優點： I never usually like plane food but liked Turkish Airline meals on all flights I’ve been on so far

缺點： I do like turkish airlines but wasn’t happy with this flight. On check in we were left with seats towards the back of the aircraft. The lady seated neit to us in the aisle seat was in a wheel chair so was a problem if having to get in and out. I didn’t think it was fair that a person who depends on a wheel chair sits so far back on a plane. She also had to deal with our crying baby

優點： The flight and crew were excellent. Turkish Airlines business is always good.

缺點： The delay leaving Heathrow was not so good.... missed connecting flight in Istanbul and no availability on the night flight. Had to re-book with Air Astana.

優點： Really like the airline, sat in the front rim of economy. My husband is over 6ft and he was happy with the leg space. As was I since we flew right our 1 and a half year old boy.

優點： Comfortable for that sort of journey

缺點： Food on the menu was not available. Some of us did not get lunch and were being offered bread. Some flight attendants were impatient with pax and unwilling to help especially with regards to Wifi on board , others were impolite

優點： Crew was very good and helped whenever it was needed

優點： The crew were very helpful and the food was good.

缺點： There was no soap in the toilets on the stretch from Sydney to Dubai. The film choice also seemed poor.

缺點： Services of crew very poor specially onboard services in business class

優點： Boarding and traveling comfort was good .As always staff were very good and attentive.Food not very good snd boring.

優點： Great crew, confortable seats, free complimentary internet service

缺點： Even though the same plane was used, the Cuban authorities asked passengers bound to Caracas to deboard the plane, pass to transit, to have us waiting an hour to re board. Boarding was a complete chaos. We were not handed headsets, so could not listen to inflight entertainment. Food was not good

優點： Great good entertainment n crew provided warm and courteous service

缺點： Terrible boarding process n the seats are not the best- not bad just not as good as everything else.

優點： We arrived in Athens eventually

缺點： People were made to wait outside in the cold airport bus for half an hour. The ground crew gave no explanation for the delay. After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Supposedly the pilot was sick, but there was no communication at all from the airline about the cause of the delay or how long it would last.
