優點: "I didn’t take the flight but there was no way to get my refund! No phone answer and no ticket counter!!!!"

優點: "The customer service, the seats were comfortable and the food was great"

缺點: "no red wine - what is written in the menu in business class was missing the main course meal"

優點: "I did not like anything from this trip. I just learned my lesson not to travel with turkish airlines ever again."
缺點: "flight was canceled from previous flight so we had to overnight in istambul and the whole situation was handled very poorly nobody took the time to explain to me what to do and mind this I was traveling with three year old and I found myself crying at midnight at the airport not knowing what to do."

優點: "Entertainment and food are always reliably good on Turkish."
缺點: "Ground crew was very poor at communication, no one warned us we would need a visa; we spent hours and hours queuing for what could have been sorted out in advance. Communication was terrible. The flight was delayed due to Pakistan closing air space. Turkish rescheduled but no real help in Istanbul."

缺點: "The crew at check-in & at boarding checked me in to fly to Tel-Aviv (transiting at Istanbul) without any comment on visa or passport at Washington D.C. In Istanbul, I was not allowed to board on the flight to Tel-Aviv. I was not allowed to stay in Istanbul. Crew (Erin Uler) who stopped me from boarding the flight said he would help, but disappeared. Othes kept sending me back and forth between transfer desk and sales desk with inconsistent advice every time. I had no way out, so decided I will fly to the closest European country. This was after I had been back and forth for 7 hours. I had to pay full for flight to Greece. I asked to be sent back to D.C. they could not even work that out. I have a return ticket to fly back to Washington D.C. with Turkish Airline on 1 Jan and they said they will need to re-ticket my paid return flight as well. Turkish airline crew did not would not help me fix my return flight back to D.C. They have asked me to contact the agent ( Kayak). Now I am stuck in Athens, a country I have never visited nor planned to. My tours & accommodation, all paid for in Israel, I have lost. I had a tour fully paid in Israel. I have no ticket to return back to D.C. even though I paid for ticket with cancellation insurance when I bought the ticket. The advice between Turkish crew who checked my passport (official) while I was flying out of D.C. vs the Turkish crew who stopped me from boarding was inconsistent. If I had been stopped in D.C. I wouldn't have had to face the events that followed. Now I have lost my tours, hotel in Israel. I had to pay extra for flight to Athens and I am paying for hotel and sundry in Athens while waiting for flight out. Turkish crew at Istanbul were not only unhelpful but rude and inconsistent. While I was waiting for 8 hours for a firm information, shouting matches between Turkish crew and customers went on at least a dozen times. Inconsistent information from Turkish staff has led me to be currently stuck in Athens. I am waiting for a way back to D.C. There should be a rule that fines an airline if they board people without accurate visa papers and they fail to check it. There should also be a fine to the airline if they stop people from boarding at a transit airport leaving passanger stranded with nowhere to go or return."

優點: "Great selection of movies, excellent food, friendly service."
缺點: "Boarding required a lot of waiting in lines only to be moved to another area where we had to wait again. There was very little leg room in between seats."

優點: "Crew was very good."
缺點: "I wasn’t able to get a simple luggage name tag after asking several staff employees. That’s crazy."

優點: "We liked the ability to watch movies and television programs to pass the time."
缺點: "We did not like that to use Internet we had to pay an extra fee. We did not care for the food. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the aircraft. We did not like that the bathrooms ran out of water to wash our hands. We did not like that flight attendants handled and served food with no water on the flight to wash their hands. Most flight attendants were unfriendly. The one gentleman that served us was pleasant. We really did not like that between the food service we saw virtually no flight attendants other than those sleeping in the area at the back of the plane. We did not like that we could not understand the announcements made. We did not like the fact that passengers were not reprimanded upon landing for using electrical devices and laptop computers even though an announcement had been made to turn all devices off and put them away. Once announcement was made not one flight attendant said anything to those people around us who did not follow the request. We did not appreciate the uncomfortable seats."

缺點: "Ability to choose seats before trave and requested that during bookingl. During the check-in process no attempt was made accommodate my request."

優點: "I didn’t like anything. Or maybe the only thing I liked is getting to my destination so I don’t have to be flown by that terrible airline anymore."
缺點: "The fact that Turkish airline clearly is too stingy to take proper care of their passengers. You don’t provide accommodation when people get a stopover which is disgusting considering it is an airline that is supposed to represent a developed country. This cancels out anything you feel is a plus about the airline. This needs to be sorted out."

優點: "Always excellent"

缺點: "I could not use my ticket I was trying to extension date but customer services terrible"

優點: "Better of most European airlines.. nice enough lounge and inflight service pretty good with room to improve for sure."
缺點: "Boarding was simply chaotic where staff isn’t managing the queue well separating business and economy. At arrival baggage priority meant nothing. Half the non priority bags arrived way before a massive batch of priority bags arrived. Defeats the purpose of giving your guest fast track immigration !"

缺點: "Seat room, very tight."

缺點: "The flight was delayed for four hours due to aircraft malfunction. Not allowed to use the toilet for five hours."

優點: "Crew and entertainment were above average."
缺點: "The loading process was very long and delayed the flight. It was also very warm on the flight...uncomfortably so."

優點: "I ran late to the flight at 11:30am I arrive just at 10:55am. Of course the check in counter was closed. When I saw the gentleman at the counter opposite the check in, he made his effort to contact his colleague to come all the way back to the check in counter to check my bags and get me on the flight! I saw that they really worked hard to help me! I am extremely grateful and impressed! I will forever LOVE Turkish airlines!"

優點: "The food was delicious. I loved that there were blankets, pillows, and headphones for everyone and they were not at extra cost. We also received care bags with lip balm, socks, slippers and a night mask as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste. The flight did not seem like 12 hours. Thankfully."

優點: "The food was impeccable- would compete favorably against Etihad, Singapore, Cathay or Emirates Courteous crew who would be the very best with some more training in making customers feel special. Excellent business cabin"
缺點: "Slightly edgy crew"

優點: "this particular plane had PLENTY of leg room, I could really stretch out and take a nap. Just depends which plane you fly on Turkish. Food is good for plane food."
缺點: "I don't know if English speaking is a requirement for the crew, but it was difficult to ask questions to the crew in English, even simple questions like "Could I see what the cake looks like to choose my snack?" This didn't really interfere too much with the flight"

缺點: "We ordered regular vegetarian food without any meat, fish or poultry. We had reserved it at least 2 weeks in advance. Again reminded them at the time of ticketing. Agent went to some one, there was some nodding of heads and we were told to tell crew member in advance. We did it in a written request to head crew. When time came other crew member served us completely ignorant of our request. We were served flash of some animal. We did not want to make a scene but people around were were also bothered. We came out hungry at the other end"

缺點: "It was very hot on the plane for the majority of the flight."

優點: "The service and food was excellent. The entertainment choices was amazing. They gave me two decent-sized bottles of wine without charging me."
缺點: "They give you very little leg room. The seat in front of you touches your knees. After 8 hours in the same position it feels like you are stuck in a coffin or a primatial medieval torture device. The seat begins to hurt your back. You can't get in a comfortable position. You can't turn left or right. There's a little foot rest that gives you 10 minutes of relief but then that gets uncomfortable. If one of the people seated in with the inner row needs to use the restroom then the whole row needs to get up. It's cruel and unusual punishment. The airline just needs to expand the rows by 6 inches. Before you go bring a neck pillow and a butt cushion. Or better yet, pick a seat located in a front section that gives you more leg room. If you have the option then this should be a higher priority over a window seat. You will thank me for this advice."

缺點: "Wheel chair flyers should get first assistant"

缺點: "Flight was canceled. The disorganization and misinformation was unprecedented. I have been traveling for 30 years and tried almost all airlines, but the Turkish Airline office at Cairo Airport ranked the poorest I have ever seen. The disorganization was as if they do not know what to do. First they said the plane arrived late, then they said there was a bird hitting the engine. The excuses were so laughable beyond belief."

缺點: "The security check at the Istanbul gate is haphazard and not to0 professional"

缺點: "Seat assignments I made on line got changed."

缺點: "The wait for checking hand carry luggage and purse was tooo long. You need more high tech machines to use for checking . Just like United States. So irritating to see how Turkish people checked your bags. There shld be a better way of doing things, like checking hand carry bags , laptops ,, iPods. I was surprises even cameras were withheld and you need to get it in San Francisco"

缺點: "we arrived Erbil and returned back to Ghazi Antap ( Not Ataturk Airport) during a bad weather in Erbil. we remained seated more than 7 hours. Can you imagine that ?????"

優點: "Food and Crew"
缺點: "The fact that the boarding was by bus and not through a sleeve detracts from the process."

優點: "I found the physical environment very comfortable, clean , a young dynamic crew who were very attentive and helpful"

優點: "Onboard service was good. Ben Gurion airport services were excellent."
缺點: "Departure was late by an hour which made me miss my connection. Because of this: I had to purchase a visa @$70 US Airport service in Istanbul was very bad. It took 2 hours before anyone would actually help me to organize my next flight to Milan. By the time I arrived in Milan, my family had left worried sick not knowing what happened to me. I then had to find a bus to take me to Lugano, another 25 Euros, and not to mention all the stress to me and my family. I then decided not to put myself through the same situation on my way back to Tel Aviv and purchased new ticket with another Airline company. Overall, the whole experience was a nightmare."

缺點: "Connection in Istanbul slow. Airport busy and poor ac. Missing luggage experience bad at tlv airport. Took more than 2hrs to leave customs area after filing claim."

優點: "The food was great and the movie selection was also good"
缺點: "The person who checked me in did not give my boarding pass for connecting flight and also didn't ask me if I wanted my bags for my layover stay inistanbul. Good thing I asked or else I would have been without essentials."

優點: "Turkish delights on-board"
缺點: "Chaos at the Istanbul terminal. Connecting flight was literally a mile away. We had to run through the entire terminal only to miss our connection. No help/information from the airline. They made us walk even more to get us transferred to hotel for a night. Their crew repeatedly lied about how to get new boarding passes as they were busy and didn't want to do it for us. Sent us to another transfer desk. No veg. food option even after making a special request. They said sometimes those mistakes happen. You can't call the crew from your sit to get snacks. They make you get out of your middle sit and walk to the back of the plane to get a sandwich. The boarding process at the Istanbul airport is even more chaotic. They have their own security (after having done security at the o origin in Rome AND at the IST airport), which requires standing in an hour long line and getting profiled and judged by the airline staff."

優點: "We travel and used different airlines but Turkish airlines is one of the best."
