優點： We liked the boarding in Atlanta and in Seoul with the people boarding by the numbers of their rows - boarded the back rows, then the middle then the front. Worked so much better than everyone rushing to get on! Flight attendants were very helpful with everything and always kind. Loved being able to sit in the exit row seats!!

缺點： Food was okay - we fly Korean Air whenever we travel to SE Asia and it seems the food is the same no matter what flight we are on. We like the pizza snack better than the bun with meat inside they served us on this trip.

優點： I like that KE is lenient with the baggage allowance of 23kgs per piece that some can still go up to about 25kgs due to measurement system used (Metric vs. US). I also like that KE has bigger leg room even in the economy class.

缺點： I don't like the fact that KE charges the 3rd baggage (excess baggage) US$200 for only up to 23kgs. Anything beyond that is additional $100 for only up to 32kgs. another $100 beyond 32kgs. I will state for a fact that Cathay Pacific only charges US$150 for the 3rd baggage and is already up to 32kgs. Perhaps this is something KE would like to look into. In spite of Cathay Pacific's excess baggage rates, they have a smaller leg room in the economy class.

優點： - Great Service by inflight crew. - Very good Indian veg meal options i.e. Hindu Veg Meal and Asian Veg Meal. I would suggest the non veg folks to try these next time.

優點： Boarded on time; everything efficiently done; pleasant staff. Breakfast was not great - too sweet overall. Usually korean does well with food.

優點： Good price, nice staff

缺點： It's always the same food and just one served beef rice! It would be nice if they could vary the food menu.

優點： The journey was smooth, the seat was comfortable enough. Food was decent.

缺點： I took 2 connecting flights back home, both flights were delayed by 2h and 1.5h respectively. No estimated new departure time was given, and the staff took very long (well after the supposed departure time) before they made an announcement for us to apologise for the delay. Service was mediocre. Half the time the crew was no where in sight, so it was difficult to ask them for something. When pressing the bell for service, they also took very long to respond. Once, when i had asked a steward for water, he was busy and told me to go to the back of the airplane to get it myself.

缺點： MU ground service in PVG was fair during check in, it was not as polite as in HK.

優點： New planes. Spotlessly clean. Hard working helpful staff. Good boarding. Adequate legroom by modern standards. Food typical of economy these days. OK. But really good staff.

缺點： Fried rice breakfast out of Rome. Mushy. But overall food out of Sydney, Rome and Shanghai, fine.

優點： 다른 항공사 비행기에 비해 좌석이 넓은편임. USB 포트는 기본에 콘센트까지 있어서 놀람. 엔터테이먼트는 주로 한국 방송들 위주였던듯.

缺點： 아시아나 기내식 괜찮다고 들어 기대했으나 싱가폴항공보다 별로였음. 비빔밥에 단무지2개 계란말이 한조각.. 싱가폴항공은 비빔밥에 김치도 주는데.. 그리고 밥 다먹고 빵 먹는다고 식기 걷을때 나이프랑 컵을 못 냈는데 다시 가지러 안옴..-_-;; 캔이랑 컵이랑 다 가지고 있었는데 다시 수거하러 와야하는거 아닌가..?

優點： The cew is very friendly but need to improve their English.

缺點： Entertainment system. Food options. General service offering in business class

優點： Didn’t like any part of the flight.

缺點： The cabin was way too hot for comfort. The food wasn’t good. Little entertainment options.

優點： Great crew and comfortable flight

缺點： Delayed for several hours after boarding because of a technical difficulty with the airplane. This delay caused me to miss an important dinner meeting in Thailand and cost me extra money to arrange transportation from the BKK to my hotel.

缺點： Hope to keep departure on time !!!!!!

缺點： Late taking off. Sat 30 minutes at Beijing airport waiting to park, then waited 15 minutes for a bus transfer to the terminal build. Only one bus so deplaned at the speed of the slowest passenger. 10 min bus journey to the terminal building. Missed my flight to the UK. I recommend you use an airline that pays for an air bridge and can coordinate the ground staff to be ready for the planes arrival!

缺點： The fact that I was not able to get on my flight because I didn't have a visa after I called the airline over a week before my flight to ask about it and they told me I didn't need one. They told me I would get a temporary 72 visa upon arrival in Fuzhou but when I went to check in this was not the case. Now they won't give me any money back for that flight or the one I had to buy to get home. It was their fault I was not on the flight and they won't own up to it. I will never fly with them and I will do my best to let others know that they shouldn't either

缺點： See above. Nothing specific to like.

缺點： The flight was delayed as we were waiting for documents required for our entry to the UK - surely these should have been ready in advance? Perhaps a taste of things to come if (when) we sadly leave the EU. Same poor sandwiches.

優點： The staff, from airport to plane, were brilliant, the food was initially surprisingly nice, but by the time I'd been in transit long enough for the third meal, I just couldn't face it.

缺點： The Seats were OK and the legroom was pretty bgood for economy, but the extra headrests on the larger Heatthrow/beijing aircraft came in at about shoulderblade height and made finding a truly comfortable position impossible. Definitely one to look at the price step ups for better seats in future.

缺點： the flight was 30 minutes late, which caused me to miss my connection AMS-LDN, where my cousin was waiting to take me on to my Auntys Funeral at 10.30. MU head flight attendant said at first the flight was NOT late, even though we were scheduled to depart at 1245 we waited on tarmac until 1.15 and arrived AMS at 7.10 instead of 6.35.When I pointed out this lie she said "not our problem, speak to KLM lady on ground" ...I did ..and am now waiting for a flight at 13.20 TO A DIFFERENT AIRPORT IN LONDON, and 3 hrs AFTER my aunt's funeral.MU..the worst thing is I have them on my return flight to Japan.I am thinking if forfeiting that leg and booking with and airline that cares about their customers, instead of just taking your money.MU never again. Let them treat their own citizens with contempt.

優點： Will if you didnt know yet it was horrible. because of the reschedulling i miss my flight from paris to venice and all this flight is boon through you but i couldnt contact cheapflights because you dont handle it. So what do you think??

缺點： i understand that is a Korean airlines, but you are flying in international route, please prepare some English material，such as if you don't let people use our own pillow, the explanation material cannot be in Korean Only.

缺點： Korean Air refused to provide accommodation for my 19 hours layover even I had two flights with Korean Air. The reason provided was simple: "We don't have you on the list". The fact that it's 8 pm and had known nothing about South Korea meant nothing.

優點： Punctual take off and landing, attentive crew, excellent entertainment system (Especially for short haul flight). One of the best meals I’ve had in the air too - great that this along with unlimited drinks was free!

優點： For the duration of 5.5hours, 1 main meal and 1 snack were served. Prompt drinks and meal service

缺點： No personal inflight entertainment. Only a few screens from the ceiling, with poor viewing angles.
