Delay departure n miss connection flight
Was a quick flight less than an hour. He gave me two packs of gold fish. Which is fine but of course compared to my other flights, well no comparison, but the flight was less than an hour.

優點： "My flight was postponed or delayed as the airline like to call it until the next day due to Narita International Airport closing after 11pm! First of all I didn’t realize major international airports closes especially with a airplane still on the runway! After our flight was “delayed” Korean Airlines scrambled to get us into hotels. This process was very poorly organization and many of us non Japanese speakers were left very confused because they kept forgetting to interpret what they said into English. I had to keep reminding them. We had to stay in long lines throughout the process which took up at least 3hrs. On top of that we waited at least 45 minutes the day after to get our new boarding passes! I was so over my trip to Japan by then and very disappointed with how Korean airlines handled the situation. I will most likely not take Korean airlines again and it will be a long time until I take another trip to Japan."

Passengers from another delayed flight gathered around our gate and blocked us from entering boarding our plane. They were demanding that our flight should be canceled and didn’t let us board. Security was present they were taking notes but never intervened. This is the first time I have experience this type of chaos on an airport but from the signs posted, it appears that it may be normal situation and this airport. Didn’t expect I will have to push through a mob to board the air plane."

I asked to change flights in Fukuoka so I wouldn’t miss it but I was told then I wouldn’t be able to take my connecting flight in Incheon???? Even though it was Korean Air??? Fukuoka lacked any information when our flight might come or if it would possibly be cancelled. Got to Incheon near midnight, I then waited for three and half hours in a line to rebook for the next day, and when they helped me they gave me a ticket. They said they couldn’t give me any hotel accommodations because of all the missed flights, but didn’t offer some other compensation. I didn’t get a voucher which I saw other people in line get. When I asked to upgrade to business class( I was willing to pay the extra money) I was told it was too expensive for me. After my trip I will never fly Korean Air again."

There were no answers to phone calls from information provided on receipt. Emails only stated the fees that would be imposed for any action I conducted. I will never use kayak again."

The fly was delayed one hour for A/C problems, then after being on the road to take off, we went back to terminal secondary to a passenger problem. Last but not least I was first class and my sit was so uncomfortable, I landed with headaches
The chicken curry in economy was ok. The rest of the experience was and continues to be a true nightmare. I was scheduled to take flight DL73 from Amsterdam to Atlanta, having purchased a Delta Premium Select seat - to try for a change, as I had most recently flown the same route in Delta One. However, KLM and agents dressed in Delta uniforms put me in wrong lines to check in and check my luggage, the KLM agent badge said “trainee” and they had me waiting 35 minutes before a more experienced agent came over and finally said “oh of course he is all clear, including the covid test document” and information that I also provided physically and on both the Delta app and the KLM app. The more senior KLM agent apologized and said that my bags would make flight DL73 and I would also make the flight so long as I ran to the gate. I did just this, and despite multiple other passengers being escorted in front of me through security and customs, I ran very fast and was at gate E22 in Schiphol at 11:15, well before the departure time of 11:40 (plane actually departed at 11:44), and certainly over 15 minutes prior to departure/door close - being there 25 minutes before departure. Nonetheless, the gate agent literally saw me and said “Mr. (my name), we just closed the gate.” I was shocked but the same agent said that I would have “no problem” getting on board DL75 at 1pm, including in a Delta Premium Select seat, for which I had paid along with being a Platinum frequent flyer. She told me to wipe the sweat off myself, take a deep breath and that “transfers” at Schiphol would handle and confirm this new flight and details for me. I then stood in a mile long line at gate T6, where KLM and Delta transfers were supposedly being processed. At the same time, I called Delta twice, each for about 35-45 minutes, and Delta said they could not help me, and to speak with KLM. This was also a rude surprise as Delta and KLM used to work together much more smoothly. It was also a lie as I later found out that the Delta Globalist team can help in this situation. An hour later, I made it through the transfers line only to be told that KLM could do nothing other than sell me an entirely new ticket! I then called Delta again, and finally a woman named Alexa (Alexis perhaps) - I think - finally listened to and reviewed my information. She deeply apologized and said that KLM simply listed me as a “no show” which is infuriating and inaccurate. She apologized again and asked to speak jointly with someone at KLM (at Schiphol) because apparently no one at Schiphol actually works with or understands Delta even though these flights were operated by Delta and many individuals wore Delta uniforms. I have flown that route many times as well with no issues whatsoever, but this was a true disgrace for Delta and KLM. The Delta globalist team / Alexa asked to speak to the KLM gate agent. Thus as it was then 12:30pm, I had to run to gate E24 to continue trying to get on board the 1pm flight and put the Delta team in touch with a KLM agent. Finally, at gate E24, the same gate agent from the earlier flight (DL73/gate E22) said, “Mr. (my name), I think your bags are waiting by the plane but I don’t think I can get you or them on this flight either.” I was shocked again, but Alexa and I spoke via speaker phone on my cell phone with the gate agent and a team of 4-5 others that appeared to be with KLM or Delta at the gate based on their uniforms. They finally somehow managed to get me on board, but refused to seat me in the open Delta One seat or the four open Delta Premium Select seats, instead placing me in economy, oddly which the Delta website and app still do not show, instead showing that both flights DL73 and DL75 are still in my itinerary. I am utterly disappointed, shocked and amazed at the level of poor treatment, not to mention why would Delta - and the FAA not have this information clarified in their systems? My luggage still shows as being at Schiphol airport, and my seat was far worse than the mediocre Premium Select seat for which I paid, as the flight attendant spilled cola on me and laughed with other passengers around me about Delta platinum and Diamond status for some reason, apparently unaware that I am a platinum flyer. My Delta app and the website continue to show both flights (from yesterday) in my itinerary as if I am somehow going to fly one of those flights now(?), which is even more confusing. It also clearly shows that despite being Delta Premium Select, a seat for me was “not assigned,” which makes no sense. This was by far the worst experience I have had with Delta and my opinion of Delta went from almost 5 stars to about 1.5 stars due to these unfortunate and awful events.

Thus I I lost all the extra space and actually would of preferred a regular economy seat. that would’ve been more preferential then paying $60 and getting less space than I would’ve had it in a regular economy. I understand the other passengers comfort was important and if that was the case he should’ve paid $60 as well."

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

優點： "She was cheerful and genuine. I have dietary restrictions but was unable to preorder a meal. She went out of her way to find an available meal for me. I also saw her bring other passengers extra snacks and drinks."

缺點： "Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

優點： "Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam"

缺點： "Didn't allow my carry on. Said too big. Same bag was on earlier connecting flight on much smaller plane. Also on flight on Southwest week prior. But larger intercontinental flight wouldn't allow it."
缺點： "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!"

By the end of the trip when we were approaching Ams, a hostess came and she gave us a $25 dollar discountvoucher to be used in our next trip, this is totally not acceptable!"
Flight was cancelled. AA customer service is a nightmare. A lot of flights cancelled during the night we had to stay on a hotel until next day and pay for expenses Very disappointed
Better shows in entertainment
Very little time to connect withy the Orlando flight made my loose connection.
No food available on flight.
優點： "Nothing. Crew on all four flights were rude."
缺點： "The flight attendant could have gone and gotten my meds or let me get my meds that I left at the at the gate"
缺點： "Several people got on the flight with no face mask on. The flight was completely packed, there was no distancing at all. The boarding process required me to walk past everyone as my chair was in the back and I was last group to board (unlike other airlines that have switched to back to front boarding to reduce people coming in contact with each other) As I walked down the PACKED plane mot people had masks on incorrectly (hanging off one ear, down around their chin, nose out, etc.) some people had no mask at all and the flight attendants did nothing. It seems like they were doing nothing to keep passengers safe from COVID-19 spread. Compared to Delta, American Airlines was terrifying to fly, I find not feel safe at all."

缺點： "Boarding was very slow with so many passengers wanting to carry on all their earthly belongings. I was unaffected as I had checked my bag at the gate, but for some there was no room at all. Some early boarders were allowed to exceed the one-bag in the overhead rules."
缺點： "I purchased a business class seat and did not get a business class seat. In Philadelphia the agent would not give me the available seat because I was not on an upgrade list. He said I would have to call american. I tried several times. (I also called british air and they said they could not help.) Each time i tried American the message said they had high volume call back later. I reported this to BA and have not yet had a response."

缺點： "We delayed in TUS on the runway and in LAX due to congestion at LAX. Nearly half of us had to sprint to make out connections. Luckily, LAX never launches planes on time. More a fault of LAX and it’s inefficiency than AA. Still annoying."

缺點： "One of the oldest aircrafts - unbelievable they would use this from Milan to JFK! There were NO TV screens on the seats and whats worse is there was nowhere to plug in headphones to watch the one tiny TV screen for all. When we were landing the lights in our cabin - the crew was mediocre - the food was indelible - I advent flown American for over a decade internationally and there is a good reason why i will never again!!"

缺點： "We didn't like the London Airport and we didn't get enough to eat and drink. We flew from London to Seattle Airport (SEA). From there we had to take an Alaska Air Flight to Salt Lake City (SLC) We had a difficult time finding the terminal for our flight to (SLC). . Alaska Air Broke one of the wheels on my suit case."

缺點： "The boarding process is not organized, even if you're flying first you have to "elbow" your way in. The headphones or the connection are wrong the noise coming of it is terrible, couldn't watch a single movie. Unusable. Tried moving it around and changing for another unsuccessfully."

缺點： "The Crew were incredibly rude, and the pilot was unapologetic for being late coming back. They offered little to no comfort. They replied rudely to people when they asked them to repeat themselves because they couldn't hear. They were not very helpful and seemed annoyed and irritable. The plane was uncomfortable and the screens in front of me were useless because they were so low quality. The air craft has an option for fax but has no USB charger or port for a 10 hour flight. The aircraft I was on was not fit for that long of a distance."

優點： "American Airline flight was on time, actually, early departure and early arrival. Crew was friendly and helpful, and I arrived safely. There was room overhead for my carry-on. And I got a great deal thanks to Kayak."
