Seating was awfully I am 6'3" did not fit in middle seat requested several times for isle seat my legs were sticking out each time I have to get up to let pass the passengers and staff safety hazard. Have to pay additional 70 pounds sterling for under 3kg."

Qantas does not honour the e-ticekts from Emirates and will NOT allow you to preselect seats online. You have to hope for a good seat at airport checkin. Too bad, as I would have been prepared to pay extra for a seat upgrade."

優點： "I did not like anything from this trip. I just learned my lesson not to travel with turkish airlines ever again."
缺點： "flight was canceled from previous flight so we had to overnight in istambul and the whole situation was handled very poorly nobody took the time to explain to me what to do and mind this I was traveling with three year old and I found myself crying at midnight at the airport not knowing what to do."

優點： "Once we boarded, staff were attentive and service was good in business class. Food was high quality but in their effort to serve an elaborate 4-5 course meal, there was less attention on making sure people had drinks to pair with their meals."
缺點： "We were delayed for 3 hours. We were held in a the boarding area behind security for 2 hours with no seats, no water, no space, and no information. Turkish Airline representatives looked clueless and did not provide information or even look concerned. That was the worst handled delay in my over 30 years of flying all over the world on any many carriers. Once we boarded, the flight went well from there."

缺點： "Had a layover in Toronto. From Toronto we flew to Istanbul and then Venice. While waiting in line to board in Toronto, I was told my carry-on luggage was too big and needed to be put under. I asked MULTIPLE times where my luggage would be- either Istanbul or Venice (final destination) and EVERY time I asked, I was told my luggage would be waiting for me in Venice. Once we arrived in Istanbul I asked AGAIN if my carry-on luggage was here or if it would be in Venice and I was told it would be in Venice. Once we arrived in Venice, my luggage was nowhere to be found. The lost luggage crew (and 90% of the people in Venice) were completely rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience for them. (I've heard that many Europeans cannot stand Americans, but we were not being rude or obnoxious at all to anyone- we just wanted a quiet, romantic vacation.) So safe to say that it was an extremely rough start. We were in Venice for the Glass Art Society Conference in Murano and due to my luggage being lost, had missed the first day and a half, therefore wasting hundreds of dollars. Luckily my boyfriend's phone worked in order to spend our first two days of vacation (not to mention the amount of money spent on international calling costs) tracking down my luggage, but again dealt with completely rude people who barely helped us with any answers and even hung up on us multiple times (and I'd like to add that despite my frustration, I made sure that I was not speaking rudely one bit). The best answers we received were from the people at the Istanbul airport who told us that Venice received my luggage hours before I even called Istanbul- which I do not understand why the Venice airport did not tell me this because I spent all day speaking with them. Once I called back the Venice airport to confirm what the Istanbul airport told us, they said (once again rudely) that they called me on my phone but did not answer (which I already told them that my phone did not have any service and to call my boyfriend's phone number). So to sum up: I will never be flying to Venice ever again."

缺點： "I contacted Turkish Airlines 4x times before my flight to learn how to deal with excess medical baggage, mobility assistance, and meal assistance. The Customer Call Center claimed to have made all of my necessary reservation updates for all of my special meal, medical, and mobility assistance needs. They did not! When I arrived at Check-In, there were no notes about any of my requests, nor services prepared to facilitate them. I spent over 30-45 minutes escalating the situation to the Shift Manager who had to contact the central call center and her own manager, just to find out what to do about medical baggage, what's permitted, etc. I was embarrassed for their employees, who not only didn't know their own company policy on the matter, nor were they aware of the industry standard. After much arguing, yelling and threats, the Check-In desk agents finally allowed my excess medical baggage and equipment without extra charge. I still received no mobility assistance to begin my travel after Check-In to my departure gate, nor were they prepared to offer this to me in Istanbul. Again, after a long wait, much yelling, screaming, and arguing, I was finally provided mobility assistance just in time for my flight. I almost missed my flight due to Turkish Airlines not putting my request in the system, nor caring enough about the traveler to do so at Check-In. When I arrived in Belgrade, 3x pieces of my luggage were destroyed and unusable again, medical equipment was damaged, and I filed a claim with Turkish Airlines. They tried every way possible not to pay, but finally offered a meager claim, nothing close to what it cost for the damage caused or to repair or replacement the destroyed luggage or medical equipment. Turkish Airlines is the Grey Hound of travel, sure they might be large, offer many itineraries and frequent travel, but their quality, customer service and professionalism leave them amongst the bottom feeders, still 3rd world in mentality, form and function. No honor, no integrity, no class. No reason to ever fly with Turkish again, and I'm happy to tell everyone I know not to fly with them!"

缺點： "I missed my connecting flight in Turkey as flight was delayed. It was my worst flight experience because nobody wanted to help me. It took an hour of being ignored by various TA staff to eventually get my boarding pass to the next available flight to London. I nearly missed that one as well because of it. The staff in Turkey was rude and unhelpful and most didn’t understand English properly. There were a number of others having the same issues, it was an awful experience."

She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"
