缺點: "Food and entertainment could better"

優點: "Crews were friendly and helpful. I never had economy seat that goes as flat as theirs. I liked the safety instruction video."
缺點: "They seemed to run out of food options quickly. Wasn't a problem for me. But, they should know better."

缺點: "The main issue was getting off the plane in Sydney - we had to wait for a bus to offload us as the plane was sitting a long distance from the terminal. The bus eventually came, offloaded half the passengers and then returned 20 minutes later to start to offload the rest. It's the longest time I've ever spend disembarking from a plane and clearing an airport - very poor whoever was responsible (I'm assuming Sydney airport was at fault)."

優點: "Overall the flight met expectations for service, comfort and food."
缺點: "Variety of entertainment (or lack of), and the flight being continuously delayed. Even though the flight ended up departing just an hour later than initially scheduled, I would rather receive one notification for a 1-hour delay, than four notifications for 15-minute delays."

優點: "I have An excellent services from two of stewardess on the plane her names is Miyuke if m not mistaken short hair always smiles she is an asset made me comfortable and kiyeke if am not mistaken up hair she is always smiling and has nice conversation. They’re appreciated. Keep improving ANA, i’ll Change to choose anytime to visit Asia country. Thank you."

優點: "The flight attendents were very attentive. I started to havecan upset stomach on decent and the attendent checked in on me to see if I needed any help, she got me a botte of water and checked in on me again once we had fully landed. I really appreciated the concern and care they showed."

優點: "The extra inches were nice. Fairly comfortable seat. And the ice cream was a nice treat."
缺點: "I thought I would get a little more than a few extra inches in Economy Plus. Maybe an overnight packet (ear plugs, eye mask, toothbrush?) and/or a foot rest for the extra money, but it was literally only a few extra inches of space."

缺點: "Food was too smelly. Good quality, but airplane food cannot be smelly or it get really unpleasant inside the cabin. Flight attendant need to learn and practice English. Very difficult to understand."

優點: "I had a headache and I asked for getting aspirin to one flight attendant. Later on, I found out that many attendants were aware of my situation and kindly checked-in regularly if I was OK. Excellent hospitality no matter what kind of class your seat was!"

優點: "The problem is not that I missed the flight, as I am currently in my way to my destination. The issue was the poor support, I mean is ok I know I didn't make it, but I don't want to hwar what I already know, tell me what can be done... waited 7 hours for someone available... the phone at the counter is useless"

優點: "I could upgrade my seat from a regular economy seat to a premium economy seat about 24 hours in advance. The flight attendants were generally attentive and thanks to the kindness of my ajacent passenger to my left, I could sometimes go to restrooms."
缺點: "I usually take an aisle seat, but it was not available this time. Furthermore, my ajacent passenger to my right hand side had cold and often coughed and I myseld caught cold from him during this flight...."

優點: "I appreciated the fact that mostly everyone is bilingual there. It helped tremendously because I don't know Japanese."

缺點: "kayak should let you know when buying the ticket that the first portion of the flight codeshare with united express doesn't cover a second bag I called ANA they said i could bring two so I did but I was charged 100 dollars for it even though it was an international flight with ANA also united express shattered the outside of one of my checked bags so I paid 100 dollars to get a 50 dollar suitcase BROKEN UNITED won't respond to my inquiries. I am very disappointed."

缺點: "Flight attendants didn't speak English; no amenities provided (toothbrush, eye kit, etc.) like Etihad and Qatar provide in economy. There weren't a lot of meal options. There should be double the movies and music offered given that you can go through all of the offerings in one or two legs of a trip. I had four. BBC news didn't work on any leg of the trip and the Japanese news was in Japanese only, no English."

優點: "I liked the food and the personal television you get. You can play video games on it which was cool."
缺點: "The wifi cost $20 for the whole flight. Pretty expensive compared to other airlines!"
