缺點: "Flight crew not too interactive"

優點: "JAL lounge at Haneda was the best I've ever been in. The Business Class configuration is terrific -- as private as can be on an airplane, without going First. And the JAL staff, on the ground as well as in the air, are Grade A diplomats, counselors, and -- in a word -- professionals. Which is sorely lacking in US air carriers, who don't seem to understand that air travel is a service industry, and to excel in a service industry, PEOPLE are most important to the customers. Specifically, having enough people: US airline employees are well-trained professionals too, but "corporate" consistently under-hires/deploys, which leaves employees juggling far too much at once, which degrades the service experience for the customer. Yeah, I get "the bottom line," but service industry customers will always go to businesses that offer better service. Ok, rant over. JAL is tops."
缺點: "Security and Immigration at Tokyo Haneda is harder than at US airports, but that's to be expected and nothing that JAL can control."

缺點: "The fact that my father was diagnosed with Cancer and they wouldn’t refund our 1300.00 for round trip tickets to the Philippines which is our vacation home. The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see"

優點: "Japan Airline is a notch above the rest. The services was constant and consistent, the food was delicious and abundant, and the seats were comfortable. I was surprised at how often they would go up and down the aisles checking on passengers, picking up trash, and serving small food items. To top it off towards the end of the trip they put toothbrushes in the bathroom so you can leave fresh, awesome."

I understand this carrier needs to cater to a broad cultural and geographic audience, but I think they make it too complicated. Giving meal service a decidedly Japanese angle results in main courses that are mush, and sides that are OK. Good yogurt, decent fruit, delicately prepared salads, delicious cookies and hagen daz are pretty simple and make the meals fun. (especially since chop sticks are always included), but the ovens turn the main courses into a stinky and kinda nasty thing. I wish they would simplify."

There should be double the movies and music offered given that you can go through all of the offerings in one or two legs of a trip. I had four. BBC news didn't work on any leg of the trip and the Japanese news was in Japanese only, no English."

缺點: "The flight itself was good, but the whole transfer process was pretty inconvenient and annoying. This may have been a rare circumstance since I had two connections on this journey, but it seems like this process could be made A LOT easier. I was told in Los Angeles when I checked in for the first leg of my trip that my bags would need to be collected in Kunming and re-checked for the final leg of my trip (Kunming to Bangkok). I thought no big deal. Well after collecting my luggage from the carousel in Kunming, I proceeded to go where appeared to be a re-check point. I was told there that I needed to go all the way out of the secured area and check in for the next flight there. After confusingly navagating my way through this airport, I finally arrived at the check-in desk. This the same check-in counter that everyone uses when coming off of the street. I can understand doing this if I was switching airlines or something, but I don't know why I wasn't allowed to use the re-check counter. After the time it took to find the check-in area and wait in line, I had my boarding pass for the flight with about 1 hour left until departure. I then proceeded to the departure checkpoint where I waited in line for approximately 25 minutes before reaching an officer. To my horror, he asked for my departure card, which I was unaware that I needed and he pointed to the back of the room. I tried to explain to him that I was only connecting through and hadn't actually stayed in China, but he still sent me to the back of the room to fill out this card. This meant that I had to wait in line again, but luckily it was only a 20 minute wait this time. After luckily getting through the security, I now had about 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, so I was pretty stressed since it said on my ticket that the door would be closed 15 minutes before departure. Luckily I made the gate before the door was closed. While waiting in line, I spoke with some people that had also been on my Shanghai to Kunming flight and they had also been very confused about the whole transfer process and were also very close to their departure time at this time when I spoke with them. I think their flight to Dubai was delayed, so they made their flight. Maybe most of my issues arose from the double-connection in China, so I will not under any circumstances be selecting a trip where this is on the itinerary. I've connected through Guangzhou and Beijing before and I've never had a need for an arrival / departure card at either of those places. There should be better communication in this area to help people avoid this kind of confusing situation like I experienced. For example, if it was a double-connection thing, send an email explaining the procedures for trips that connect in this manner. I assumed that arrival and departure cards were only for people that were actually staying in the country for more than just connecting flights. Wrong assumption obviously."

缺點: "They just gave out my aisle seat to other Chinese person without my consent, and put me into a cramped middle seat in the back. The crew didn't address my complaint nor care for my situation. They just care their own people (Chinese national)."

缺點: "The flight was extremely cold each way of the trip. Need to manage the air condition system so that passengers aren't freezing the whole trip. Also, even when my phone was in "airplane mode" with the wifi turned off, I was still not allowed to use my phone device to listen to the music player, which is not connected to the internet data nor wifi. This doesn't make sense. No vegetarian options for my wife and I, which is something readily available with other airlines. This will most likely make me change airlines for the next flight to China."

缺點: "Wi-fi onboard but not accessible. Not allowed to use my phone even for listening to music. Was on a 9h layover in Shanghai Pudong. Terrible airport. Could not drop my baggage to get out of the airport as they only accept chinese cash and no working ATM. Was stuck waiting 6h30 before check-in and had to rush through security by saying I was late for the flight otherwise I would've missed it. It's nonsense that i have to rush when on a 9h layover."

優點: "For the price of the flight I believe this was an excellent airline to choose. I your on a budget this is great. Cant really complain~ 14-15 hr flight and food was good (you get 2 meals) and the crew was pretty nice. All of the seats have entertainment with many new movie releases to choose from as well as a variety of music and video games."

缺點: "I was sat in row 31 - the first in economy which was right next to the galley. The attendants spent the best part of the 1st 90 minutes of the flight congregating in the galley and constantly opening and shutting the curtains and opening and shutting doors. They were loud and in a world of their own. Didn't seem like they wanted to have anything to do with the passengers. A glass of water was served after half an hour but for the next hour before they started the food service there was a continual stream of passengers coming up to the galley asking for more water. The attendants from business/first were also constantly coming back and forth to this galley so it was noisy, busy and frustrating to be sitting right next to it all. Lord knows what was in the cupboard in front of seat 31 but the crew must have opened and closed it at least 30-40 times during the flight and each and every time they let the door swing right back and hit me in the knee. Frustrating? I'll say so! Entertainment - well, there was a fixed screen above me but it was a fragmented video - think trailers at the movies - except it was moving from one shot to the next at such speed, I couldn't catch half of the sub-titles. It would have been an ideal time to close my eyes and catch a few zzzz's but for the darned noise in the galley :("

優點: "Really enjoyed the food."
缺點: "Service from the airline outside of the aircraft was nonexistent. We had no direction from service people and were shuffled between three different customs lines before we ended up in the correct one at the Shanghai airport. With the airline not printing boarding passes for our connecting flight, it was an unexpected challenge having to get those printed and then recheck the bag which should have been checked all the way through. Our experience at the Shanghai airport and the nonexistent customer service from the airline was horrible. Trying to get that sorted and go through customs multiple times took three hours and much frustration."

缺點: "They change the boarding gates my whole trip, delay departure and got stuck with transit flight. 3 different language announcements every 5 minutes while we watched the move so I could not finish watch one movie whith 41/2 hour flight. My food tray was sticky when I touched it and it was the worst experience ever. No other airline restrict cigarette light on board except china eastern. So many worst thing happen in this trips."

缺點: "兩件大型行李遺失,航空公司很不負責任!坐飛機成五十次從未有試過遺失行李。還有,空姐很惡。"

優點: "That I wouldn't have to pay for luggage to Manila,but never happened"
缺點: "The fact that I was not allowed to board plane,that ticket was sold to me with airline knowing an American can not have a layover of more than 24 hrs, that my son whom I never got to see be born had to be without his dad longer now and that airline would not give waiver voucher so that I'd be allowed full refund...both staff at airport n corporate have no communication with each other...corporate said because I'm an American citizen I'm allowed to pass threw but airport said corporate was wrong"

優點: "Seat is cofortable."
缺點: "They shoud put cups in toilet . Sometimes they don't, flush all papers."

優點: "Overall everything handled by Qantas"
缺點: "I bought a China eastern flight, and even I got the category of ELITE PLUS, i didnt get any preferential treatmente because the flight was operated by Qantas"

優點: "機上電影還不錯,不過電視的角度很奇怪,要拿東西卡住"
缺點: "登機CHECKIN時間非常非常久,前面只有五個人等了快一小時 等得火氣大~~~ 機上服務情況不好,餐點惡劣,缺主食。點麵食會比較好一點"

優點: "服務人員親切"
缺點: "無個人電視 一部分旅客忘記送餐後咖啡和茶"
