優點： On time, smooth landing.

缺點： Food was so-so, a little too salty.

優點： For the duration of 5.5hours, 1 main meal and 1 snack were served. Prompt drinks and meal service

缺點： 1. The flight delay. 2. Horrible food. 3. In-flight entertainment set wasn't working. When we told the stewardess about it, it wasn't addressed till the flight was about to land. Which was by then, rather useless. They gave a a complimentary bottle of wine though.

缺點： Very obvious the crew (at least in my section) have a problem with Non- Chinese people. Their attitude changed to others as well as me when they are asked for something. Very noticeable!!!!!!

優點： The 2nd flight plane was alright

缺點： Flight attendants have poor English and get upset if you ask for snacks or anything that makes them have to get supplies

優點： Crew, food, comfort, entertainment and many good things

優點： From the April 12 Sydney to Seoul flight, the landing at Seoul was so smooth, so professionally done I hardly knew we had touched ground. That Captain has much to teach all pilots wanting a higher standard to their skills and the recognition of these standards. That caption is worth his/her weight in gold, giving Koran Air a gold standard. To compare, the landing at Osaka April 12, late at night, was done by an apprentice who has much to learn from your gold star captain..

缺點： The same Sydney to Seoul flight, crossed the Qld Great Barrier Reef around 11am April 12. Having a window seat, so much detail of the Reef was visible which greatly surprised me. Beautiful colours galore. Having my face glued to the window at this time, I was unaware of cabin happenings. A male steward tapped me on the shoulder and said "Close your window blind". The beautiful scene outside my window was a first and being 76 old, likely not to happen again for me. Naturally, I ask the male steward "Why", He repeated 4 more times, "Close your window blind". Each time my reply was the same, "Why". On his last request, his voice raised, so in turn, my reply was raised. Sadly, he walked away silently, hands waving in disgust. Only then did I realise the cabin was completely black, no light seen. If at 11am, traditionally, this is a custom, a service to passengers on that particular flight, the male steward didn't say. He clearly expected to be obeyed and didn't expect a challenge. But also felt I didn't deserve a reason for his, what clearly was a demand. Would he have treated a male passenger differently. I flew economy because that is what my budget demands. Flying is not common for me but certainly a thrill that demands a window seat. I give much praise to all other staff, especially the captain landing that very craft at Seoul. At my age, years of experience allows me to be aware and notice. A beautifully presented mature female stewardess in economy, served me. When I requested a beer with the main meal, she said I will give you my favourite. I knew this was double talk for having only one brand beer left, that was a weak American beer. I watched this lovely lady many times being distracted by other staff with questions and 2 other passengers near me, asking for changes. She never blew it. And she passed me in the Sydney terminal, end of the day for her and believe it or not, she remembered me. She was not in such a hurry to get to her destination, that she gave time by turning her body, giving me a wide smile with eyes saying, Yes, I served you. You see, she's never off the job of customer service. I learned much, flying with Korean Air. Many thanks, Sally

缺點： The fact that I was not able to get on my flight because I didn't have a visa after I called the airline over a week before my flight to ask about it and they told me I didn't need one. They told me I would get a temporary 72 visa upon arrival in Fuzhou but when I went to check in this was not the case. Now they won't give me any money back for that flight or the one I had to buy to get home. It was their fault I was not on the flight and they won't own up to it. I will never fly with them and I will do my best to let others know that they shouldn't either

缺點： 2 hour delay from Incheon to Tokyo. Messed up our travel plan a bit.

缺點： transfer process in Shanghai choatic. Need to wait for staff to take me to transfer area. Airport staff in Shanghai rude.

優點： The journey was smooth, the seat was comfortable enough. Food was decent.

缺點： I took 2 connecting flights back home, both flights were delayed by 2h and 1.5h respectively. No estimated new departure time was given, and the staff took very long (well after the supposed departure time) before they made an announcement for us to apologise for the delay. Service was mediocre. Half the time the crew was no where in sight, so it was difficult to ask them for something. When pressing the bell for service, they also took very long to respond. Once, when i had asked a steward for water, he was busy and told me to go to the back of the airplane to get it myself.

優點： Yes, we were unexpected and surprised being upgrade to premier class

缺點： no complaints. very appreciated our upgrade, since we went to Prague for mother-in-law's funeral, we were absolutely exhausted.This up grade made an excellence different to us. Thanks very much.

優點： Great legroom. Food better than last Korean Air flight a few years ago.

缺點： Changed to smaller aircraft, last row in the aeroplane.

優點： Service and Food was great. The hygiene was good.

缺點： Late taking off. Sat 30 minutes at Beijing airport waiting to park, then waited 15 minutes for a bus transfer to the terminal build. Only one bus so deplaned at the speed of the slowest passenger. 10 min bus journey to the terminal building. Missed my flight to the UK. I recommend you use an airline that pays for an air bridge and can coordinate the ground staff to be ready for the planes arrival!

缺點： Chinese regulation forbid the use of any cell phone during the entire flight... even in flight mode!!! This is utterly frustrating and annoying, especially when the flight is 15 hours long!!! Also food was meat only, no possibility to get fish or vegetarian

優點： Food was very good. Good variety and plenty of vegetables. Staff very courteous.

缺點： Restroom was Healy used. Should have been monitored more closely. Was not clean enough when I used had to clean myself before I could use. But I used to be a health inspector so maybe my standards are to high.

優點： on the plane, Crew in CA are great! Food is delicious! Entertainment is very good!

缺點： I had a terrible time yesterday when I had to transfer from CA 4120 to CA 429 in Chengdu Shuangliu to Sydney. When I got off at Shuangliu airport From CA 4120 at 23:50pm, there was no airport bus to transfer me from T2 to T1 international Departure at Chengdu Shuangliu. I have to run in the dark nearly 2 km to catch 1:20 am CA 429 to Sydney Australia. Really bad international service in Chengdu Shuangliu!!

優點： Flight was good but my luggage case was broke the two wheels have been broke off make my case not useable as it has two holes were the wheels was

缺點： suit case was broke wen I was given it at ho chi ming city two big holes where the wheels was I have taken photos also

優點： It was a very cheap flight, so flying the family back to NZ from the UK, for what we paid, it was great.

缺點： Plane food was quite average, on the first flight LHR-PEK flight the plane was a bit old and the entertainment system was nearly shot, but the second flight PEK-ALK was a dream liner, which was fantastic. For the price we paid, there was nothing we could complain about, would definitely flay again.

優點： Delay ex Manila was said to be 3 hours but was shortened. Looking at bright side.

缺點： The reception in Shanghai did not at first permit me to connect on my flight to Rome. If I missed that I have a flight on Monday 11am to Geneva that I would miss. My shortened layover in Shanghai due to Manila delay was still 45 minutes but Inwas being asked to transfer and get another flight through the transfer desk. Luckily After a few minutes in line at the transfer desk, was allowed back on my original flight. However and unfortunately, it was due to another 2 hour delay. arrived Rome 815++ pm ISO 6pm.

缺點： plane parked too far from main terminal. long bus ride delays arrival time.

優點： No personal entertainment devices - you can't use your phone to read a book or listen to music. back to good old fashion travelling. Make sure you prepare yourself with a book and junk food to cope

缺點： Im not realize that my luggage is not direct to nagoya, so i need to claimed my luggage, re-check in and imigration in shanghai. I just have 2,5 hours to do all stuff. Thanks god i make it to onboard in time with help other passanger that let me do immigration check first.

缺點： Flight departure time was wrong in Kayak and flight stood at Xi'an airport for 40 mins + arrived at the satellite terminal in HK which meant a bus. Long wait for bags too

缺點： Horrible communications! Requested an upgrade and was told the system was down then on return trip requested upgrade again and was told that it had to be done at check in which means returning to main terminal by tram and going through security again as the girl at the boarding desk returned to playing with her phone. There was more than 50% first class seats unfilled, good news for investors. On the tv monitor we were watching our final approach as we bypassed the airport and made three 360 degree turns 50 miles out for 30 minutes and not one word from the Captain what was happening, very nerve racking. Never fly Air China again!

優點： Aircraft is new

缺點： Transfer was very bad , have to walk half hour in Chengdu airport to transfer the flight to Sydney

缺點： No ability to charge smartphone or laptops

優點： Staff were quite helpful and both flights were on time - very cheap which made the things I didn’t like acceptable

缺點： There wasn’t really any legroom (I’m about 1.74m) or much comfort and the plane itself was really loud - not used to that from long distance flights. Two out of four meals were okay.
