缺點: "First, I did an online check-in and was able to secure a seat for the first leg of the flight, but was able to get any information on my second leg. So when I arrived at the Thai Airways counter to load in my bags I asked the Thai Airways representative about the missing information. His response was that he could not get into the ANA system and that I have to go to the ANA counter to ask for that information. Given that my layover in Narita was only about 45mins landing to going to the gate, I was not comfortable with not knowing if I would be on that flight or not. The Thai Airways representation at the boarding counter did help me a bit and got in touch with a guide in Narita to help me get my luggages and get to gate properly. I wanted to note that we did not arrive in Narita on time due to the high air traffic so the plane had to circle around for 15 mins. When we finally landed I had about 15 mins to get through the custom and ran to my gate. When I received my ticket I was shocked that I got a middle seat on a 13 hours flight! If I have known this earlier I would have paid for a better seat, but since I was not able to check-in online and didn't receive any info about this flight prior to boarding I was not allowed to change on this full flight. In addition, the plane ride was awful. The food was disgusting and the seat was very uncomfortable. The seat did not even recline back! I don't expect much from a short distance flight but for a 13 hour long flight, I at least expect the seat to be slightly better than sitting on a rock against a brick wall. All in all, this was a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I went through. The stress and the discomfort on the plane was an experience that no one should ever feel while traveling. It was an awful nightmare on an ANA flight. I would like a refund on this flight with no exceptions. Sincerely, Jessica Saesue"

缺點: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

If you were on a basic ticket, you were only entitled to water and no food. So people are travelling on long haul flights without being offered anything as standard. Passengers on these tickets were not aware that they would not be served.any food which is probably unethical. They offer to sell you food if on a basic ticket"

缺點: "To whom it may concern I had booked flight from Casablanca to Chicago via Frankfurt , on May 6th , by Lufthansa, two hours before the flight , at the counter in CMN , they notified me , that the flight , is over booked , and I can’t catch this flight , and they offered me different difficult options, , till the flight boarded , they offered me one of the most inconvenient flights , and reward me some amount , in this case : I missed my flight which accordingly , lose my appointment , and lose my business. I frustrated with this decision at late hours . I asked full consideration of all the difficulty situation and the turbles they put me ."

The screen on my iPhone is bigger than the screen on the seatback which if compared to other airlines is not up to the mark. 缺點: "On checking in we had to use a machine to print our boarding passes and take our bags to a bag drop in Newark. The man proceeded to put a large tray on the conveyor belt, swing our bags in the air then smash them down into the tray. This was done to both bags as if we weren't there. Had there been something expensive in there it would have been totally destroyed. He really couldn't have cared less about our bags and their contents. We were talking to a woman on the plane who was telling us that a woman a few rows behind who had a new born baby as was told she would be given a seat with extra legroom had this taken away from her to United could sell the seat to someone paying for it. The chicken and orzo dinner was absolutely revolting. The orzo was so over cooked that it just turned to mush and the chicken really didn't taste like it had ever seen a chicken. All this combined with the issues we had on our flight out show that United are scum and just see you as ££. Sorry I cant be more complementary than that, its just the truth."

缺點: "Connecting flight was cancelled so we automatically got out on the next flight. Our stop over went from 2h to over 7h. Staff at checkin were very unhelpful. They told us to go to the website to request a refund and wouldn't offer us any flight upgrades. We got on the flight and people were told not to sit in the unoccupied enconomy plus seats unless they paid for them. Pretty poor that considering there were at least 2 rows of seats available they are so tight they can't even be bothered to compensate us in a way that won't effect their bottom line. We completed the return request only to be told that refunds are not offered on schedule changes. Again pretty shoddy customer service and shows that all they are about is your money. The breakfast we had was disgusting. The melted cheese looked like someone had vomited onto my tray. On waiting for our connecting flight there was an old lady who was dumped at a gate on a wheel chair. They person then left without telling them what was happening. We could see she was anxious about not knowing what was happening. My wife went to the United help desk to ask for information for the lady's flight and was told she should just check the information board and dismissed. Not sure how an old lady who can't walk is meant to do this (this was explained to them). If United had bothered to make some kind of effort to be at least helpful in any stage with refunding / upgrading us and being helpful to an old lady maybe this review would be different. Ultimately all they care about is your money and will deliver a shockingly bad customer service wherever they can get away with it. I WONT be flying United again. I will pay more for another airline."

優點: "Both flight were delayed and I had to reschedule my flights and miss my arrangements."
