優點: "I am giving my flight from Seoul to Bangkok 5 stars because the crew were just lovely. They were kind, attentive and ( shock) seemed to want to be on the flight. Too often nowadays it seems as if we( the paying customer) are nothing but a huge annoyance to the flight crew for daring to sk for a blanket, need a drink or to have to use the facilities. We had a screaming child in the row ahead most of the flight and one of the flightees went so far as to walk the toddler in her arms around the plane to help smooth her. The food reminded me of airlines meals years ago with a served roll and butter, main course ( beef with potatoes and veggies) , a tofu and soy sauce side and ice cream for dessert- no plastic silver wear here, proper solid stainless. Lots of juice and water on offer all flight and beer, wine etc with meal. American carriers should take a leaf out of this airline's book!"

優點: "I really liked the food selection they provided in economy. Also enjoyed how they would time dinner and breakfast depending on our location. Left in the afternoon, had dinner while still in the Korean timezone. Snoozed for 7 or so hours and it was time for breakfast when we reached the pacific time zone. I especially enjoyed their in flight exercises before landing, it really felt great to get some proper circulation after sitting for a few hours."
缺點: "While traveling on the long haul flights, I really liked flying on the Airbus; flight from Los Angeles to Seoul was initially on an Airbus, very modern with better screen and power outlets! My flight from Seoul to Los Angeles was on a Boeing which felt a bit older; entertainment screen was smaller and had a strange viewing angle (you have to adjust the tile until you get a clear view). While not really bad, I could've paid more attention to see if they inform which type of planes are being used during booking."

缺點: "I’m regarded as disabled, usually I have TSA pre-check privilege in most of the airline I took before but unfortunately, I couldn’t get any from Asiana. The guy helped me on checking in told me that AsIan’s didn’t provide this service to the customer. I felt not quite happy but ok with this. The one made me feel upset is they didn’t give me pre-boarding even though they already noticed that I’m disabled. I needed to wait on the line for over 25 minutes, my left leg very tired. I can walk but I can’t stand for long time, it hurts my back and leg. I got almost same style Vegetarian food in both dinner and breakfast, all vegetables, no tofu at all."

優點: "Between the legs of my Asiana flights, I had a 9-hour overlay at INC. Upstair in the same area with the pricey and exclusive lounges for elite travelers, there was a "Nap Space" or "Nap Place: a large suite of rooms with maybe sixty comfortable couches to catch up on missing sleep... with no sign-up required and no supervisory staff. And totally free of charge! Every airport should consider having such a welcomed service. Also at INC, bona-fide transit passengers with a outbound boarding pass can take a free shower (soap and towels provided as well?). Wow. These amenities surely make INC one of the least loathsome airports in Asia at which a day-long layover may be spent."

There was no menu, and you just scrolled through channels to see what was already playing. There was no watching from the beginning of the movie, and no rewind or pause function. The video quality was abysmal, as if you were staying in a cheap budget hotel with an antenna TV. There was no privacy on this 11 hour flight, As you sat immediately adjacent to other passengers, unlike on the other long-haul carriers. I have had better experiences in premium economy on other airlines. This aircraft should be retired or seriously upgraded to justify the added expense of business class."

So hot inside the plane, no air condition, no food, no comfort measures given to passengers. They should have not let passengers to board knowing that there is mechanical problem. Very desapointed from this hotess from the Philli. Who during the who flight treat me like dirt, maybe she hates Americain? Also most of movies are children oriented only a few for mature minds and they are over a year old. First time on Asiana and last time even been a star alliance member what a disappointment!"

I had a Tel. # for office in BKK, used in the past , they changed the # without even leaving a message or new #. I needed to change my departure date & because I could not contact them thru web sdite or Tel. this was not possible & missed a very important meeting in N.Y."

缺點: "I don't have the exact flight times but flight from Seattle to Korea was suppose to arrive in Korea at around 18:00 and leave for Ho Chi Ming at 19:00. It arrived after 18:00, boarding was suppose to be at 18:40 but by the time I was able to get on the rail to the main station it was 18:40. Luckly a crew member had a sign and was calling out "HCMC". Luckily I am in good shape because we ran through the airport to the next connection as they were getting ready to close the plane doors. Need to have someone walk and time, the time of arrival from Seattle into Korea, onto the rail, to the main station and distance to gate 40. You may very well miss your flight."

When we recently tried to board a plane in Inchon, Korea for a return flight to San Francisco we were told that we could not board though the gate labeled "Elite/Gold Club members" but had to stand in the long line of Economy class customers. When I asked "Why", I was told it was for Star Alliance Gold Club members, not Asiana Gold Club members. There was no indication on the sign there was a difference. Don't get me wrong, I'm not so disturbed about standing in the long line. I was upset because of the implied difference in the Star Alliance Gold Club benefits vs. Asiana Gold Club benefits and, as far as I am aware, the unpublished differences so when we as customers are at the airport trying to operate within the system, we know what to do. Please confirm there is a difference and what those differences are. Jerry"

I understand that we had to turn back due to his condition but why was he not removed from the plane and put on a later flight when he felt better instead of making all of us late? You would think after all this the crew would be kind and appreciate our patience but 2 of the flight attendants were the exact opposite of that. Both of them were very short with people and the one kept rolling her eyes at people as they were handing out drinks. The only thing I would give 5 stars is the tv entertainment. My seat wouldn’t even recline for me to enjoy though."

Aircraft was old. Boarding crew was rude and unprofessional! Food was bad like real bad. Lufthansa has been the worst airline i flew in in 10 years

We had to board and unboard, this could have been avoided

Way-finding to my connecting flight in Munich was horrible. I asked directions and was directed out through security and had to clear back through to get to my next flight, so I missed it and had to book a new flight hours later.

So much delay !!! I purchase expensive ticket coz I did wanna wait at airports ( I have heart problem) I had to wait more ours each airport for delay

Nothing

This trip, coming back to Las Vegas (from Yerevan to Frankfurt to Las Vegas) turned out to be HORRIBLE and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE! Shame on Lufthansa! The leg from Yerevan to Frankfurt was cancelled and delayed for about 10 hours, but the worst part was that we didn't get any notification of the 10 hour delay until the last hour or two, but by that time we were at the airport at around 2am. We are a total of 6 passengers (me and my 5 kids between ages 2 and 17), so I ended up dragging the kids back to the hotel for 10 hours then we went back to the airport again. But the nightmare didn't end there! Then as we arrived in Frankfurt, our next leg of the flight to Las Vegas had already flown obviously, and so we missed it because of the delay in Yerevan. Now, Lufthansa says that there are no other flights or seats for a party of 6. Now they gave us this 3 leg flight, which takes off the next day, Frankfurt to Seattle to Los Angeles to Las Vegas, which is going to take 24 hours - if not more, instead of our straight 1 leg flight Frankfurt to Las Vegas, which was only going to be an 11 or 12 hour flight. This was a trip from hell so far, and the trip to Las Vegas hasn't ended yet. Who knows how many delays we will encounter during this 3 leg flight. There were just as many problems with Lufthansa's flights going to Yerevan in the first place, and these are just the problems coming back to Las Vegas, because this survey is only asking how was your trip back to Las Vegas from Frankfurt. This was our first trip with Lufthansa, and it will definitely be our very last flight with Lufthansa!

Bad overall experience.

Late. Late to leave. Late to arrive. Left sitting on the tarmac. Same as the departing flight. Lufthansa is awful.

Food was atrocious, flavorless and no spirits were offered. One positive note was the aircraft’s outside cameras. Those were neat

After sprinting to the gate because the flight we arrived on was more than 30 mins late, not a single crew member offered to help us find space for our bags or get seated. they were rude and acted annoyed we were holding up the flight when it was another Lufthansa flight that made us late. the plane was old and uncomfortable and when the guy in front of me leaned his seat back, I could no longer see my movie screen.

缺點: "The seat could have been thicker and softer for greater comfort--instead, it was thin and flimsy. There should also be greater space/pitch between the rows of seats."

缺點: "The experience in the Frankfurt airport was terrible! We had arrived from Rome with an hour between landing and boarding. When we were directed to security at Gate Z, there was a huge mob of people, not really in lines. We didn’t know what we were waiting for or where to stand, but we and others around us were very worried about missing our next flight. There was no Lufthansa representative to help. Finally someone directed some of us to a long roundabout back way to Gate Z security. We did get to our gate in time for boarding, only because it had been delayed. Then we sat in the plane for over half an hour. Altogether, it took off more than an hour late, so we missed our flight from Chicago to Minneapolis."

缺點: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

缺點: "The boarding Crew treated the passengers unfairly...your staff should learn how to board a plain...by starting: women with children n handicapped people first, the business/first class, the economy passengers...that's how you do it...there was no organization to board the plane and the ticket agent was wrong on the advertisements instructions. Get rid of cheap wine, our tickets are very expensive..you can afford good wine. I got a headache with your cheap wine... Your also not allowed to do early check in...with your system."

Additionally, the touchscreen was very difficult to navigate, as it jumped between non-responsive and too sensitive throughout the flight. Furthermore, the headphone jack should be updated, so that passengers can use their own headphones without an adapter. The headphone audio setup at my seat did not work very well."
優點: "I usually love flying Lufthansa - my favourite by far. It usually out-classes emirates in the economy class, and they usually appreciate the destination (in this case, Saudi Arabia - serving beer and other alcohol regularly). This time, on LH 598, they were suboptimal. The service was OK but I felt judged for asking for beer throughout the flight. The food was bland and the speed of service was “ok” at best. There were some good things - Warsteiner is an amazing beverage. When the attendents did approach, they were generally nice. Additionally, the entertainment package was reasonably good. I usually have to decide between emirates, QA, and Lufthansa. I would still say Lufthansa, but a note to them: please don’t let it slip. You’re a solid carrier and you have great service."

A l'enregistrement à punta cana il a fallut négocier pendant une heure et demander à parler à un responsable car la personne voulait nous faire payer nos deux bagages en soute 200 dollars alors qu'ils étaient compris dans notre réservation. Cela nous a fait perdre du temps avec notre petite fille de 3 ans. L'escale de 2h à New York est trop courte, les files d'attente sont très très longues pour le contrôle des passeports et aussi pour la douane. Il a fallut négocier avec beaucoup de personnes pour demander à passer devant, et aux États-Unis cette pratique n'est pas du tout appréciée, et tout ca avec ma fille dans les bras. Nous sommes arrivés 30 min avant le décollage àla porte d'embarquement, juste au moment de d'embarquer, mais le vol a finalement été retardé d'une heure. Et enfin nous avions demandé à été placés ensemble côté hublot, à l'enregistrement on nous a dit oui évidemment mais au premier vol on était même pas à côté ( il a fallut négocier encore une fois) et au deuxième nous étions dans la rangée du milieu. Bref ce voyage retour à été très stressant et épuisant !

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"
