JAL cancelled one of my return connecting flight as such has put untoward stress and terrible inconvenience on me. Ive reached out to priceline more than 4 times and said that JAL is yet to approve the request for change in flight details. JAL only approved of it nearly 2 weeks away from my actual revised flight. I was in contact with priceline two to three months away from my cancelled flight from JAL but JAL has delayed the approval of my request for a revised travel plan. All my succeeding plans and schedules were terribly affected by this poor JAL service. JAL did not even tell why they cancelled one of my connecting flights. This delay in their practice is terrible and is a poor reflection of their company values.
Very accommodating staff. And hardworking. Staff are prod of working with great service to passengers.
Everything is excellent except for food…
Delayed on boarding and take off NRT-MNL, affecting my transportation in MNL. Work on boarding earlier and meeting or exceeding scheduled take off times.
Again, lots of space, bug seats, plenty of legroom -served me dinner after I slept through the meal service.

缺點： "This was a JetStar flight, not JAL as the title says. I've only had good experiences with JAL. Despite paying for two pieces of baggage, I had to pay an extra charge. One of my pieces was a pair of light skis (5kg, well below the allowed 20kg) that were apparently too long for normal baggage. It is just another way to extract an extra fee. Seat spacing on Jet Star is dismal. Thankfully it was a short flight"

The food was really bad. Ravioli were hardly warm. A dish with “salmon” over rice was so salty and dry. The dish they call beef with rice and egg had a gravy but it was challenging to find even small pieces of meat. They really need to fix their menu. It’s not even average….
The planes were nice. That’s about it. I was very disappointed in the service which was not good. For a long haul flight, they did not provide 2 full meals. After about an hour into the flight they served a tiny tortilla vegetable wrap and drink of choice. Im not exaggerating when I say it was tiny. At first I thought wow what a treat to get an appetizer, but that’s all they served!! In all my long haul travels this is a first. What happened to the first meal?? The second meal (which was not good at all) was served 2 hours before landing at lax. Then there was not any amenity kits given out at least a toothbrush and toothpaste. Nothing was given out. Well I guess that makes sense since no first meal was served. The crew didn’t have any snacks on board or offered any I received more food on my first flight from Manila to Haneda. Seriously this has to be a mistake on someone’s part. Japan Airlines which I flew recently, certainly provided better service food and a toothbrush!!! Actually any flight does like delta American and Korean Air. Even China Southern? What happened to ANA supposedly 5 stars on Skytrax?

Malfunctioning plane made us late…annoying

I have also filed complaint but didn’t get any response so far . Last year my husband carried 55 inch with ethihad from same airport JFK and was not charged single penny. so I can say there is no airport restriction as well."

Once I got to to gates A50-69 I was told that i had to turn back and go through a different passport control as the one close to gates A50-69 was too busy/full. So I turned back although i had no specific gate number where the passport control was. Once I got there, after 10 mins walking (around gate Z20) around and asking lufthansa staff I came across a rather long queue. At that point I only had 30 mins until my flight to Budapest was boarding. I knew I would not get through that queue on time and there was no assistance. So I decided to turn nack and go back to gates A50-69 assport cobtrol where luckily there was no queue at all. I do not understand why i was turned away by staff the very first time I got to that passport control and why there was no assistance by airport staff. Not happy at all about that."

優點： "at RDU after they missed to notify me in time, they were very nice to find me the fastest route on the next day, not miss my whole conference . They give me food vulture also. most of the flying attendances were really kind under my travel, except on the MUC-IAD plane"
缺點： "They didn't notify me in time on a delay and didn't suggested a different route. Therefore I was able to flew just the following day as my connection to the oversea flight was more then an hour delay. It happened with me flying to Budapest, and also flying back from Budapest. Make you better understand, that does it mean for me: in Budapest I missed the first part of my conference, and with the flying back one day later I lost one payed work day. As I have family in Budapest I decided to stay for the night there, and not at Munich, but just rescheduling my flight and providing me a taxi drive was so complicated, that it took two and half extra hrs at the airport, Also Lufhansa put me in my rescheduled back trip the MUC-IAD flight on the 45C seat, what was the worst seat on the plane. Not just that. When they have plenty of empty seat in all of the section, and they wanted to sell it the economy plus seats for more than hundred dollars, I mentioned to the fight attendance my misery ,and how I don't like the seat what I got, and she laughed on me, and I heard her telling her colleagues,this kind of funny way as they were behind me. That's no how they need to treat passenger, Also on flying back they didn't react fast, and they missed to put me on the Frankfurt plane, what could be an alternative route, on the same day, instead they sent me desk to desk."
缺點： "Boarding free for all, therefore confusing and slow"
優點： "All operations are handled consistently and efficiently."
缺點： "Like my outbound flight—the internet (which I purchased a 24 hour package for $19) was slow and, when I was logged off, could not log on again. Not sure if the backbone went down or if they had maxed out the number of users. But-was unable to use it for the bukx of the flight."
缺點： "My return travel was on lufthansa but due t delays in departing I missed my flight to the US. We were treated very poorly and slowly by service center representatives. The flight we missed was still at the gate but the door had closed. We were told the flight was oversold so it benefited the airline that we missed it. It’s muxh cheaper to put us in a horrible hotel with disgusting food and fly us out the next day, then pay people to choose a new flight. I had two small children at home and Diebel to this incompetence missed my 4 year olds birthday. He was devastated all thanks to your airline."
缺點： "Two flights delayed then no bags when we got to Chicago- disappointing and annoying. Great to arrive with no coats in winter!"

優點： "Maintaining traditional tourist class service, i.e. a little bag of snack, soft drinks served on even a very short flight."
缺點： "Boarding was free for all, would've preferred boarding by rows."
缺點： "they called for boarding and all the signs said the flight was boarding and yet we stood there for a good 20 minutes before they actually started boarding the flight, but other than that, flight and crew were great!"
缺點： "This is a brand new airplane. The size of these seats has hit a new low. To expect an adult to spend 8 hours crammed into this thing is barbaric. It's been a week and my back still right. Enough already."
優點： "Once we got started the flight was OK. Great crew, the pilot did all the best to catch up for the delay caused in FRA."
缺點： "Once we were all onboard we had to wait in FRA in the plane until someone's baggage was unloaded. The wait time was almost 1 hour which was not pleasant esp. with small children. No entertainment onboard."

缺點： "Flight crew . No alcohol available after the 1st! round. She told me she doesn't have it maybe later.. she never gave me after that. I always had it min 3-4 times before. My first choice is always Lufthansa but after this time I am not sure anymore, I was very disappointed with my attendant and made this trip a bad experience with them. Movie selection not so great either"
優點： "it was on time and we arrived in one piece"
缺點： "the second leg from FRA to BUD entailed a massively disorganized, no queue control free for all to go through the boarding gates, all of which just led to an overcrowded bus.... which meandered through the airport to your jet on the tarmac.. they then allowed boarding from either rear or front of plane which of course lead to the throngs meeting in the middle and trying to squeeze past each other... horrible. Then... the checked bag did not make it to Budapest as they forgot to transfer it in FRA. so, yeah all in all it was a cheap flight and we got what we paid for."
