缺點: "耳機聲音轉小,但是機內廣播超大聲,透過耳機都覺得耳朵快爆掉,又不能調整,代表機內廣播音量和電影音量設定不對。 派餐太慢,我們水果餐先取得,但跳過我們沒有給飲料。 入境單要2張(我和同伴),只給1張,說晚點給,但是後面座位的人卻有取得,又一直沒有送來,再要求後,才告知已經派送完畢,要我們落地再寫。"

Beverages when available if you want to ask the flight attendant, but again, they were definitely put out when you asked them. Caroline wasn’t kept clean throughout the 15 1/2 hours- i’m accustomed to light attendance walking through the isles periodically to get customers garbage regular league so that it doesn’t build up."

缺點: "Four travelers were seated in 4 different areas on flight from Hong Kong to San Francisco flight. Three of us of us were senior citizens. Two had disabilities and were.not accommodated in any way by Cathay Pacific (CP) while loading in the four areas of the plane. Those of us that we're physically able could not help those with mobility issues because of the proximity of the seating, I could not pre-check or request different seats on the CP website. I think that this was because of issues with the website, apparently due to IT system communication between American Airlines and Cathay Pacific.......on all six flights. On the transfer in San Francisco, Customs was closed when we arrived in San Francisco and we had to haul all of our baggage from one terminal to the other. There was no direction on how to handle this issue of Customs being closed while on the flight to San Francisco. I had to explain the issue of to the CP customer service crew in SF. The CP desk and they had never heard of it. American Airlines was equally poorly trained. I will also say that while at the CP customer service, there were three young adult males that we're not busy at the time and the watched us unload the baggage carts onto the scales and conveyor and then reloaded on to the carts to push to the AA terminal. We handled the bags two additional times because the CP staff did not know what to do and how to handle it. Other passengers were confused as well. I traveled internationally to Asia three times now on CP and the first two were excellent. In the past had had flown other carriers on out trips to asia. This experience on this flight was beyond bad. I had plan on several more trips to Asia the next three years, and I will say that at this point, I will not fly CP again. Something needs to change. A call to me is in order. I witnessed several gaps in CP systems and other issues with training the staff. Your survey did not specify the flight crew. Except for the loading issues and the lack of information about Customs being.closed at SF, the service was world class...what I had come to expect from CP"

優點: "Boeing 777 had an upgrade on the video display software, making for a more manageable video experience. It's easier to navigate because of the ability to close screens and go back to the screen you were on, rather than having to start over each time."
缺點: "I received a polite e-mail and a text message an hour or two later indicating that my flight from Taipei to HongKong had been delayed. It took a login to the Cathay Pacific web site to figure out that with the rescheduled time, I would miss my connecting flight from HongKong to Boston if I didn't change anything. I managed to sort it out, though it took using my cell phone to place an international call to the HongKong Cathay Pacific office to get me on an earlier flight. I don't think this is an acceptable level of service -- had I not had WiFi access or an international capable cell phone, I would have been stranded in Taipei or HongKong an extra day. I think CP could have done more to notify and help remediate the situation knowing the implication of the rescheduled flight. Food also remains mediocre, though slightly better."

缺點: "The only problem is if you need to go in the first flight at 6am to Hong-Kong.... they will only open the check in at 4:30 and usually you find a big waiting line. You won’t have time to do anything stead check in, go directly to inspection, after to migration to finally go straight ahead to the gate to hopefully have time to enter in the flight... to tide"

優點: "Nice plane, roomy seats, good food. Much better than other carriers in economy."

優點: "Our plane was an A350 equipped with a new entertainment center. The captain was able to get our flight in early. Unfortunately, because of weather/immigration problems at the destination, we weren't able to disembark for another 90 minutes. But I think the cabin crew handled this well, handing out both drinks and snacks. The captain also kept us informed, and also seemed to play a role in negotiating with the airport authorities to allow us to disembark at another gate. Otherwise it may have been a longer ordeal."
缺點: "The security measures for US bound flights made things more confusing for boarding. This wasn't the airline's responsibility, and the security check was fast and professional. Next time I hope they work better with the customers to make sure we know what is going on. But this is a small complaint on my part."

優點: "Two security checks, one at the door of the plane where they take bottles of water that have been purchased after passengers have passed through immigration and security make boarding very slow. There is no priority for Premium. The staff are efficient but service is basic. No sign of staff except when they are serving food. Seats are fine for a day flight. The food is very ordinary and some dishes were not available."
缺點: "Not a lot of choice in entertainment. Some programs have been on there for years. Premium economy is not worth the extra money."

缺點: "On Monday, September 3, I traveled from Frankfurt to Washington Dulles on United 933 (this return trip to the US began in Rome on Lufthansa earlier in the afternoon). The plane left on time and we touched down at Dulles on time (a little before 8pm EDT), after flying 8 hours. It was 2am Central Europe time. Experience with customs / passport control at Dulles was the worst I've ever experienced, in any country. In my life I’ve traveled to 40 countries (lived in 7) and flown many different carriers. I stood in line 2 (TWO) hours before finally seeing passport control and quickly getting cleared through. There were no announcements of any kind as we waited, and the airport acted as if it were routine and expected that all these people, some with small children be put through this ordeal. There were about 4 or 5 men or women manning the passport control booths, though capacity for maybe 20 more. Some people while in line downloaded the Mobile Passport and were able to then bypass the line. I had technical problems with my phone and could not. Again, NO communication was made by airport personnel or United; we were on our own. Because of this unexpected delay, I had to catch a taxi to my home in Arlington for a fee of $55. I had planned to catch less expensive transport but was already late for a planned event."

No supervisor came even though we asked the captain to contact one. We were ignored. Total clusterfuck. Pilot was courteous and professional but front desk was Frazzled and incompetent. We were hugely inconvenienced and missed our obligations with no offer of compensation. Then when we finally get on the plane they kick us off!!!!!!!!!! Now they are saying a 630 departure for a 2 pm flight. This is beyond acceptable and I am about to call the local news and am sending them video of your gross incompetence. I want to be contacted at 815-527-1935 immediately. My time is valuable and no part of this delay is acceptable. I want full flight vouchers for this debacle"

缺點: "so uncomfortable. my knees hit the seat in front of me (i am of average height). seat would not recline."

I was not told when I bought the ticket that I will need a visa to transit between Bruxel to Zurich. Now they told me that my only option is to buy another ticket . Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."

缺點: "Since I missed this connecting flight by 8 hours, the best united could guarantee was a flight 2 DAYS LATER. I had to sleep at the airport. No food vouchers, no compensation. Waited in Uniteds line for 3 hours just to talk to someone. They lost my luggage which I had PAID to check; it was sent to the wrong airport. They guanteed luggage delivery by Thursday night. It arrived Saturday morning at 3am."

優點: "-United employee upgraded me to Business Class at no extra cost. She was extremely nice."
缺點: "They had multiple passengers on a standby list waiting to board the already crowded flight. Plus, had numerous people without a seat assigned while offering them a $250 travel credit to get off the plane."

優點: "We arrived safely, the captain was lighthearted."
缺點: "DRUNK seatmate, who yelled profanity and also that he was drunk several times. Not only did the crew do nothing about it, they served him 2 more drinks! Since there were no air sick bags, I took my food out of my zip lock to have something to offer him when he made retching noises (though he didn't throw up). Isn't the flight crew supposed to prevent visibly drunk people from flying?"

優點: "The crew was very pleasant, food was average."
缺點: "The flight being cancelled. Wifi doesn't even come close to working. No personal entertainment. Communication was poor for the rescheduling of flight that led me to miss the next flight"

缺點: "We had to return to Newark due to problem with the plane. So we prepared for a crash landing, but there was little information as to how long it would take to land. So we circled for about 1 hour, waiting to crash land, Little information from the cockpit, and the steward was not prepared for the scenario. Upon normal landing, there was no information as to the next step. Disappointing."

優點: "Excellent crew all around....free TV for once....I did get to sit with my husband even though that was not a guarantee...."

優點: "Boarding was fast. Crew was nice. Comfort was as comfortable as common commercial airplanes can be."

優點: "The entertainment worked for like most of the time (surprisingly) and I got an extra seat next to me."
缺點: "What can you expect from united... the crew members were terrible absolutely unprofessional and unwilling to help. We were delayed for 3 hours in Taipei due to an issue with the plane that they were trying to fix. During this time many people were trying to change flights as they had connections in SFO. When they asked the hostesses for help, they either got rude unhelpful responses or got completely ignored. United really needs to train their flight attendants better."

缺點: "Booked two seats at same time and they weren't by one another. Plane was not full so asked ticket counter if they find two seats together but did not want last row because seats don't recline. Clerk said those were only seats together so she she said she'd move us to exit row (still separate middle seats). However, seats were not actually exit row and they did not recline. So we simply got moved to separate middle seats in a different, a row that didn't recline."

優點: "Staff did offer two ten-dollar food vouchers as an apology for the inconvenience. They seemed to try to keep us updated on delays."
缺點: "There were probably ten delays over the course of about ten hours. Communication among staff, aircrew, and maintenance teams seemed very poor. Really didn't seem like people knew what they were doing. Very unprofessional and perhaps somewhat uneccessary."

優點: "United is definitely improving. The service was attentive and friendly. When I asked for PJ's, the flight attendant made a good effort to retrieve them for me. I slept through the entire flight, very rare unless the conditions were optimal for sleep."
缺點: "While this flight was fine, my flight to Taipei was riddled with poor service. A bad and forgetful flight attendant can make all the difference. As United adjusts their service to the new Polaris configuration on newer planes, conditions will hopefully improve."

缺點: "I am a school director and had a very important meeting, that's why I had to get to my country and I almost lost my job for losing my flight due to the airline's ineligibility. I did not like the fact that, I didn't know were to go because it was too crowded. every time I ask them to help me, they ether not answers or did not know what to tell me. Every one seen to be very confused. They have very bad costumers service. I even cut myself wile trying to put the bag into the square that they now have, to see if it can go into the airplane. I was very surprised that they didn't even excuse themselves for the inconvenient... this was a horrible experience... don't think I'll ever take this airline again. They have no organization."

缺點: "On recent travels with Iceland Air or Delta I have been able to choose a vegan meal option for long flights. It would be great if that was possible with Lufthansa as well, instead I left the plane quite hungry."

優點: "The seats were uncomfortable. The staff was cold. The food was horrible, I wasn't even able to eat some of it. The chicken was full of bones and grissle. The rest just tasted bad. Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par. The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half. Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received."
