優點： "Small aircraft, not crowded. The single window seat on the left side of the plane allowed me to stretch my legs."
優點： "Used miles to upgrade to Premium Plus. Excellent seat and food!"
缺點： "Very small cramped aircraft"
優點： "The UI to watch videos on the plane is really good. They have good quality screens, so I watched movies for all the 12 hours of lfight I had."
優點： "The crew was cordial but could have been more pleasant. Seats were horrible and the bathroom was smelly."
缺點： "Some type of air deodorizer in the bathroom and crew with a smile."
優點： "We arrives early."
缺點： "Very long walk to next gate. No golf carts wanted to bring US. Wife is pregnant"

缺點： "This flight was not a Lufthansa flight as advertised. It was a United flight. And they changed the plane, I believe. The two aisle seats I reserved ended up being a middle and a window seat. Grrr..."
缺點： "So it was annoying that the seat that was assigned to me..airline assigned that seat to someone else because that person asked for it. And nobody bothered to ask me( no email or call or anything) even though there were lot of empty seats. But the passenger was polite he moved to his original seat."

優點： "Crew were great, especially considering we had a couple of mishaps travelling with a five year old and five month old. Despite being a mega long flight it was comfortable and we were well looked after."
缺點： "Seats are a little narrow on the exit rows and bulkhead as the armrests accommodate the TV and tables. This also means they can’t be moved. Not unique to Air NZ though."
優點： "Clean modern plane"
缺點： "Switched to American airways so the booking reference did not work. Had to call them to get a new reference so I could check in. But could not get boarding pass. Food not too good on the flight."
缺點： "Broken video monitor on my seat and window seat. Ripped and dirty pockets on all the back of the seats in the row in front of me. Just a feeling of disrepair."
優點： "The controlled and orderly way when boarding."
缺點： "The staff from the desk was unfriendly. On boarding no one showed you where your seat is located. The food was dreadful. The same aweful pasta meal on the outbound journey was served again. During the flight I was feeling very unwell I asked the flight attendant our axeick bag which she brought, but I was told to go to the toilet. She did not return to enquire after my well being. I was in the toilet for 5 minutes. Very uncaring. The tea was cold when served"

優點： "I haven't been a big fan of United, but this crew was excellent. Leg room on this 777/200, on a transatlantic flight was very good."
缺點： "My only complaints are that SFO seems to lack capacity at the international terminal. It seems we have to wait for an open gate after arrival almost every time. At the end of a long flight, that is especially aggravating. That was exacerbated on this flight by incompetent United ground crew. The plane could only taxi to a position in front of the gate and we had to wait for a truck to pull it into final position. We waited for 15 minutes! Inexcusable and maddening after the long wait to get the gate in the first place."

優點： "Very pleasant attentive crew and ground staff. An aborted takeoff on tarmac meant a return to the departure gate and the plane taken to maintenance. The ground staff were superb in dealing with a full plane load of passengers many of whom had onward connections. This meant we had to stay overnight and fly first thing the next morning. Full marks to United for dealing with a potentially dangerous situation and then assisting everyone back in the terminal."

缺點： "Lufthansa as an agent is a mistake! I had to deal with them prior to flying to the US. I have never ever had to deal with such bad service in my entire life. United was great though and I highly recommend them."

缺點： "Ignorant, rude air hostess, two male hostess, double act the pair of them, if they had of been recorded they would be first today. As I said in my headline, if you hate your job that much find one that makes you happy, United need to do secret shopper experiences on their planes, to quality check their hostess, this cowboys are representing your company and its not good."
優點： "Captain and crew were brilliant, kept passengers informed throughout as to the delays, as a result all passengers were patient and understanding. Not much more could have been done to improve the experience as the snow and conditions at Dublin airport were out of their hands."

My husband is upset. 3) from Chicago to Los Angeles my husband and i are not sitting to each other. It happened again. Very disappointing. We think the airline doing this intentionally."

缺點： "On checking in we had to use a machine to print our boarding passes and take our bags to a bag drop in Newark. The man proceeded to put a large tray on the conveyor belt, swing our bags in the air then smash them down into the tray. This was done to both bags as if we weren't there. Had there been something expensive in there it would have been totally destroyed. He really couldn't have cared less about our bags and their contents. We were talking to a woman on the plane who was telling us that a woman a few rows behind who had a new born baby as was told she would be given a seat with extra legroom had this taken away from her to United could sell the seat to someone paying for it. The chicken and orzo dinner was absolutely revolting. The orzo was so over cooked that it just turned to mush and the chicken really didn't taste like it had ever seen a chicken. All this combined with the issues we had on our flight out show that United are scum and just see you as ££. Sorry I cant be more complementary than that, its just the truth."
缺點： "As usual, United manged to mess up something new and different. This time, they couldn't get the plane towed from the hangar to the gate in time for an on time departure. The ground staff was even annoyed by this development, and the plane finally appeared about the time we were supposed to be leaving. To their credit, the gate staff tried to keep getting updates and passing them along, but had little luck. Fortunately I did not miss my connection in Houston but I'm not sure the same was true for everybody. When we arrived, we sat for 10 minutes waiting for our gate to open, which the crew interestingly blamed on the delays caused by the rain. Funny, the only delayed flight on the screens in the terminal was odd ours. The rest of my trip was flawless. I'm sorry for Air New Zealand that they have to rely on United to gather passengers for them in the USA."
