Korean Airlines has excellent service. Staff are attentive and friendly, always willing to help and provide comfort. Airport is very clean and has free sleeping areas for transit travelers which must be duplicated in every international airport. If given the choice, I will always ride Korean Airlines for my international travel.

優點： "A380 is great plane (this coming from a real Boeing enthusiast). Very Quiet! Coach had more leg room than I expected, especially for a non-US carrier. Good service and great inflight entertainment. The airline is not a US domestic carrier so flight staff might not understand every English word of a request but they try very hard. Most US carriers would not try as hard if I were speaking Korean! The whole world does not speak your language and remember that coach is coach for a reason $$$. Customs procedures are out of the control of carriers so comments about that."

The accommodations were amazing - the flight came with the standard pillow/blanket combo, disposable slippers, headphones, a toothbrush, two meals, a snack, drinks, and the attendants dimmed the lights whenever they weren't serving - all free. The entertainment was amazing - I watched four Hollywood movies that I had been wanting to watch, and that was one section of the movies. There were also TV series and music available, both in English and Korean."

There were no snacks in a 31/2 hours flight very strange
Wasn't impressed with a desk member that I observed not letting a family get on their flight to Orlando as they arrived literally as the doors closed. Their flight from Calgary had been delayed. Very poor customer service!! Our flight was 3 hours late! Considering all the chaos at the airport we've heard about ,our first flight since covid was good.
I had smooth check in process and boarding.

When asked if someone would help the man at the gate, an attendant rather condescendingly answered that of course, every handicapped guest will be assisted through the airport. The flight primarily consisted of Peruvians. I can only hope this poor service was a reflection of all of Air Canada, and not what the people of Peru receive regularly. It was as if the attendants were trying to discipline. There were no niceties. Perhaps the language barrier was too much."

After waiting to get through customs and we proceeded to our gate, our 11:45 flight was just beginning to load! Lots of shoving and people cutting line to avoid being late for their flight. I heard one person mention they had missed their flight, and I'm certain many others did as well. With the chaos and delay, I'm surprised altercations didn't happen. The airports/airlines need to work with the local authorities to avoid these delays and provide their customers better service."

Smooth traveling, United holds strong and delivers while many other airlines struggle on daily operations.
Air travel has become a “human cattle call” but United tries to make a bit better. However, getting across the USA in one day is awesome!

We were delayed for 3 hours in Taipei due to an issue with the plane that they were trying to fix. During this time many people were trying to change flights as they had connections in SFO. When they asked the hostesses for help, they either got rude unhelpful responses or got completely ignored. United really needs to train their flight attendants better."

優點： "United is definitely improving. The service was attentive and friendly. When I asked for PJ's, the flight attendant made a good effort to retrieve them for me. I slept through the entire flight, very rare unless the conditions were optimal for sleep."
缺點： "While this flight was fine, my flight to Taipei was riddled with poor service. A bad and forgetful flight attendant can make all the difference. As United adjusts their service to the new Polaris configuration on newer planes, conditions will hopefully improve."

優點： "The seats were uncomfortable. The staff was cold. The food was horrible, I wasn't even able to eat some of it. The chicken was full of bones and grissle. The rest just tasted bad. Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par. The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half. Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received."

缺點： "I'm usually a patient person, but my flight was supposed to leave at 525am and didn't leave until 730. This was the first flight in the morning. We boarded, waiting 30 minutes on the plane, they told us to get off because there were computer issues. Why wasn't that checked before everybody was boarded? Once we got on the plane we had to wait another 30 minutes for the crew to get someone's luggage from under the plane. Why wasn't that done while the computer was getting fixed? I didn't get to Denver until 1040am missed my flight and didn't get to get on my connection until 500pm. In the meantime I called to get on a different flight at 1, but the guy on the phone didn't actually book me a seat. The gate people weren't very nice."
優點： "My father got into the hospital so I called United to try to reschedule the flight I already had. The woman on the phone rescheduled my flight right away without charging me for any flight change fees and told me several times that she wished my father to get well. I was truly impressed and I'm very grateful! Thank tou for a wonderful service and getting me to my family so quickly!"
