今天12/27Br0076班機 出包，還說自願退票只退稅。 昨晚上臨時收到訊息，11/27班機改11/28班機回來，讓我們要在週日趕回台北的旅客，只好在晚上11點多，在買兩張不是長榮航空班機，趕回台北，結果ㄧ下台北，就接到訊息，班機BR0076做調動，改為原班機11/27下午3:50正常。 1、請問ㄧ下，昨晚上硬要我們乘客接收11/28班機回台北，沒有在多booking飯店要怎麼辦？要趕回台北的要怎麼辦？ 2、我們給旅行社辦的機票，在今天下午，打電話說，長榮已在改回11/27班機原時間回到台北， 3、很趕的已在昨晚半夜，只好趕著，在買2張不是長榮航空的機票，趕回台北。 4、確在台北接收訊息，以改回原日期原時段。 我們以趕回來的旅客，長榮告知旅行社，不能退費，因為以改回原班機。說只能自願退費，只退稅金。 說是長榮航空告知，兩顆球踢來踢去，沒有辦法全額退費。也沒人可以處理這些問題，妳們說爛不藍，我都快氣炸，很想告知媒體做報島，這樣的行爲對嗎？

very good flight, some snacks would have been nice, but it was good overall
缺點： "Everything was excellent. Left Bangkok on time and arrived slightly early but that’s good. Food was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly"
優點： "I used my miles to upgrade to Laurel so the experience was great! EVA is always a good airline so not really many complains"
缺點： "What could be better would be even more improvements to the cabin. The layout and decor feels a bit dated and the seat orientation and layout can also use some modernizing."

缺點： "* Failure at communication: At check-in we were told that they cannot route the luggage to the final destination (Shanghai). We will have to fetch the luggage from the luggage belt and check it in again at Chengdu airport from scratch. Also it was not possible to get the boarding pass for this flight online and select seats. This was brand new information for us. Nor China Southern, nor KLM nor Kayak did inform us about this at anytime. This never happened to us and if we knew in advance we would not have booked this connection (one in Amsterdam and one in Chengdu). Passengers need to be informed about this! Some people mentioned this is Chinese state policy, still not sure about this though. * Horrible transfer experience: In summary we were on ourselves, information was absent or just plain wrong by the ground staff at Chengdu airport. Which resultet in us queuing in 3 different lanes. Even in the first lane we queued, following official signs for transfer, the first staff told us we can queue here but then the lady at the counter (after 30min queueing) told us to go somewhere else instead. We had to wait in the rain to take a shuttle bus to another terminal. There we then queued at a China Southern counter, but it turned out to be incompatible with our ticket (booked with China Southern but operated by China Eastern - not communicated to us). Hence we queued yet again at a China Eastern counter which was eventually the correct one. Common to all this was the negative attitude of all staff which basically didn't care at all and were just incompetent. Note that this was not a language issue, as one of us is fluent in Chinese. * Once boarded the plane, which was 25% full, we were even disallowed to change seats due to "weight balance issue" (which seems to be just a joke given the weight of the airplane itself...). Note that the check-in agent explicitely told that because the plane is half-full we can just freely select an empty seat - yet another false information. * Conclusion: 1. Transparent information is they key for making a booking decision. 2. Do not fly via Chengdu airport. This will just ruin your trip. This airport is not ready to serve as international transfer spot."

缺點： "On our return flight, we arrived at the airport to the airline telling us that we were not allowed to board our flight because we didn’t have a visa for our layover. It had not been made clear by the agency that this was a requirement and so we never looked into it. We just assumed we would be able to stay in the airport for the duration of our layovers. We were forced to book and alternate and very expensive flight. Not pleased. Will not be using again."

Waited on the business class van for 30 minutes while everyone else went to board the plane which I found odd. Chengdu airport has 175 gates yet we still have to get on a van and board the plane on the tarmac which is odd. No wine in business class which I thought was odd too. Food wasn't god, but I am used to that."

缺點： "Bangkok passport control was extremely backed-up so many passengers were stuck there for a long time. China Eastern called for final boarding 5 minutes after boarding began, which created a panic! This made everyone run the long distance to the gate, to only find out that the plane was half empty upon boarding. We ended up departing late because of the aforementioned bottle neck but China Eastern should not have announced the final boarding call so soon."
缺點： "Our flight time was moved up by an hour, and we weren’t notified so needless to say we missed out flight and two night of hotel accommodations that were paid for and went unused as well as having to spend additional money to make new hotel accommodations."

That was not cool for those of us who did not bring laptops and downloaded all our movies and books to our phones. The plane was also freezing cold and the blankets were thin and small. No wifi that worked in Shanghai either for American service providers."
優點： "CE has B777 to/from JFK which are up to date and comfortable. The biz class is similar to all others, lie flat and more than enough entertainment. The flight attendants are fantastic, always willing to do what ever they can."
缺點： "Often you must deplane/board from the tarmac on connecting flights in PVG. Of course only an issue during in climate weather or if you have difficulty with steps. They are building another terminal so hopefully in a year or so all flights can board form the terminal."

缺點： "There was no way to select a seat and I was given a middle seat. This made for a very long flight since I usually prefer an aisle seat so I can get up and stretch my legs often. The person on the aisle was sleeping for most of the flight and I didn't want to disturb her so I could get out. I know the best seat assignments are probably given in order of check-in but I also wasn't allowed to check in online. Since my flight was delayed getting into LA, I was one of the last people checked in for the flight and that may be why I was given a middle seat. One other note about the flight... I was unable to hear the flight attendant making the announcements, so maybe something was said about needing to fill out an arrival card for the checkpoint. I assumed that since I was just connecting through and not actually staying in China, that I did not need this card. Needless to say, I didn't find out I needed this card until I waited in line and got to the checkpoint officer. It was not a huge problem for me since I had a lengthy layover in Shanghai, but if I had had a shorter layover, I could have missed my next flight because of this delay."
