優點： Food, service on board

缺點： Im not realize that my luggage is not direct to nagoya, so i need to claimed my luggage, re-check in and imigration in shanghai. I just have 2,5 hours to do all stuff. Thanks god i make it to onboard in time with help other passanger that let me do immigration check first.

優點： I was lucky enough to travel on the 777-300 new config business. Pyjamas to boot, never had those in biz class before. Hats off to China Eastern, exceeded my expectations and beat the competition. Gutted my flight is with Lufthansa from Shanghai to Frankfurt. Will definitely be looking to fly with them again. Can't comment on economy as didn't get chance to look around.

缺點： Transfer was very bad , have to walk half hour in Chengdu airport to transfer the flight to Sydney

缺點： Booked beyond recognition flavourless

缺點： The in flight entertainment system was very limited and of no interest

優點： Reasonably comfortable

缺點： No movie selection and nowhere to charge phones. On line check in was a nightmare.

優點： Entertainment is epic. Speed to get luggage and depart airport was excellent.

缺點： Boarding crew had difficulty pronouncing "B" and "D", this caused some confusion. If they had said "B for Bravo", and "D for David", it would have helped them a lot.

優點： Crew was good, flight was on time.

缺點： They could have given the amenities, which I think they forgot

優點： Unprofessional crew member how to treat as GOLD member in business class cabin

缺點： No comment

優點： Great customer service, great and always smiling crew, wonderful flight

缺點： the food options need to be more. an option with steamed rice should always be available

缺點： Head support for 6 feet plus people on seats would be good

優點： The crew were very nice, food was tasty, seat comfortable and the entertainment great as well. Will be flying KLM again soon :)

優點： The earlier announcement about timing of meals and landing cards etc is very good. The food trays have non-slip design is also very nice

缺點： The screen in front is too close to view movies comfortably. Would like to know if the airline has any arrangements to make it greener e. g. What's going to happen with the disposables etc

優點： Flying with a partner, the two seater in economy was comfortable, good leg space, reasonable food , good service.

優點： Many empty seats meant I could get some sleep

優點： Great crew and comfortable flight

缺點： Delayed for several hours after boarding because of a technical difficulty with the airplane. This delay caused me to miss an important dinner meeting in Thailand and cost me extra money to arrange transportation from the BKK to my hotel.

缺點： My flt from bangkok to seoul very good 5 star Flight from incheon to san francisco very old entertainment nothing compared to emirates or Qatar airways

缺點： It was delayed by 15mins due to heavy rain but it was OK as everything else was on point

優點： There was a hot meal on this 1.5 hour hop from Kota Kinabalu to Kuching

缺點： The seats on the 737-800 have quite limited legroom

優點： Cool and excellent service.

缺點： The food and the seats and leg room is too small especially for larger people

優點： I like overall, food , entertainment, cleanliness and the amazing crew.

缺點： I would fly again with emirates.

優點： Easy transit. Plesant crew.

缺點： Not much to add for an economy flight!

優點： The Beijing/Osaka flight was a smaller simpler plane than the Heathrow/Beijing one, but cconsidering the amount of time both flights take relative to each other, I think it had the better balance of the two.

缺點： The only thing I'd suggest is while the Crew were great and did offer drinks a number of times, the first drinks run seemed late - although that might just be a combination of needing to wait until the plane has reached full altitude and the desire to clear the unpleasant Beijing air.

缺點： No ability to charge smartphone or laptops

優點： The lovely crew.

缺點： Transferring at Chengdu airport is not a good experience.

優點： Everything smooth and comfortable

缺點： Flight on time would have been good when you have a late evening arrival. Long wait for luggage at Birmingham airport.

優點： The crew were excellent and seats were comfy.

缺點： Headphones for the entertainment centre.could have been better. Sound quality not great.

缺點： There was no entertainment on the flight from Vancouver to Amsterdam and this on top of a two hour delay in taking off which led us to have to literally run to our gate in Amsterdam to make the connection to Mumbai

缺點： Wrong communication for connecting flights. Poor customer service, flight attendants not friendly.

優點： Great seat with extra legroom, very attentive cabin crew.

優點： Crew great, boarding at Nice very organised, boarding in Amsterdam not so organised!

缺點： A queuing system would be better-it was a bit disorganised at Amsterdam!

優點： The pilot and the crews were helpful about the transit. Pilot make up a lot of time.

缺點： No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

優點： KLM are our airline of choice. A great full-service carrier with impecable standards.
