We lost all our baggage When we inquired they said the baggage wasn’t loaded from Singapore due to bad weather. Then we have got a email saying they haven’t still located the baggage. How can that be?
Departing and arriving wheelchair assistance needs to be increased.
Many features of the inflight entertainment didn’t work
Friendly staff. Could improve on the leg room.
Business class. Staff service was PHENOMENAL. Seats/beds were spacious and comfortable (I had the seat in the middle section which can become a queensize bed with the next seat. I have had more satisfying food in economy, however traveling with an infant, the spacious seat/bed allowed him to sleep for a few hours. The staff were very good to accomdating him too.

After a number of flights in Economy on other airlines I'm spoiled by Singapore Airlines and also by Business Class. And their fares seemed much less than others for the JFK to FRA route. My flight was scheduled on July 24th 2022, I went to PAL laoag the day prior to pay for an extra baggage ($165) as a check-in. On the day of the flight, one of the customer representatives in the PAL laoag airport put me on waiting after I had checked in and told me I had to check-in with the immigration due to my overstay...I am a dual citizen of the United states and the Philippines and questioned the staff, after 30 minutes of waiting the staff member said I could go to the terminal and they will call my name to see if I was eligible to take the flight back home...after learning of such nonsense, the staff proceed to tell me that one of my boxes will be held back due to the high flux of cargo being carried by the plane to Manila. At that point I was very upset, what was the point in paying $165 for an extra baggage if the laoag airport was going to hold it back. Today is July 27th and I have been calling PAL for the last three days to pick my luggage up. They had informed me in the PAL airport in laoag that if in case our luggage was held back, our luggage would arrive the next day and a call would come from the Honolulu airport. I have not received a phone call for the past three days and will make a 2nd attempt to pick my luggage up today at the airport. I'm hoping someone can help us here in the Honolulu airport because this experience has been a nightmare. Advise to anyone who is flying from Laoag, Philippines to Honolulu just keep to your 2 free check-in baggage because there is a high possibility that your extra check in will be held back in Laoag and be put in this situation.

A flight attendant was introducing herself when I came so I said hi, but she completely ignored me. She even offered to chill the fruit in their fridge, for which I said thanks, but she didn’t even look at me; neither did another attendant who cheerfully offered him magazines. There were only 2 passengers in the business class so my husband suggested I sat next to him, but I declined and went back to my seat, promising to come say hi every once in a while during the 9-hour flight. Fast forward to a couple hours later, I kept my word and came by. The flight attendant was quick in kicking me out saying I didn’t belong to business class so I had to go back to my seat. I did. My husband said to her that I was having period cramps (true) then followed me to my seat and sat with me for a bit until I asked him to go back to his seat so he could be more comfortable as he’s 6’2” and simply was too tall and the economy seats were too painful for his operated-on back. Was I perhaps too short for the flight attendants to notice?!? I had to ask for a toiletries kit 3 times before they finally gave me one just before we landed after all! Obviously, those in the business class are treated like gods; those in the economy are second class citizens."

Can't connect to Wifi (its asking me my number on the US when I did not sign up for roaming and for sure will not be able to get the code that they will send on my number) Last year was better, just log on and boom! Impressively lightning wifi speed connection. No questions or log ins and you can safely assure and text your relatives waiting patiently outside that you are there waiting. I just wished we went to Terminal 2 instead. But I guessed it will also be the same because everything started on a bad start with that 3hour delay. They were lucky most of the passengers were excited to be home and sleeping!"

Cebu Pacific unilaterally changed our flight to a flight 3 hours later. We were unable to take the later flight, but were given no venue for choosing a different, earlier flight instead. So we had to purchase an additional flight back to Dumaguete. We purchased our new ticket with Philippine Airlines. We will avoid Cebu Pacific in the future.
I requested a refund several times because I changed my travel plans. Customer service has been dirt poor from both Cebu AND Kiwi. I will not recommend these agencies to anyone else and will not do business with them myself. Very bad customer service!
Poor service in Bangkok. Flight attendant is not friendly. You have to buy everything like water and coffee. Expecting for International should have free food or free snacks.
The space between seats are a bit narrow

缺點： "Flight was delayed 90 minutes. Boarding and departure lounge area was utter chaos because the Cebu Pacific staff were not clear about which flight waa boarding. The plane was horribly cramped. Extra seat rows had been installed to get more seating on the plane. That might be ok for the average 5'4" Filipino, but at 6'1", I literally could not fit my knees behind the seat in front of me. As a result I had to twist my legs into an uncomfortable position for 2 hours. Not fun."

The gate announced boarding and everyone jumped, then they tried to refuse those in line making it even worse. Poor gate agents!!! Then as always they blame manila teaffic for delays....so irritating. Almost an hour late...no reason it was sunny at both airports and this schedule is set weeks ahead and they still claim heavy traffic..ridiculous"

缺點： "Cebu always changes gates..what a fiasco. Its like a cattle herd everytime, they are so disorganized!! Then always late and they blame late arrival of aircraft and then blame the traffic at the airport..it gets so old!! Two hour delay today....really cebu must have the worst on time arrivals of any airline!!??? And what happen to boarding special needs first...the gate agents must be idiots they started taking everyone thru both lines...the wheel chair and elderly and children were rammed in with the shoving hoards because they processed both at the same time..it was a fiasco as usual. What happen to board by rows?? I realize late departure but this in no way helped speed ghe plane on its way...uuugggh"

No display in terminal where to check in on an International Flight. Charged us to check one bag each and would not allow us to carry it on although the same bags were allowed as carry on from NGO-MNL Were told by one person we could checkin for our flight, told were we’re at wrong counter and international counter was not open yet. My checked bag was ripped open somewhere in the process of being transported!! I don’t think I will fly this carrier ever again!"

AND TIME AND STRESS, THERE IS NO REASON TO NOT LET ME ON THE PLANE. I GAVE THEM THE INFORMATION, THEY NEEDED. THE SAME INFORMATION AS I GAVE PHILIPPINE AIRLINES, THAT I DID FLY WITH. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE HORRIBLE TREATMENT I RECEIVED TODAY."
缺點： "Its a shame—Singapore is a first-class city and its people are beautiful; except for one zealous person who made it her goal to ruin Singapore. Cebu Pacific (MNL) required our umbrella to be checked-in without incurring additional expense since it does not make sense to charge us because the umbrella price is way less than the shipping cost. However, Cebu Pacific (SGN) Counter Supervisor was rigid and unprofessional; she wouldn’t listen to reasons and logic. She said that this is SGN and not MNL and therefore, its totally different. She was correct because we were able to go home and security did not say anything about our umbrella. Basically, we do not have to check-in our umbrella in the first place. But the Supervisor was adamant and combative regarding our umbrella. We told her we’ll just throw it in the trash can instead of shipping it."

優點： "we had a very tight connection from landing in Manila to catching our flight to El Nido. Cebu's team lead us through the check in process to expedite and save time and even ordered a special shuttle bus for us to take between terminals at the airport. I was very impressed and will be telling everyone I know how great Cebu is."

缺點： "Our flight was cancelled because of weather condition while we were at the boarding gate, they didn't care about compensations or consider not risking putting the passengers under last minute pressure, at least they should've notified us ahead of time, they automatically rolled us in the next flight, however, they didn't confirm if the next flight will be cancelled or not. In order to make sure I can catch my connecting flights, I booked another flight from Legazpi to Manila on a different airline, in addition, I had to pay the hotel booking cancellation fees in Manila, since these fees can only be waved if I cancelled 24hrs in advance. Moreover when I asked for my ticket refund, they made a big deal out of it and after a ruff struggle they agreed to refund me, but whatever the refund amount was, it barely covers anything of what I had to pay for a new ticket+ 1 extra night stay in Legazpi + hotel cancellation fees in Manila, I ended up paying 400USD in total while I only got around 50USD ticket refund from them, and of course, add to that the stress and hassle I went through in doing this!"

缺點： "One of the tightest legroom. Said they were giving out sim cards but never got one even after asking for one. It was ok that we didn't get one but not ok that 2 crew members said they will get us one and never did. If you don't have it, just honestly say you don't have enough. Or just don't offer it in the first place!! No drinks... not even a glass of water without having you pay for it."
