服務員的表現可圈可點 對於餐點沒有特別印象但也知道機上餐點本身就不是為了美味 而是為了方便 所以沒過多要求 這趟旅程唯一不滿的是登機時間 登記卡上寫8:35登機但實際等到9:15才開始登機 甚至登機公告欄完全沒有顯示航班在幾號櫃檯等 所有飛往布里斯本的乘客不是詢問服務人員就是逐一詢問旅客
優點: "Boarding on time and the flight arrived earlier than schedule."
缺點: "剛上飛機時,先去廁所,但感覺好像沒打掃過的樣子,讓我嚇一跳,按沖水也失靈,不知何故?後來再去上就乾淨多了,並且可以沖水,但後來我都再換別的位置上廁所。Shan Tzu Cheng"
優點: "The earlier announcement about timing of meals and landing cards etc is very good. The food trays have non-slip design is also very nice"
缺點: "The screen in front is too close to view movies comfortably. Would like to know if the airline has any arrangements to make it greener e. g. What's going to happen with the disposables etc"
缺點: "The delay was caused by too many carry on luggage for limited cabin overhead storage. The ramp agent should have better coordination."
從台北到溫哥華要提行李出來過海關檢查再次審查,我的終點站是美國東部,(應該是行李一直從台北運到終點站)由於手績繁複,排隊太長,又要轉彎十八拐才到登機門,短短的一個多小時,以致我差一點趕不上下一班飛往多倫多的班機,很折磨,不建議跨國轉機這條路線。
