缺點: "More comfortable seats and headphone jacks on the end of the arm rest (I kept knocking mine out when I moved in my seat)."

優點: "The seat is very comfotable. But on the fright from Japan to Bangkok very upset me and my husband. We sat seperated, but on the plane we saw 2 seats available, I asked woman crew that can we move to that seats. She went to talk with the guy who sat on the aisle seat. I heard he said he reserved"
缺點: "The seat beside him for his friend. And the crew said to me she so sorry I couldn't move to sit with my husband. But later no body beside him and he lay down 3 seats all the way. And the crew do nothing for us. We very dissapointed."

缺點: "Seat was tight and uncomfortable. Good was typical airplane food, adequate, not great."

缺點: "The main issue was getting off the plane in Sydney - we had to wait for a bus to offload us as the plane was sitting a long distance from the terminal. The bus eventually came, offloaded half the passengers and then returned 20 minutes later to start to offload the rest. It's the longest time I've ever spend disembarking from a plane and clearing an airport - very poor whoever was responsible (I'm assuming Sydney airport was at fault)."

優點: "One of my favorites airlines! Crew are nice and very helpful. I felt safe and enjoyed my long flight as always. My mom would not agree more. Thank you for your good service!"

缺點: "The place where we at, the aircon/ fan is not working, my husband and I tried but still not working, uncomfortable feeling for a long trip , prior to this we had a long walk to find our gate number because it's in the new building. Our plane delayed so we arrived late at Tokyo causing to missed our plane connection then the crew helped us( very accommodating) for our transfer from Narita international airport to Haneda International airport with Limo bus, 1 & 1/2 hour ride with our luggages and waited for 8 hrs to be on board in a different airline."

優點: "Had the katsudon and it was great, love the little tapas dishes they include with it."
缺點: "Would have loved to get a hot towel and slippers. 787 got quite cold when sitting in the middle section. Didn’t seem to have any way to control it."

優點: "On time. Flight attendants don't shy away from helping passengers put their carryons in the cabin compartments. They were there in a split seconf to assist you - ANA flight attendants only. Food was great in ANA airlines. Toilet is clean. Boardinh was orderly."

優點: "Attentive, very prompt when I indicated that there was condensation drip from the cabin roof. Vegan/vegetarian food was well prepared and staff were very knowledgeable with food choices and options."

缺點: "I'm still stuck in LAX"

優點: "Great legroom, intuitive design down to the details, amazing crew. What a showcase of what Japan has to offer"

優點: "nice.crew. actually able to book exit row.seat online. pre-check-in is great all you do at the airport is drop the bags .no long queues."

缺點: "Airport problems turned it into a very long flight. We circled around Fukuoka for and hour. We ended up landing in Nagasaki and used taxi to Fukuoka. Over all time to final destination is 6 hours late."

優點: "The crew were very kind and helpful, I was having a sore throats and asked for a candy if possible, the crew answered immediately yes and came back with throat candies that I exactly wished for."
缺點: "The flight was having pretty bad turbulence but there was no explanation from the pilot or anything. Also I also took the same flight on my way to Mexico from Tokyo about 10 days ago but there was better food and beverage sevice."

優點: "Ana crew always excelant This round was a little less sweet n outgoing than in used to. But still did there job well."

缺點: "Should make it clear to passengers ahead of time that flight departs from international terminal (terminal 1) at Shanghai airport (and also that flight is NOT out of Pudong airport, although we were aware of the latter fact ahead of time)."

優點: "My 96-yr-old father was given an airport wheelchair after we checked his own transport chair. He was wheeled through security and to the departure gate. We were advised they changed us to a bulkhead row w/an unoccupied seat adjacent to his. Twice during the flight one of the flight attendants came to tell him that she would help him off the plane so to wait for her after the rest of the passengers disembarked. The meal was very tasty.Chicken karaage was not crispy but I wouldn't expect it to be. The rest of the items were well seasoned with the right consistency. Dessert was a flan custard with passion fruit sauce (very Hawaii!), even including a few seeds from the fruit as garnish."

缺點: "The entertainment system was difficult to figure out and maneuver around and it seemed like the choices of movies were all sad."

缺點: "Although my partner and I bought our tickets together and booked them almost 9 months in advance, we were not seated together, which made the flight more difficult and uncomfortable."

缺點: "ANA partnered with United on this leg. Service was not even comparable to ANA. The economy cabin flight crew was detached and unattentive. The elderly man when serving meals just flops or slams your tray on your tray table. The attendants do not even clean the tiolets like the ANA attendants do. Such difference in service. I wish that ANA will notbpartner with United. It sure tarnishes their brand."

優點: "Great flight. Plenty of leg room in economy section. Attendants polite, helpful and made you feel like you their valued customer. Would fly ANA again when traveling their routes."

優點: "I could upgrade my seat from a regular economy seat to a premium economy seat about 24 hours in advance. The flight attendants were generally attentive and thanks to the kindness of my ajacent passenger to my left, I could sometimes go to restrooms."
缺點: "I usually take an aisle seat, but it was not available this time. Furthermore, my ajacent passenger to my right hand side had cold and often coughed and I myseld caught cold from him during this flight...."

缺點: "kayak should let you know when buying the ticket that the first portion of the flight codeshare with united express doesn't cover a second bag I called ANA they said i could bring two so I did but I was charged 100 dollars for it even though it was an international flight with ANA also united express shattered the outside of one of my checked bags so I paid 100 dollars to get a 50 dollar suitcase BROKEN UNITED won't respond to my inquiries. I am very disappointed."

缺點: "I don't like that I had to gate check my carry on because the overhead bins were too small but it wan't a big deal."

缺點: "ANA's food quality went down so much. Its basically as bad as united meals. Very sad."

優點: "Rather new plane; tight, hard, uncomfortable seat architecture. I'm 6 feet tall and 160 pounds -- probably about the 'ideal size' for design. Least comfortable long flight I've had in a very long time."
