缺點： "We requested wheelchair assistance for my grandmother (3 days before the flight), but at the departing airport, the person with the wheelchair left early and we had to walk her on to the plane. When we arrived at Hong Kong, there was no wheelchair on the bridge, and after disembarking and being told to wait, it took 30 minutes for them to bring one. The ground staff kept trying to convince us to just walk which seemed very unprofessional."

優點： "I am frequent air traveler that logs about 100k miles a year and this is the first time I felt like writing a review about an airline. I traveled with my 4 year old son on this trip. Excellent service, high quality food options and flight amenities. I really enjoyed the food as did my son. My son left his backpack behind on the first leg and the airline staff retreived it and delivered it to the lounge in less than 15 minutes. I was astounded and had almost given up on seeing the bag again, given my experience with other airlines in the past. This is going to be airline of choice for future trips!"

I know several airlines who hide behind bureaucratic procedures to stonewall customers. CP is not one of them. Excellent service, before, after and during the flight."

We were sent to a 3rd counter where the Supervisor was chatting with a lady for 20 minutes. When we reached the counter we were told it was too late to board and we had missed our flight even though there were still 35 minutes to flight time. Turkish Airlines staff would not help us any further and we had to go purchase another ticket."

優點： "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

缺點： "Flight delayed ... Myself and three other colleagues didn't have our luggage show up from KLM flight from Amsterdam to Brussels...even though all of our luggage was labeled "priority". Once in customer service line, we looked and saw that many of the other passengers on our flight also never received their luggage. We estimated that 20-25% of the people on that flight did not receive their luggage as they were in line with us for the same problem. Hard to understand how so many pieces of luggage could have been overlooked and not loaded on our flight. Obviously there is a huge gap in their quality system to ensure mistakes like this are prevented."

In the mean time, no drinks, no snacks, nothing. So we should depart at 18:00 but it became 19:30. Our first drinks and meal was no earlier then 21:00. The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."
