The build quality of the interior such as the spotlight, switches, buttons all have a classy touch with a very classy interior cabin lighting. It felt like how a business class should be: excellent. And, as usual, the staff remained professional, polite, friendly and very helpful."

優點: "I must admit....this is one of the best experiences I have had flying and I fly this route a lot. I was traveling with an Elder who required a wheelchair and every step of the way it was smooth and the crew was attentive."
缺點: "Before I start my complaint I would like to say that my family and I had 6 emirates flights this year and 5 of those flights were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our traveling with emirates but this 1 flight came out to be the worse flight of my life. I made online check-in and chose our seats and all was successful but when we reached the airport and I opened my app, it displayed that online boarding pass was not available. After moving slowly in a long queue, when I reached near boarding counters, an official checked my name in a list and informed that there was some new tax applied on us and thus I had to visit counter 5 or 6 to pay that tax. We joined the queue of counter 5 but it was not moving at all and I noticed some people being served at counter 5 who were not in the queue, thinking that counter 5 might take longer, I joined counter 6 queue where there were only 1 family and 1 passenger ahead of me, for next half hour we stood there but that queue didn't move. Finally after some time another counter called me, he confirmed that I had made online check-in. We were given boarding passes and were asked to wait for tax processing, After another 15min, we were given all papers and were requested to move to the immigration counter. After immigration when we were going through final security check, the emirates official asked me to hurry up, I showed him that the security process was going on in front of him, upon that he asked why I was late to airport, I informed him that I made online check-in and I was required to be there 90min before the flight but I was there 150min before the flight and it was in front of him how long the tax processing took, upon that he said that I should have been at the boarding counter 240min before the flight and that I should be aware of the facilities at the airport (although it was my 1st time there). I had not made any complaint on what had happened so far to anyone and I was not rude to anyone although I was with my wife and 1.5 years old son who was crying coz of warn weather and thirst, we couldn't provide him with water coz we were standing in queues all the time. But hearing such comments from Emirates official were quite unbearable but still I stayed calm and reached at the gate. When I handed over the boarding passes, I was told that my boarding pass was missing and I was quickly blamed by emirates officials that either I reached there without a boarding pass or I had lost it. When they checked in their system it showed that I was already boarded, I understood that they gave my boarding pass to someone else but they kept on saying that I had lost it and also informed the same to plane crew, then they made a manual boarding pass for me and let me pass the gate. We were the last passengers to enter the plane. When I reached at my seat, there was someone else sitting there, upon taking attendant's help, it was discovered that the passenger sitting there had my boarding pass."

缺點: "Emirates has applied EasyJet seat ramming techniques to its A380 business Class product. As a result even the spacious upper deck of an A380 feels cramped. The seat width in business Class is the same as economy so lying on your side to sleep is an impossibility for all but the diminutive or children. It’s hard to justify 4-5 times the economy fare to sit in such cramped ‘pile em high, sell em cheap’ seats. Breakfast served just before landing at LGW was honestly the most revolting meal I’ve ever been served onboard an aircraft, and I’ve flown Monarch. Less scrambled egg than puréed egg slops with gristly undercooked chicken sausages. Ryanair would blush at serving up such lousy fare. Emirates are paring back the ‘overheads’ in business Class and its starting to show. Cheapening the product (in every sense) might work for some but if I’m going to stump up thousands I think I’ll choose an airline that treats me less like self loading cargo in future."

We were billeted in a hotel far from the airport with free breakfast but no lunch was provided and the earliest flight they could give us was scheduled at 16:35 of Juy 30. Upon returning to the airport I asked a cathay staff regarding provisions for lunch but I was told there’s none.Overall our trip both to and from LAX were very uncomfortable and inconvenient. I hope Cathay will do something better in situations like we encountered. As of this writing I and my husband are still at HK airport waiting for our flight to LAX."

It took a login to the Cathay Pacific web site to figure out that with the rescheduled time, I would miss my connecting flight from HongKong to Boston if I didn't change anything. I managed to sort it out, though it took using my cell phone to place an international call to the HongKong Cathay Pacific office to get me on an earlier flight. I don't think this is an acceptable level of service -- had I not had WiFi access or an international capable cell phone, I would have been stranded in Taipei or HongKong an extra day. I think CP could have done more to notify and help remediate the situation knowing the implication of the rescheduled flight. Food also remains mediocre, though slightly better."

缺點: "My flight tonight (0078) from MIA to Istanbul was delayed by over 5 hours. I am traveling with an infant and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to help us. Finally, someone at the airport helped in re-booking our flights but I have yet to have anyone give me an answer regarding compensation! In addition, we are traveling with an infant which isn't easy but we had the bassinet seat on our original flight. Now it's sold out for the flight tomorrow and no one will assist in trying to help get us better seats. I understand things are out of your companies control but being in an airport with an 18-month baby isn't easy and no one in this company has made this crazy travel schedule easier. I would like someone to call me back or email me with something that could maybe be done to help us! No one at the call center will help!"

缺點: "As our first flight got delayed, me and 28 other pallengers flying to israel told the airline agents that we would miss our connection flightfrom turkey to israel. The supervisor assured us that we have nothing to worry about, as the second plane would wait as we are many passengers.however when we landed in turkey the connection flight had already left without us. When trying to speak to turkish airline representatives about getting a new flight, they were super UNhelpful, we waited in very long lines and were required so go to a few different parts of the airport to get a new ticket, a process that was not friendly at all and very frustrating. After about 2 hours of waiting on lines, i got a flight that required me to wait 7 hours in the airport and measley voucher for a very small fast food meal. When i asked to be admitted to the lounge (as i waited 7 hours in the airport due to the airlines mistake), they did not agree to grant me access. When i asked to at least get the wifi code from the lounge so i can tell my familly that i am stuck on turkey, this was also rejected. While waiting in the airport, i spoke to many other people on other flights who had been stuck in the airport under very simillar circumstances, some even worse than mine. I also have many friends who have experiences simillar experiences with turkish airlines. If you are looking for a reliable flight, that will get you to your destination on time and will help you out when a problem occurs, Turkish airlines is deffinetelly NOT the flight for you. I personally will never fly with them again after the way i was treated."

缺點: "Departure was late by an hour which made me miss my connection. Because of this: I had to purchase a visa @$70 US Airport service in Istanbul was very bad. It took 2 hours before anyone would actually help me to organize my next flight to Milan. By the time I arrived in Milan, my family had left worried sick not knowing what happened to me. I then had to find a bus to take me to Lugano, another 25 Euros, and not to mention all the stress to me and my family. I then decided not to put myself through the same situation on my way back to Tel Aviv and purchased new ticket with another Airline company. Overall, the whole experience was a nightmare."

No explanations whatsoever, the craziest experience, completely messed our plans to get a bite up, I wish we were given some information ahead of time that we are going to be sitting in a single room zone. The flight was ok, but hellishly hot all the way."

缺點: "LH flight from Seattle was late, and I barely made it to the LH connecting flight to TA. Landed in Tel Aviv, but my one bag didn't arrive with me. Looked for the Lufthansa desk, but there is no such thing. They have farmed out the task of dealing with lost luggage and masses of confused to irate people to another firm. There were approx 40 people trying to get some information from 4 ladies, one of whom was new. They were unable to deal with many reports at a time. How about take a number and we'll call you up in turn? Instead it was like a push and shove pressure cooker just to find out the status of said missing bag and make a report. I was dealt with last. At this time, I was exhausted and angry. The ladies were very good and very kind. They informed my ride of the delay, and told me that the lost bag would come on the next flight. They took me out of the area to get a drink and a bite to eat. We waited. It came. We drove to my destination a few hours away. Never have I had to deal with such a time consuming shambles to find out the bare minimum of information. I finished the trip and will never fly with Lufthansa again."
缺點: "To Whom It May Concern, My name is Eliezer Korbman. I was a passenger on LH403 with service to Frankfurt, Germany. Upon reaching cruising altitude and prior to dinner service, a Lufthansa stewardess reached across my midsection, activated the reclining mechanism and forcefully returned my seat to its upright position - waking me up to eat. (You may conduct your own investigation, but there was no prior announcement.) I politely declined, but was later denied dinner and breakfast. To clarify, I was unable to eat or sleep. This is utterly disgusting service. I am incredibly disappointed in Lufthansa for the way that I was treated aboard LH403. Unless I can be persuaded otherwise, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Garbage service! Shame on you Lufthansa!"

缺點: "The plane was extremely small and uncomfortable. There were only two lavoratories for 60+ people, the other two being reserved only for the 10+ people in first class. The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"
