優點: "I traveled with my wife and twin sons who turned two last month. It was our first time to fly with the boys, and we were nervous about the flight for this reason. Thanks to ANA's staff both on the ground and in the air, everything went very smoothly. When we arrived at Haneda Airport (around 1:30pm), we went to the Special Assistance counter to get a stroller. The staff was friendly and patient, and didn't rush us at all. (It took a little while to get our things in order.) I was surprised to learn that we could check in from there, drop off our checked luggage and receive boarding passes, as well as an airport stroller. In addition, the boy who was awake at the time received an ANA airplane clip. We didn't get to the gate in time for pre-boarding. I was dismayed to find out that we'd have to take a bus to the aircraft. We had the maximum number of carry-on bags, plus two babies, only one of whom was in a carrier, and we learned that the stroller couldn't go on the bus. A gate agent brought our carry-ons onto the bus. She found priority seats for us and a place nearby to fit a bag that couldn't fit on one of our laps. On board, the cabin attendants were attentive and friendly, and gave toys to the boys. When we arrived at Hagi-Iwami Airport, two of them even carried all of our carry-on bags off the plane for us. (They also helped with our carry-on luggage upon returning to Tokyo. In fact, we had forgotten to reserve a stroller for when we deplaned, and a flight attendant tried to find one near the gate, to no avail.) When I think about all the positive experiences we had in a span of about three and a half hours, I am amazed at all the different people who helped to make our journey easier. I cannot imagine it happening in my home country or on most airlines I have flown."

I asked again for water hours later and they said I need to wait because they will serve dinner (which is 30mins later) This is just very unpleasant experience and I felt like a bad person asking for only water"

缺點: "somehow new seat of this aircraft is very uncomfortable with my hip. It was kind of painful to sit tight for long period. I think my body likes older seat which actually reclining toward behind other guests. or I guess maybe I just get older. I asked 2 beer cans but completely ignored. maybe I was too shy."

缺點: "Disappointed that they would not do anything to allow my son and I to sit together. I ended up in a window seat and my son was in a middle seat 5 rows apart. You would think they could find some combination of a middle & window by moving a couple of single travelers but NO. Kept saying that it was a full flight so no go. It's not like we demanded an aisle seat. Just left a "bad taste in my mouth". Not the ANA service that I am used too."

優點: "The flight attendants treat passengers as valued guests. The check-in clerk gave me an exit row with extra leg room without me requesting it and without charge. Average time that you need to be at security ahead of your domestic flight = 15 minutes! As with everything in Japan, flight left on time."
缺點: "The connection time of 1.5 hours with my flight to Canada was a bit short. I had time to get through security at Narita, find the right gate, visit the facilities, and buy a bottle of water and that's all."

優點: "The crew were fantastic and the meals were pretty good"
缺點: "Every time I'm on an airplane I'm seated next to several really sick people.. I know this isn't something you can control but it really reduces the comfort any healthy individual can have. I also didn't like the really long delay for the baggage after the flight. The on flight movie selection had not changed on the return trip which was 16 days later."

優點: "I could upgrade my seat from a regular economy seat to a premium economy seat about 24 hours in advance. The flight attendants were generally attentive and thanks to the kindness of my ajacent passenger to my left, I could sometimes go to restrooms."
缺點: "I usually take an aisle seat, but it was not available this time. Furthermore, my ajacent passenger to my right hand side had cold and often coughed and I myseld caught cold from him during this flight...."

優點: "In-flight service from staff was excellent as always, food is good but not outstanding (but let's be clear this was economy class), movie selection is good."
缺點: "From Japan to other places they're always organised, but boarding in London was a little chaotic which is a common problem for ANA flights in other countries *to* Japan - they hadn't set up signs properly or made clear announcements for families with children, First Class, Business class boarding etc. The First Class/Diamond status queue (not for me!) was actually set up in front of a supporting pillar, basic organisational things like that. On balance though, still a top-class airline."
