The service of Scoot airline was terrible. I bought wifi internet but failed to connect. I asked staff to connect, but they couldn't. I was very disappointed. I waste money. Food was terrible. I couldn't eat at all. I surprised to buy a water bottle separately. The ouny corrected a money. I will never use a singapare airline anymore in the futher.

I liked the cleanliness of the flight, my check in bags got loaded into cargo for some reason and I had to wait over 30 mins for them to arrive becuase a thunderstorm hit and they people in charge didn’t want to drive the cargo section over in a thunderstorm.

Both flights SIN<-->MAN had very cold cabins. Why does it have to be very cold?

We are bragging to all our friends about the uplifting cultural demeanor of Singapore Airlines. They should all get a pay raise. I will have to think twice before I book Cathay Pacific again."

Well what can I say. We had a terrible experience. Our direct flight from Brisbane to Hobart was cancelled at 1 minute to midnight the night before and I only found out when I woke up. That was too late so we hurried out to the airport and only because I was so so annoyed that we were put on a flight to Melbourne with a 4-5 hour stopover before collecting our luggage and walking to Jetstar to get on another flight from Melbourne to Hobart Mind you it took 1 1/2 hours to get our luggage at the carousel so I guess we should be happy that Qantas didn’t lose our luggage. So it took a ridiculous long time to go from Brisbane to Hobart snd we arrived at night time. I was so very angry with Qantas. .
Morning tea was a crumble made with egg as an ingredient. I asked for a vegan option and was offered a Red Delicious apple (no, those are mis-named!) but a simple biscuit like ginger nut or something would have been nicer. No plant milk either so no tea or coffee for me. I have vegan listed on my profile too.
Qantas personnel have a high opinion of themselves and don’t really like to serve the client. This is compounded by the overall experience of traveling in Australia. I get the felling that they would rather I didn’t.

I ask for a change of flight from Los Angeles to Sydney and I payed $34 but when I arrive in the airport I was checked in the flight from Los Angeles to Melbourne which was de original flight I booked.

This made me lose my next flight (to Luxembourg) and have to pay for a new flight and stay that night in London. Since I had booked them separately, no one helped or offered any compensation."
優點： "The in-flight entertainment was packed full of recent big movies. I was travelling with my partner on separate tickets due to us having different final destinations. The Qantas staff was able to re-arrange our seats together for the long flight over the Pacific. We also got to celebrate New Year's twice, since we crossed the International Dateline."

The boarding in Melbourne was chaotic- for some unexplained reason, Qantas felt the need to quarantine the seating area around the gate. This led to a minor stampede as all 5,000 passengers thought the flight was boarding. The Qantas staff at Melbourne, from the check-in desks, to the boarding crew were all apparently over-whelmed. It wasn't any better upon arrival at LAX- the baggage area was chaos as our arrival apparently caught the LAX baggage handlers by surprise. I had a four-hour layover in LAX, yet still managed to miss my connecting flight after an excessive delay getting our checked bags, the line through customs, and rechecking in through the TSA - and that was WITH an expedited screening pass."

the pre-boarding area in Manila to Vancouver is terrible. Not enough space. I was flying business and the seating that was reserved for this was not monitored therefore no seats available. Upon boarding for business the area was packed with passengers and no separate line for frequent flyers to board therefore we were stuck behind stanchions permitting us to board. We had to crawl or climb over the stanchions in order to board.... WHAT A MESS!! This criticism is not because I was flying as a frequent flyer as there is not this MESS when flying from Vancouver to Manila. Improvements must be made as this sets the impression for the rest of the journey.

優點： "I liked the fact that it was relatively efficient terms of service on the plane. Flight attendants were courteous and hospitable, despite the fact that the flight was full. It was also a relatively smooth flight."
缺點： "First of all, it took a very long time to check-in, despite the fact that I had done web check-in the night before. I think a lot of people felt the same way. It took also a very long time before we took off. We were told that it was because of the luggage being loaded but it took almost 2 hours before we finally took off. In the plane, there was a man who was obviously intoxicated and was talking in a very loud voice. I think that someone should have spoken to him about his behavior and proper decorum on the plane. Also, the flight didn't have WiFi working on the plane as well (we were told that it wasn't working) and the seat back was broken. I wish that they had told us that ahead of time to manage expectations. I hope that the next flight that I take on Philippine Airlines will be better. I hope that these comments/suggestions will really be taken into consideration so that they can make their service even better because I would really want to use Philippine Airlines again."

缺點： "A Philippine Airlines check-in personnel did not fail to make my family feel extremely disrespected by treating us in such a rude manner at their counter. After verifying our information, she proceeded to tell us we had no reserved seats for our flight. When I told her we had seat numbers (thus reserved seats) when I checked their website the night before, she had the audacity to imply that we were lying about these mediocre seats! After speaking to the supervisor, she then proceeded to tell us that we should be thankful for the seats she was able to give us, WHICH WERE THE EXACT SAME SEATS THAT WERE LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE THE DAY BEFORE. Philippine Airlines need to better train their check-in personnel proper customer service to prevent passengers from having such unpleasant experiences with their staff. Our check-in process would have gone smoothly had she not replied in such a snarky manner to us and implied that we owe her for the seats we had in the first place."

In Manilla all their flights were severely delayed. In country this is a running joke."

With Scoot you get what you pay for. Pitch is decent but the portal for entertainment doesn't work.
I had to pay 30Sgd just because I selected the seats (standard) during the online check in.
They wait us and the flight was 15 minutes late. Nothing more I could ask for.
The crew was nice and helpful. Sits are a little bit too small for high people (there is no place for knees and you have to sit in a uncomfortable position).
2 flight stewardess was very helpful to carry my luggage for me I very touched .
We had to pay excessive baggage fees, then are bags were damaged.
I was moved to a row of empty seats and it made my flight very comfortable. Unfortunately I got sick on the flight but the attention received from everyone was first class and may very well have saved my life. Thank you Scoot.
