缺點： It was a scary flight that I couldnt even sleep! I dont feel safe flying with China Airlines! Rude staffs, planes are shaking, food was ok, no selection of drinks (only tea and water),

優點： I was surprised that they provided meal for less than 1.5 hour flight. The fare was very affordable for only a few extra hours waiting in Taipei. Very happy with their service. I will definitely use China Airlines again.

缺點： Nothing I didn't like.

缺點： 炒米粉或者炒飯無料 很糟糕。機上日文機組服務佳

缺點： 1. The flight delay. 2. Horrible food. 3. In-flight entertainment set wasn't working. When we told the stewardess about it, it wasn't addressed till the flight was about to land. Which was by then, rather useless. They gave a a complimentary bottle of wine though.

優點： OK

缺點： Ground service staff (not individual) in PVG showed poker face to customers not only to me.

優點： I was lucky enough to travel on the 777-300 new config business. Pyjamas to boot, never had those in biz class before. Hats off to China Eastern, exceeded my expectations and beat the competition. Gutted my flight is with Lufthansa from Shanghai to Frankfurt. Will definitely be looking to fly with them again. Can't comment on economy as didn't get chance to look around.

優點： Got an exit row seat. Lots of leg room.

優點： The boarding by zones is a great way to do it and they implemented it efficiently. The crew were outstanding - pleasant, smiley and courteous and made me feel welcomed. Meals were delicious.

缺點： A bit cramped and not quite enough toilets in economy class. Always a long queue for the toilet.
