. Too narrow seat position. Crews are using too strong perfume. Bad altitude changing. Overally it was worst experience in my life."

優點: "Good value for the money. Flight crew was young and exuberant, very willing to make the passengers journey as comfy as possible. Surprised an inflight meal and two checked bags were included in my fare. Other international carriers would have charged extra! Hope this Korean Air economy carrier sticks around. Hope to fly them again!"
缺點: "The plane was on the old side with worn seat cushions. Not the most comfy for long haul flights. No pillows, blankets or inflight entertainment. Do bring your own blanket or jacket and do not forget the snacks!"

優點: "We were actually on Korean Air, not Jin Air due to our change in schedule. Korean Air staff in Hanoi were truly excellent. They even followed thru so that staff in Seoul assisted us with our connection. We were very impressed. Korean Air's flight attendants have always been professional and courteous. The level of service is superior to most airlines we've used."
缺點: "Absolutely nothing."

缺點: "Please indicate in bold print which airline you check in with if two or more are listed! Due to the ambiguity on our reservation we nearly missed our flight. Many other passengers on this flight had the same problem."

缺點: "The flight was suppose to be a direct flight but we end up stoping at Hongkong. We were on the plane for over 12 hours instead of 5 hours and 20 mins."

缺點: "I was just put on whatever seat was available."

優點: "the trip with Jin air from Clark was good, the trip from Inchon was good"

缺點: "It was all fine."

優點: "This was a codeshare with JinAir. The staff was friendly and helpful. The plane was small, but thankfully there were plenty of open seats so it felt spacious."

缺點: "The connecting flight was a little confusing, most of us don't know what's going on or where to get the boarding pass."

優點: "It's what you expect from a budget airline. Was actually happy they had food."
缺點: "The food was not good at all. The seats were uncomfortable. There is no entertainment."

優點: "I paid for Korean air tickets only to realize I got cheap flight on Jin air. I puposely paid more for a real airline. Not some tiny seat budget airline that can't even serve a proper meal. This is the last time I buy on kayak!"

缺點: "I could only check-in 2 hours before hand and that annoyed me because it's very stressful to check-in that close to departure and get through security and customs. I was especially upset that I booked my flight with Korean Air and didn't find out it was actually with Jin Air and I could could not check in with Korean Air."

優點: "I would not use Gin Air in the future. Will stay with Koran Air."

缺點: "Almost everything. Jin boarding system is suck. They can't give me the boarding pass for the transit flight and they don't know what should I do when I am going transit. This is even more frustrating when the flight is delayed and you have 1 hour of international flight transiting. Food is cool and tasteless. I won't fly with Jin air ever again. I would say that after all these years of at least 70000 miles of air traveling. This is the WORSE of my experience."

優點: "I am a frequent flyer internationally and domestically in the USA, and flown multiple airlines but have never ever felt offended by a flight crew until my return flight to the US from Clark airport in the Philippines scheduled to depart on 1-13-2016 at 11:55pm. The cabin flight stewardess in her navy blue top and jeans asked me to sit down when she saw me standing at the front of the plane while the plane was cruising. There was no turbulence at that time, the seat belt sign was off and the captain did not announce a need to stay seated with the seat belt on. I explained that my back and left leg hurts so I needed to stretch, shake it off and stand. She insisted that I sit for my safety. I did not argue because I did not want to cause trouble. Then I asked her for the toilet which was behind her, hidden as she keeps the curtain pulled around the toilet and galley. She directed me to the tail of the plane when I am seated at #28B at first row at the front of the plane, 4-5 steps away from me. She kept still, standing in front of the toilet until I walked away to the back of the plane. Again, I did not complain nor argue. I thought to myself that maybe the front toilet if off limits to passengers. Then later when I returned to my seat, I watched all other passengers who appear of her same race and talked same language as hers, pull the curtain covering the toilet and galley, use the toilet and get drinks from her freely. I felt very offended that I was not allowed to use this toilet as every one else have and did not receive the same friendly service as those passengers. I wanted to keep to myself about this but I realized I was treated unequally. So I told her that I was offended that she directed me to the back of the plane to use the toilet while everyone else used the front of the plane toilet. I also told her I felt I was not treated equally and felt very hurt. She kept apologizing after I explained how I feel but her apology does not take away the fact that I was treated differently and unequally. I advised her that she should not treat her passengers as if we are ignorant of flying, of our rights and of flying etiquette. She kept apologizing every time she passes by me throughout the flight but this did not ease my feelings at all. This was the last blow to my dissatisfaction with this trip beginning with the 2-hour flight delay. With many other airlines flying to Clark airport in the Philippines, I choose not to fly Jin Air again. In fact, I already booked with another airline today for my next trip with my family in 6 months for a wedding. I will not recommend Jin Air to everyone I know."

優點: "For a 6 hours flight there should be some form of in flight entertainment. There was nothing. It also took over an hour to board and we were delayed to our connecting flight by 30 min and almost didn't catch our second flight."
