優點： It's cheap. During Chinese New Year rush, you can get a ticket from Taiwan to Japan for $7000 TWD. Much cheaper than major airlines.

優點： The Business Class bed was nice

缺點： The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)

優點： Friendly crew. Toilets kept clean. Nice ambience with the cabin lighting.

缺點： My seat had a broken recliner button. Seat would recline but not stay reclined. If I sat up, seat would come up with me.

優點： Phone charging, laptop socket, nice legroom and smart recline system means legroom gets better when the guy in front reclines. Toilets clean. New aircraft, attentive crew. AIRBUS A350 IS THE BEST!!!

缺點： flight being delayed for 5 hours is hardly acceptable. The official delayed certificate should be handed out to passengers in a more spacious and controlled area and not when people are alighting from the aircraft, everyone was stuck and unable to get past the crowd. With China flights, i am pretty certain the bunch of mainlanders didnt even know what the certificate was for, they just flocked over to get it because that is their mentality. Aircon should be turned on if people are stuck inside the airline waiting for take off. Reasons such as the aircon is broken is pathetic. If the captain knows the flight is bound to be delayed then let the crew know in advance so they can prepare for our in flight enjoyment better such as refreshments like water to say the very least.

優點： In seat entertainment, USB and power outlets at each seat, a blanket larger than a dinner napkin in economy.

優點： Staff. Entertainment.

優點： The flight attendants are very attentive and polite. The journey was smooth. Overall great experience!

優點： Managed to get a seat in a good spot which more legs soace

缺點： Chinese regulation forbid the use of any cell phone during the entire flight... even in flight mode!!! This is utterly frustrating and annoying, especially when the flight is 15 hours long!!! Also food was meat only, no possibility to get fish or vegetarian

缺點： Flight departure time was wrong in Kayak and flight stood at Xi'an airport for 40 mins + arrived at the satellite terminal in HK which meant a bus. Long wait for bags too

缺點： Very disappointed with seat, choice of movies and food was not edible. Very poor when compared to business class on other airlines.

優點： New planes. Spotlessly clean. Hard working helpful staff. Good boarding. Adequate legroom by modern standards. Food typical of economy these days. OK. But really good staff.

缺點： Fried rice breakfast out of Rome. Mushy. But overall food out of Sydney, Rome and Shanghai, fine.

缺點： We were delayed by 7 hours. The ground staff did their best. They gave some snacks which I'm sure Filipinos like but were not to my tastes. Sitting on a hard floor for 7 hours with nothing to eat before a 3.5 hour flight is not my idea of a good day!

缺點： The flight I was booked on late so they changed my reservation to the previous flight which was late as well, still.later than my original flight . But smart move by them. The only issue was the terrible terminal building at Dumagete..

優點： check in went smoothly and boarding was orderly. The flight departed on time and arrived in Singapore on schedule.The flight deck kept us well informed and the cabin crew were very helpful, willing and able to keep the passengers happy.
