缺點： no complaints. very appreciated our upgrade, since we went to Prague for mother-in-law's funeral, we were absolutely exhausted.This up grade made an excellence different to us. Thanks very much.

缺點： 1. The flight delay. 2. Horrible food. 3. In-flight entertainment set wasn't working. When we told the stewardess about it, it wasn't addressed till the flight was about to land. Which was by then, rather useless. They gave a a complimentary bottle of wine though.

優點： New planes. Spotlessly clean. Hard working helpful staff. Good boarding. Adequate legroom by modern standards. Food typical of economy these days. OK. But really good staff.

缺點： Fried rice breakfast out of Rome. Mushy. But overall food out of Sydney, Rome and Shanghai, fine.

優點： Managed to get a seat in a good spot which more legs soace

缺點： Chinese regulation forbid the use of any cell phone during the entire flight... even in flight mode!!! This is utterly frustrating and annoying, especially when the flight is 15 hours long!!! Also food was meat only, no possibility to get fish or vegetarian

優點： The journey was smooth, the seat was comfortable enough. Food was decent.

缺點： I took 2 connecting flights back home, both flights were delayed by 2h and 1.5h respectively. No estimated new departure time was given, and the staff took very long (well after the supposed departure time) before they made an announcement for us to apologise for the delay. Service was mediocre. Half the time the crew was no where in sight, so it was difficult to ask them for something. When pressing the bell for service, they also took very long to respond. Once, when i had asked a steward for water, he was busy and told me to go to the back of the airplane to get it myself.

缺點： The cabin was way too hot for comfort. The food wasn’t good. Little entertainment options.

優點： 다른 항공사 비행기에 비해 좌석이 넓은편임. USB 포트는 기본에 콘센트까지 있어서 놀람. 엔터테이먼트는 주로 한국 방송들 위주였던듯.

缺點： 아시아나 기내식 괜찮다고 들어 기대했으나 싱가폴항공보다 별로였음. 비빔밥에 단무지2개 계란말이 한조각.. 싱가폴항공은 비빔밥에 김치도 주는데.. 그리고 밥 다먹고 빵 먹는다고 식기 걷을때 나이프랑 컵을 못 냈는데 다시 가지러 안옴..-_-;; 캔이랑 컵이랑 다 가지고 있었는데 다시 수거하러 와야하는거 아닌가..?

缺點： The fact that I was not able to get on my flight because I didn't have a visa after I called the airline over a week before my flight to ask about it and they told me I didn't need one. They told me I would get a temporary 72 visa upon arrival in Fuzhou but when I went to check in this was not the case. Now they won't give me any money back for that flight or the one I had to buy to get home. It was their fault I was not on the flight and they won't own up to it. I will never fly with them and I will do my best to let others know that they shouldn't either

缺點： Flight was delayed, seated in the last row and non adjustable seating, so very little leg room. Dis-enbarkment was very slow.

優點： Late leaving - no reason or apology. A bumpy flight all flight. Food almoat inedible. Seat gave bum axhe after 45 minutes. Staff friendly, but they dropped my meal

缺點： I could not make it for the 1st part of my journey due to personal circumstances. There was no notification from Lufthansa that my return journey would be been cancelled as well. I found out 1 hour before the actual flight. Was offered a replacement ticket for over £900. Bought a new one with BA.

優點： Free wine!

優點： On time, efficient.

缺點： Food is becoming more and more of a joke on Lufthansa, gone are the bad sandwiches, now it is just sweets.

缺點： cannot access the reservation or checkin at Air China site

優點： The crew were helpful and friendly throughout, trying to find out what we should do about missed connections during the flight, I was able to move to an empty exit seat (I'm 6'5") so the delay was relatively comfortable.

缺點： Well we were delayed for an hour and missed connection as a result, but you can't really blame the airline for that.

優點： Food was good. and more leg room. Also gave you a pillow and blanket. Of course the flight to China was a much larger airplane a Boeing 747, where flight to Sfo was a 737-800 and a smaller Air bus. All my flights made it to destination on time. Or close to it. You should plan on at least 1&1/2 hours between transfers. SFO was under staffed at security long lines, and empty desks. Beijing & Soul airports had smaller lines. The Visa free transit at Beijing worked well.

缺點： Long time through customs and security especially when transferring from one plane to another. We had carry on luggage but still had to go through baggage claim and exit before transferring to the next flight.

優點： Boarding was prompt and efficient.

缺點： No power sockets to charge phones, Entertainment selection and functionality completely outdated, just managed to watch 1 movie before I gave up trying. The air hostess tried to help but mentioned that it’s just slow. During dinner service I asked for a second glass of wine with my meal but was refused as only 1 glass of beer or wine is allowed per passenger and flight, which I found very stingy as an airline and irritating from a customer care perspective.

優點： Food was really good - nice mix of Korean and European menu. Good entertainment system; attentive staff offering drinks and snacks. Comfortable chair.

缺點： We boarded late but the communication was good.

優點： Great leg room even for tall person. Food is good and there's enough choices.

缺點： Good that have a night in the hotel to stretch and a good night sleep and a proper meal, and are all included within the ticket.

優點： Comfortable flight with a nice crew. An overall good experience.

缺點： After arriving, the waiting time for receiving a VISA was quite long for people staying longer than the regular 3 months.

缺點： 去程和回程的機內椅下，餐枱十分污穢，似乎沒有人做清潔，厠所殘舊，污糟，衛生程度比廉航差! 回程在墨爾本check in 時要自助都沒有問題，但詢問地勤問題時十分不友善! 這次國泰給我的印象完全難以想像的差!

優點： I paid $190 for extra legroom for an economy seat by an exit door, however the remote for the entertainment screen encroached an inch on the already VERY narrow seats - I'm six foot three and 215 pounds and both hips were in full pressing contact against the sides of the seat - TOO NARROW!

優點： You can go on a free city tour if you are transiting at Incheon airport. Also fantastic public area for transiting customer with free showers, upholstered day bed, charge stations. Paid massages , Paid airport hotels or lounges with buffet.

缺點： There was nothing we didn't like about our flight to Seoul

缺點： On the way back to Singapore, there was no entertainment in each seat. Didn't expect this and never experience from my previous flight with Asiana. There was the main screen in the centre but I can't choose and the lights were on all the way when I tried to sleep. Disappointed that they didn't inform in advance. People expect Asiana as same as SQ which provides full of new equipment such as personal screen on each seat.

缺點： Late taking off. Sat 30 minutes at Beijing airport waiting to park, then waited 15 minutes for a bus transfer to the terminal build. Only one bus so deplaned at the speed of the slowest passenger. 10 min bus journey to the terminal building. Missed my flight to the UK. I recommend you use an airline that pays for an air bridge and can coordinate the ground staff to be ready for the planes arrival!

優點： Business class seats are a lot more comfortable than earlier versions.

優點： Flying with a partner, the two seater in economy was comfortable, good leg space, reasonable food , good service.

缺點： Delayed for several hours after boarding because of a technical difficulty with the airplane. This delay caused me to miss an important dinner meeting in Thailand and cost me extra money to arrange transportation from the BKK to my hotel.

優點： Wide bed and good support for good sleep

缺點： No hotel provided for 24 hour stop over. Also the bags were not checked in for the whole travel so we had to collect the bags and carry them for whole time. It was really pathetic experience. The officers at the Beijing Air China counter don't understand English which made the simple conversation more difficult. We had to pay for the hotel, taxi and food.

優點： This flight was a codeshare bw Cathay and China air, which lead to confusion on the ground at Beijing (did we book at Cathay or at Air China - even the Air China staff did not know initially) Small seats, very average food, entertainment system not up to scratch in terms of being easy to use and responsive. Relatively inexpensive flight but I would Stump up The $ next time and make sure I’m flying with someone of a higher standard

優點： I liked their positive & happy attitudes as well as their work ethic.

缺點： Perhaps there could have been a larger & wider selection of movies. I would have liked to have had a hard copy menu so that I could make a more informed choice with my meals.
