缺點: "Baggage drop after on-line check-in very slow. Otherwise everything went very smoothly."

缺點: "Narita to Honolulu sector has not enough food for breakfast noting Honolulu airport has got nothing to offer!!!"

缺點: "Boarding is done by a bus trip onto the tarmac, then you take the rolling stairs up into the plane. No in flight entertainment of any sort."

優點: "Enough legroom/more than what you’d find on your standard 4-5 hour flights. The stewardesses were great! They attended to every need with a smile. They did a great job of making sure everyone was comfortable."

優點: "My flight is at 9:50 am but I arrived around 5:30 am , as expected the line was already long and one of the crew told us the front desk will not open until 6:30. My husband reserved my ticket going back to US. I was assigned to seat on an exit, but when I went to the gate , one of a female employee keeps telling me if I'm aware I'll be seating on an exit and I said yes , I look for a vacant seat so I can relax while waiting, she went back again and asked me if the front desk desk gave me any paper about the task I have to do when seating on an exit. I read it and understand . She came back again for the third time and borrow my boarding pass and check something and asked me if I want to transfer to another seat, and I said no. I don't know what she wants me to do , but I'm so irritated because she keeps asking me the same question over and over again."

優點: "Friendly & helpful stewardesses, watched new release movies, good meals, overall a smooth ride."
缺點: "Quite a few passengers with young children crying throughout the trip but I can sympathize trying to keep them occupied on such a long flight."

缺點: "The flight was delay .and I can’t able to catch my connecting flight I have to extra money for other connection flight"

優點: "Packed in like sardines with no ability to recline for a red eye flight of 10h was excruciating. Food was not good on this flight though the kids meal was a nice touch."

優點: "The food was great. There was a good selection of shows and movies. The stewardesses came around with water and juice often which was really nice. The bathrooms were clean."
缺點: "The decent into Japan was pretty steep. It made me feel a bit sick and I never get motion sickness. Hardest decent I've ever had and I travel every 2 years. The ascent was excellent though and the flight in general was perfect."

缺點: "Nothing as far as human services. Thai used to be and I have flown Thai since i was a teenager, many many times. I used to every time get excited to fly with Thai. this time i had two Thai connections between Tokyo - Bankgkok and Bangkok-Delhi, both times my two young minor children were automatically seated away from me and each other also during checkin process. it took a lot of time and convincing the agent to get my own children seated with me on long international flights! Food service was worse than expect for name of Thai airways!"

缺點: "First, I did an online check-in and was able to secure a seat for the first leg of the flight, but was able to get any information on my second leg. So when I arrived at the Thai Airways counter to load in my bags I asked the Thai Airways representative about the missing information. His response was that he could not get into the ANA system and that I have to go to the ANA counter to ask for that information. Given that my layover in Narita was only about 45mins landing to going to the gate, I was not comfortable with not knowing if I would be on that flight or not. The Thai Airways representation at the boarding counter did help me a bit and got in touch with a guide in Narita to help me get my luggages and get to gate properly. I wanted to note that we did not arrive in Narita on time due to the high air traffic so the plane had to circle around for 15 mins. When we finally landed I had about 15 mins to get through the custom and ran to my gate. When I received my ticket I was shocked that I got a middle seat on a 13 hours flight! If I have known this earlier I would have paid for a better seat, but since I was not able to check-in online and didn't receive any info about this flight prior to boarding I was not allowed to change on this full flight. In addition, the plane ride was awful. The food was disgusting and the seat was very uncomfortable. The seat did not even recline back! I don't expect much from a short distance flight but for a 13 hour long flight, I at least expect the seat to be slightly better than sitting on a rock against a brick wall. All in all, this was a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I went through. The stress and the discomfort on the plane was an experience that no one should ever feel while traveling. It was an awful nightmare on an ANA flight. I would like a refund on this flight with no exceptions. Sincerely, Jessica Saesue"

優點: "ANA did a great job of keeping customers informed about every detail regarding the delays we experienced with the flight. ANA did a great job of finding me a new flight when delays caused by the ground crew caused me to miss a connecting flight."

優點: "Enjoyed the ANA service so much. The crew was so attentive and helpful. The floor was really wet under our seat and they got newspapers and blankets to keep our stuff dry and checked in on us several times. We felt very well taken care of. Enjoyed the documentaries on Japan and Okinawa!"
缺點: "We didn't know the meal schedule. We thought the half a sandwich at dinner time was dinner, but then a full meal came out a couple hours later. :) Nice surprise though!"

缺點: "One flight attendant out of all others showed arrogant behaviors and facial expression. I was sort of disappointed because I chose ANA because of a reputation of their service and modesty embedded in the Japanese culture but not this time. I should have written down her name."

缺點: "The time to get to the next flight is so tight! I wish there's a 30 minutes more so I don't have to rush and be the last one to get in the plane."

Not sure why but it was unnecessary to have too many, can't rest or sleep nor continue with viewing the entertainment provided. It seemed like a tired crew this time. The food was not good."

優點: "I could upgrade my seat from a regular economy seat to a premium economy seat about 24 hours in advance. The flight attendants were generally attentive and thanks to the kindness of my ajacent passenger to my left, I could sometimes go to restrooms."
缺點: "I usually take an aisle seat, but it was not available this time. Furthermore, my ajacent passenger to my right hand side had cold and often coughed and I myseld caught cold from him during this flight...."

優點: "2 inches more legroom in economy than other airlines on that route."

缺點: "Boarding bridge was not available at Narita airport. Stairs (trap) to ground were tough for my mother who has bad legs."
