I almost missed my connecting flight. I think timings should be a little modified so that if there are delays, you can still make the connection. I was also missing a bag due to the almost missed connection.

Even through the flights were long and very full, the attendants were very professional and this made the flight seem shorter and more enjoyable. The last leg of our flight home! The flight was not over booked and we were able to have space between us. Again - boarding would be much better if planes were boarded by back rows moving up so people don’t have to pass getting to their seats. It is crazy to board the main cabin randomly.

I really dislike the tendency of delta to use small planes for major routes. It really isn’t comfortable to be crammed into a 737 for almost 6 hours. They have larger planes for routes like Lax —> HNL. They should use them.
First class was terrible! It began with the customer service agent at the boarding gate taking being completely rude to the first class customers waiting to board. She/he (it was difficult to tell if it was a man or woman) yelled at everyone and said “it doesn’t take a genius to understand that only military or people with special needs may board, my god!!!” I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism from Delta. Then my husband and I went to our seats in first class and the flight attendant had left their paperwork and folders on our seats. I waited for a while to see if he would pick it up. He did not, so I picked it up and handed it to him. He then replied “oh we’re going to put you to work and pass out the agriculture forms”. When it came time for the meal he stated “we only have kale salad so do you want it or not?” My husband replied,” no I don’t like kale”. The flight attendant then replies “okay you don’t want it because that’s all we have”. My husband was seated in 1A, how do they have only one choice remaining out of the 3 when he’s in the first seat?? The flight attendant was very rude! As a loyal Delta customer, I was absolutely appalled at the unprofessional behavior from both customer service agents and first class flight attendant! I have to say that I will think twice before booking my next flight (next month) on Delta due to this experience.
Love the leg room and entertainment in comfort plus. Crew members were also excellent. However, serving gold fish and cookies twice on a 6hr flight is embarrassing. Delta should offer a better variety of snacks during a long flight.
Delta is my new favorite airlines. I have no complaints. Even if they don't serve meals the snacks were ok.

Everything was fantastic and the prices were great
Everything about the flight and crew was amazing. They were helpful, courteous, responsive, and friendly. I lost my air pods in the seat and they took their time finding them, all with a smile on their faces. The food was good, drinks plentiful. The only minus was that my entertainment module was not working, but I was offered miles, which was lovely. Mabuhay Philippine Airlines!
At first, my daughter (8 yrs old) and I were not seated together when we checked in online. But then, when we went to the counter at NAIA, it was resolved and our needs were immediately attended.
The flight was very good, no problems. Movies and TV to watch. Food was ok. My only criticism is switching flights in Manilla was awful. . I have never seen anything done in such a ridiculous manner.. I came from Singapore with a destination of Hawaii. I am from the USA, so of course I had to go through customs. 優點： "The PAL Pilot and Cabin crew was very attentive and friendly. they showed professionalism to every passengers they have encountered. They were very attentive to the needs of each passenger due to 3 hrs delayed arrival. The food taste really good (Strawberry shortcake + chicken penne with red sauce). The plane is well cleaned."
缺點： "I have experienced 1 hr delay departure + 3 hours waiting inside the plane to land, but it was because of uncontrolled situation (force majuere). but despite of the delay, for me PAL served its finest world class service."

What is the logic in needing to pass through THREE sets of metal detectors and x-ray machines before boarding?"

缺點： "PAL - Plane Always Late! it seems that this meaning to the acronym sticks really good with our flag carrier. I was observing and trying to get some information on what is happening or reason for our delayed flight but to no avail. The captain's explanation makes no sense. With a 3 hour delay, I knew and felt that It would not be a great ride because right from the very start it already started wrong. I was already stressed out from the very beginning even though i saw in the cabin crew's effort and super great service towards especially to our older passengers their dedication and passion to serve. I was really looking forward to this flight but I guess this was one of those days that all you could do is close your eyes and stretch your patience. One other bad experience was getting on Terminal 1. Great improvement but it could be still better. Can't connect to Wifi (its asking me my number on the US when I did not sign up for roaming and for sure will not be able to get the code that they will send on my number) Last year was better, just log on and boom! Impressively lightning wifi speed connection. No questions or log ins and you can safely assure and text your relatives waiting patiently outside that you are there waiting. I just wished we went to Terminal 2 instead. But I guessed it will also be the same because everything started on a bad start with that 3hour delay. They were lucky most of the passengers were excited to be home and sleeping!"

They could not leave on time on any flights, over head speaker in terminal was just constant flight being delayed-significantly. Hawaii to Manila and back, you had to down load an app onto your phone prior to leaving for any in flight entertainment, on your phone only. Terrible food. This was my worst flying experience ever and I do 4 international trips a year. Save time and money, fly another airline even if it means a connecting flight, you will still get there quicker. Pathetic."

I tapped her on the shoulder for a request and she told me it was not appropriate to do so because “as flight attendants, we get tapped so often.” Then she skipped over me when serving the snack options because she didn’t make “eye contact” with me although my tray was down and I had my wallet and credit card ready for payment. I have been flying with United to go home to Hawaii for over a decade and have never been treated so poorly by a flight attendant on this airline. I am seriously considering flying with Delta, Southwest, and JetBlue exclusively from now on after this experience."

缺點： "On both flghts we requested a bassinet for our 3 month old. We were told on the phone if one was available we were able to have it. Both flights had bassinets but we weren't allowed access to them. On our first leg the bassinet was in economy plus and we were economy. On the way home our fight was downsized to a smaller plane and the airline was too busy trying to cut 25 people off the fight they weren't able to give us a seat where the bassinet would be. We asked several flight attendants and got different answers from each one."
優點： "United is definitely improving. The service was attentive and friendly. When I asked for PJ's, the flight attendant made a good effort to retrieve them for me. I slept through the entire flight, very rare unless the conditions were optimal for sleep."
缺點： "While this flight was fine, my flight to Taipei was riddled with poor service. A bad and forgetful flight attendant can make all the difference. As United adjusts their service to the new Polaris configuration on newer planes, conditions will hopefully improve."

I don't even want to blame the employees as it was very obvious that they hated their jobs and just wanted the shift to be done with; something needs to be addressed about how they can accommodate both employees and paying customers alike. Let's just say I can't wait until Hawaiian Airlines expands to Denver flights so we never have to deal with United again, as this is the only reason we used this airline."
優點： "The seats were uncomfortable. The staff was cold. The food was horrible, I wasn't even able to eat some of it. The chicken was full of bones and grissle. The rest just tasted bad. Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par. The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half. Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received."
優點： "They offered complementary snacks and water at the gate when the flight was delayed by 2 hours for mechanical reasons. After such a long and tiring day, when I went to buy a drink onboard, the flight attendant didn't charge me. It was done as a courtesy for the lengthy delays. This was much appreciated and honestly made the irritation with the delays disappear. It's amazing what a little thing like that can do for a person. All the flight attendants were gracious and helpful. Overall, they made the flight good."
