They wouldnt listen to my requests to change flights until it was too late. JFK airport put out a notice at 7:30PM stating that they woukd be closed until 7am the next morning. However, i recieved an email from EVA airlines AND Kayak around 9 PM stating that my flight was on time... the airport was closed!! Terrible organization... overall a really bad experience."

Not too bad. 3 weeks before my vacation to Myanmar, China airlines moved my return connecting flight from Yangon to Taipei a day early, which meant I would need to cancel hotel reservations in Yangon and would be stranded in Taipei overnight. I called China Airlines and the only option was to move my 2nd flight a day early. No apologies or reason why my connecting flight was changed a day earlier."

In order for us to make a change they want $1700 each person, a total of $3400 to take the same flight two days later. The fee is the highest I have ever hear for the same flight class .. I will never ever use China Eastern again, they are taking advantage..I could actually buy a return ticket on another airline for cheaper than they want for a flight change."

We will have to fetch the luggage from the luggage belt and check it in again at Chengdu airport from scratch. Also it was not possible to get the boarding pass for this flight online and select seats. This was brand new information for us. Nor China Southern, nor KLM nor Kayak did inform us about this at anytime. This never happened to us and if we knew in advance we would not have booked this connection (one in Amsterdam and one in Chengdu). Passengers need to be informed about this! Some people mentioned this is Chinese state policy, still not sure about this though. * Horrible transfer experience: In summary we were on ourselves, information was absent or just plain wrong by the ground staff at Chengdu airport. Which resultet in us queuing in 3 different lanes. Even in the first lane we queued, following official signs for transfer, the first staff told us we can queue here but then the lady at the counter (after 30min queueing) told us to go somewhere else instead. We had to wait in the rain to take a shuttle bus to another terminal. There we then queued at a China Southern counter, but it turned out to be incompatible with our ticket (booked with China Southern but operated by China Eastern - not communicated to us). Hence we queued yet again at a China Eastern counter which was eventually the correct one. Common to all this was the negative attitude of all staff which basically didn't care at all and were just incompetent. Note that this was not a language issue, as one of us is fluent in Chinese. * Once boarded the plane, which was 25% full, we were even disallowed to change seats due to "weight balance issue" (which seems to be just a joke given the weight of the airplane itself...). Note that the check-in agent explicitely told that because the plane is half-full we can just freely select an empty seat - yet another false information. * Conclusion: 1. Transparent information is they key for making a booking decision. 2. Do not fly via Chengdu airport. This will just ruin your trip. This airport is not ready to serve as international transfer spot."

I got to the airport and was able to check in at the counter and they told me I wasn’t able to check in online because I had chosen my seats o line (and paid $15 extra to do so) but that that was not allowed on this flight. So it was a lot of worry and time wasted the day before departure, and money wasted on choosing seats."

China eastern agents at Delhi lied about the status of the connecting flight from Shanghai to SFO and made us start the journey knowing fully well that we will miss the connection. At Shanghai the agent and her manager were one of the most rude and incompetent folks I have come across - they took three hours to handle 50 passengers. And to top it the immigration folks were equally inefficient they took 3 hours to clear 40 ~ 50 folks for 24 hours transit visa. There were two agents and one supervisor. Do the math - 13 to 16 minutes per person. We stood in line for straight 6 hours. My wife had swollen feet for next few days. China may be great at manufacturing but service is surely not theie thing. Avoid Shanghai airport and China Eastern like the plague."

Luckily After a few minutes in line at the transfer desk, was allowed back on my original flight. However and unfortunately, it was due to another 2 hour delay. arrived Rome 815++ pm ISO 6pm."
缺點： "This ridiculous airline and it's rude, obnoxious staff in Chengdu made a mockery of my friend and I (two 21 year old American girls traveling alone). We had booked round trip tickets back in October 2017 that included a 1 hour layover in Chengdu first, then a 7 hour layover in Shanghai on our way to Bangkok for a trip in Thailand. That was fine with us. Then all of a sudden it changed to a 6 hour layover in Chengdu then an 18 HOUR layover in Shanghai. We decided to deal with it and get a hotel room in Shanghai, no big deal. After a great trip in Thailand and leaving fine from Bangkok to our first layover in Chengdu, that is where the nightmare started. First off, going through Chengdu customs, I don't know if it is because Americans do not travel through there a lot, but the officers pulled us aside and were passing around our American passports around their staff, taking pictures of them with Iphones before handing us "in-transit" paperwork to fill out. As weird as that was, no one really seemed to speak english and we just wanted to get away from them and get through. When we went to the check in counter, they handed me a boarding pass for our flight at 1:50 that afternoon, but then proceeded to tell my friend that she wasn't on a flight until the next morning at 7 am out of Chengdu and our original connecting flight out of Shanghai at 11:50 the next morning was now at 8 pm for her. What could have been simply fixed like it WAS after calling priceline and our travel agent, the staff at the ticket counter and a representative over the phone made our lives living hell. They barely spoke english and the ones that did were very rude to us, saying that they couldn't help us and put us on the phone with China Eastern. FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF we were on the phone with a representative who was talking us in circles, telling us that there were no available seats on the 1:50 and that he could get her on the next 3:45 out of Chengdu, then put us on hold to come back and say he couldn't only change 1 domestic flight in China, but would have to cancel her flight to NY. When offering to pay to just DO IT and get out of china, he said that if he were to cancel it and take our credit card info, it "may or may not go through" and if it didn't she would be stuck with no flights. When asked how that made any sense, he proceeds to say" Because miss, our system sucks," and other rude things like "Why can't you just keep your flight and meet your friend in NY." then him along with a rude ticket counter guy say that he could help us if we took 5,000 yuan out of the bank and paid them cash. TRYING TO SCAM US. After all this drama a simple call to priceline was able to fix the problem no payment involved, and there WERE available seats on all the flights and a domestic flight could be changed. LYING, SCAMMING, RUDE, individuals. Definitely worth a little more money to take any other airline BUT THIS ONE."

缺點： "There was NO FLIGHT! I purchased this package under the presumption that I would be FLYING from airport to airport until I reached NYC. A three and a half hour bus ride on a 30 plus year old bus without a toilet AND proper functioning heat was NEVER mentioned. Because if it was I would have demanded a a direct flight or a refund. I was utterly devastated after walking around from kiosk to kiosk, line after line, to finally get the news that the flight I was looking for didn’t exist. That I would have to leave the airport by bus, a ticket that I would have to purchase myself, on an hour ride trip to a bus station, where I would have to take another bus 3.5 hours away to another airport. I spent a good fifteen minutes on the phone discussing the matter with a China Eastern rep. “Why on earth would some book a travel plan like this?” He told me it was the agency’s fault and not theirs. That there was a direct flight from Phuket to Shanghai but they didn’t put me on it. He also told me if I wanted to get home I had to catch that bus. With no other options available he had the woman at the counter write down the information on a post it note in Chinese characters to show person at the bus info/ticket line. I leave the desk in search of this airport bus depot and make a stop to exchange my few remaining American dollars for Chinese dollars to pay for this bus that not only wasn’t mentioned, but wasn’t paid for either. Of course when I drag all my bags down to the bus line and present my note the people have no idea what I want. I proceed to be bounced back and forth between the bus line and a new information desk like a tennis ball for 15 minutes. One of the most humiliating and embarrassing experiences I’ve had in quite some time. All the while in my head knowing that the window for me to make this bus and to make this flight is closing quickly. I give up on the bus at this point and decide to try my luck at a cab because I’m sure by this time of there was a bus I definitely missed it. I go outside to find that there are NO marked taxis in the designated taxi area. Just a bunch of guys speaking broken English fighting to get me in their unmarked cars telling me they all know the best way to go. Out of pure desperation to get home and get out of this ridiculous predicament this agency put me in, against my better judgement, I got in a unmarked car with a complete stranger, in a foreign country, with no ability to communicate with him, with no cell phone service in case of an emergency, and trusted him to take me to my destination. I’ve seen horror movies with less red flags than this but thank God it worked out and he got me to the station 20 minutes before the bus took off. The nightmare was only half over because now I had to ride in a bus that looked like it would fall apart any minute. It was 20 degrees outside with snow on the ground and we rode for the first 30 minutes of the trip with no heat! I was freezing, my fingers were numb I had to"

缺點： "The check-in staff was overwhelmed! It took an hour and a half to get checked in, and due to website error messages i was Unable to check in online. After China Eastern canceling my original flight and spending hours and multiple phone calls to correct it, i was Guaranteed an asle seat. Only to arrive to my seat and see that i was stuck in the middle section. To make matters ever worse I was sandwiched between 1 overweight man that was spilling into my seat and another man how packed proper hygiene. His ordor was so pungent i almost Vomited and had to keep my face covered the entire flight."
優點： "Crew in our first flight was polite and was accommodative, they even went beyond the call of duty to share their meals when they got to know that our special meals requests have not got through to them."
缺點： "Contacting China eastern airlines customer service was very painful. Accent differences being the major contributor for the cause. China eastern website was giving errors out most of the times while we tried to make seat reservations. Ultimately, the seats we reserved online were not given to us for both of our return flights. Special meals ordered was also not provided to us, stating that we were supposed to reconfirm the meals selection once again during check-in time, which I something we have never done in the past with any of the airlines; I did that for my last flight and bingo - I got the special meals for that flight alone. Anyone asking for special meal - please note this point; it doesn't harm to reconfirm though it sounds like an unnecessary step. Shanghai airport has very limited options for vegetarians. Kimchi noodles, Kimchi cake and Bibimbap were the only good options if you are a vegan."

缺點： "Terrible customer service. The airline cancelled our flight and rebooked us for another flight that would miss our connecting flight. When contacted, we were told they would not assist us and we would be charged to adjust further. After endless back and forth on the phone we were rebooked for free BUT an additional 6 hours were added onto our trip. While aboard the flight our crew was very dismissive. When asked about food being served we were given multiple different answers. At first we believe this was due to a language barrier. Yet we found a stewardess who was fluent in English. When we (along with a couple behind us) asked her what is on this sandwich (we do not eat pork and the wife of the couple behind us has a seafood allergy) we were told, “don’t know what’s on the sandwich. Maybe chicken. Maybe fish. Have your husband try it and tell you”."

She didn't say anything to us until I asked if there was a problem. She explained what the problem was and said everything was ok., but never told us that our flight schedule was changed in Shanghai. We didn't realize until we arrived in Shanghai and they were rushing use to get to the boarding area. We were suppose to have a 10 hour layover. Airline moved our flight up to 10:45 am from 8:00pm. I am 67 years old. My body doesn't want to run anymore. Wasn't happy."
缺點： "During my check in, the counter officer told me that flight will delay due to weather condition but after it was delayed again no information given. Flight was delayed for almost 12 hours. When reaching Shanghai no flight available to go to Busan, have to take flight next day. Transfer counter officer told me that they will put me to Hotel and stay overnight at their own cost plus some pocket money to spend for dinner. Waiting time for bus 1 hour. Bus was too cramp with people and luggage. Upon checking in Hotel, no dinner and breakfast coupon provided. No cash money given for dinner. i don't have Chinese yuen so no dinner and Breakfast. Drink only mineral water provide by Hotel. Checking out time as early as 0400hrs for bas to pick up to Airport. My Flight time was 0920hrs. Mini Bas was also congested. 18 seater bas with 17 passanger and full of luggage with no luggage compartment.So just imagine what kind of rate do you want me to select."
缺點： "Our flight from Beijing to Shanghai was cancelled. We were notified about 8 hours before the flight was to depart, leaving us scrambling to fix the problem. We received no explanation for the cancellation of the flight. China Eastern and Flight Network did very little to help us. They wanted to rebook us on a flight 2 days later than the one that was cancelled. Originally, we were meant to arrive in Chicago Saturday morning, and the flight they planned to switch us to would not arrive until Monday night. Since we have jobs to keep, that wouldn't work for us. We tried to get a refund for the cancelled flight but couldn't seem to find anyone who would help us. We had to pay for a new flight on our own, costing us $1800."

I wish we were able to get off and find another flight from Changi Singapore( the BEST airport ever) as our connecting flight was going to be missed. We had a really terrible experience in Pu Dong Shanghai airport trying to find a new flight, being told to go to one service counter to another and just generally indifferent service from people at the airport. The airline made no attempts to help me find lodging for me and my 2 young children. There was no wifi I could connect to at the airport to check in with family or to find a hotel. I generally felt very uneasy and unsafe with 2 young children here. I would never choose to have a layover gain at Pudong Shanghai airport."

缺點： "The thing that was very stressful was not seeing one of our checked in luggage cases after spending a lot of time at immigration. Only did we get the trunk back after another frantic passenger had to flail his arms, run back and forth from the luggage area, and even confront the baggage personnel. At the end of it all, three trunks magically appeared. At the end of a flight, the last thing you need is lost luggage. I'm not sure if this would be in reflection of the airline or the airport but many people will appreciate this not happening anymore. The entertainment screen was hard to see and no headphones were given. The food was okay, but I felt I wasted a lot of it because it wasn't appetizing. The beef was cut with a lot of fat and the fish ball plate was cold and went practically untouched."

優點： "I was lucky enough to travel on the 777-300 new config business. Pyjamas to boot, never had those in biz class before. Hats off to China Eastern, exceeded my expectations and beat the competition. Gutted my flight is with Lufthansa from Shanghai to Frankfurt. Will definitely be looking to fly with them again. Can't comment on economy as didn't get chance to look around."

優點： "I was able to pick my seat( an aisle) at online check in and got one in the back. The 777 configuration around seat 70 has fewer seats across so there is a bit more of an aisle, one can then stand or stretch your legs during the long LAX to China flight. Flight attendants were helpful especially as several of us passengers smelled cigarette smoke. The attendant quickly searched but couldn't find the culprit. An announcement to not smoke as a reminder probably should have been made, though. On a previous China flight, different airline, a guy was caught smoking in the lavatory so I know it can happen."

I had to pick up my luggage going out the terminal then go to check in again. I am 82 years old. This is not easy and stressful to me. I asked the supervisor that he could not do any thing. My connecting flight ticket was also from CHINA EASTER AIRLINES. They say the connecting flight was not on the same ticket. However it is from the same airline. I made my flight with great effort. I had hard time to speak to the agent in checking in my flight to LA. THIS IS TOTALLY UNEXPECTED WHEN I PURCHASED THE TICKET. IF I KNEW, I WILL RECONSIDER TO PURCHASE THE TICKET. DO REQUEST YOU RECOGNIZED THE STRESS AND INCONVENIENT YOU PUT YOUR PASSENGER THRU."
優點： "I'm grateful we didn't crash or anything. It's not as costly as other airlines, but we learned it's worth it to pay more..."
缺點： "Every flight was significantly delayed (we had two flights to the destination and two flights back home, all via China Eastern.) One was so delayed we barely made our connection, and our luggage didn't make the connection at all. So, we spent nearly 2 days on vacation without our belongings. The return flight was so delayed that we did miss our connection, and had to spend the night in Shanghai. China Eastern's staff in Shanghai handled it VERY poorly. They were rude, refused to give us instruction, and we spent hours in the airport trying to figure out which bus to take and where we were actually going. Their exact words to one distraught couple seeking help were "That's not our problem." Service in general was average to poor. Food was average. There are no adult drinks available even for purchase, and they would have been nice to enjoy given the other stresses they caused on our vacation. Our seats were often damaged in one way or another. I was attracted to this airline for the reasonable rates, but do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for a more tolerable experience."

But the worst part were the delays in Shanghai, and lack of information from the airline about what to do. A 3 hour delay from London meant we missed our connection and had to stay overnight. Poor communication from the airline or airport employees resulted in a confusing and stressful 12 hours... A simple handout explaining how the free hotel thing worked would be very helpful. (The hotel they put us up at was actually pretty nice!) Despite the generally pleasant flight experience, we will be avoiding China Eastern and transiting in Shanghai in the future."

With a long haul trip like the one we took, it was a welcome relief. The planes are older but fine. I would fly with them again. Someone had a terrible review of Shanghai airport. There is an actual TON of stuff to do. The food we had was good for airport food, not Cat Cora, but not bad either. I had no issue accessing the WiFi or facebook. We also had no problem taking calls through the WiFi service WhatsAp.. I guess life is still what you make of it. Safe travels friends"

We arrived to Shanghai to find a frantic staff unwilling to give us much information aside from our new flight number, the following day, and that they would put us in a hotel. Hotel was a loose term. They herded all the people with missed connections onto a charter bus, drove us 20 minutes away from the airport to one of the most foul and grotesque sleeping arrangements I've ever seen. There were stains and mold everywhere. And the "bed" was a boxspring. The "breakfast buffet" in the morning had flies swarming around all of the food. It was a miserable experience."

Connecting thru Shianghai was horrible. You are treated like a criminal and ciphoned to this make shift waiting area only to not be told what is going on by the China Eastern reps. 50 shy Japanese were waiting for their boarding passes for the next flight for 30 plus minutes and not told anything. There were enough seats for 10 people with about 50 people sitting on the floor. Garbage. After I asked what was going on did the desk attendants woke up. Then it took 4 of them to get the printer working. Horrible and poor professionalism on their part. I would not recommend this as a non Chinese trying to transit thru."
缺點： "I had a bad experience to fly with China Eastern Airline. My flight on 04th Aug 2016 from Singapore to Shanghai was delayed for 03 hours. The flight number was MU544. Supposed to fly at 00.55am, but the flight was delayed until 3.30 am. Plus, I had to pay $60 for changing my name as the staff at Singapore Airport Said that my name didn't put in sequence. My name in the passport: Mai Thi Hien. But on the system was: Mai, Hien Thi. They said I had no choice if I didn't pay I can't take the flight. So, I had no choice to pay S$60 for changing the name in order to board the flight to Seoul. I have been with other flight before, but that kind of things never happened to me before. My husband had helped to book a flight before, instead of putting my real name, he put my English Name but nothing happened at that time. The staff of that airline was a good assistance they helped me to change the name without charges. Then, when I arrived the Shanghai airport. I had to wait to change the flight & went through immigration to checkout & waited to get the luggage & then check on the immigration again. All the procedure made me feel so frustrated. On 10th Aug 2016, I returned back to Singapore, then the flight was delayed again about 1hours & half. Luckily, they changed us to another airline: Asiana, which was a direct flight to Singapore. I was really disappointed about the China Eastern Service"

Strange phone policy, not letting you use your phone in airplane mode. Especially since in flight entertainment is boring and repetitive. Come into the 21st century and let us use our technology for entertainment."

My husband's flight was moved a day earlier leaving from Bangkok due to overbooking, so we called to have his flight upgraded but we couldn't reach anyone. We asked at the check-in counter for the airline to upgrade his flight but were told that we needed to call to do that. We did! But no one answered! The website was always down when trying to reserve seats. My husband and I were seated separately even though we checked in together on the last leg of flight from Shanghai to Bangkok and there were plenty of seats leftover that we could have been seated. The plane was not even full."

All CEA counters in the airport were in fact closed because it was 1am, and the best the phone hotline could do was verify my reservation but tell me that since all their employees had gone home there was no one in the airport they could reach. They suggested I “quickly look around” the airport to see if I might find a CEA employee to show the reservation to. I ended paying for what turned out to be a horribly dirty motel for the night. Will definitely be avoiding CEA in the future. Also, plane smelled like people were smoking on board."

Of course we missed our flight and the next one wasnt for 24hrs. They put us in a hotel that barely had heat after hours of waiting for answer on what the next step was. They constantly move flights so theres no assurance you would ever catch your connecting flight. If you're booking with them make sure you have at least 4 hrs to layover to avoid these issues."

優點： "China Eastern came in several hundred dollars less than the competition for our roundtrip international flights from NYC to Bangkok via Shanghai. Because of this, we were naturally a bit worried. China Eastern did not disappoint. Their check in process and boarding process is a bit lengthy; however, we boarded seamlessly and were able to be as comfortable as possible during our 15 hour flights. 3 meals were served in this time period, and a pillow and blanket and earphones were provided. There was never a long line for the toilets, and there was an ample selection of movies on the entertainment front. Overall, would use China Eastern again for our international travels to Asia."

缺點： "The whole process of making the line to check in was confusing and there were no signs. There were three lines that merged into one and it was chaotic to say the least. There were also similar flights one hour after the designated flight so we were even more confused as to which line to make! The gentleman that was "trying" to get everyone organized was very bad at it. He would hold up the wrong signs which lead me to another line and I got upset and approached him. He didn't want any confrontation so he put me in the front of the line which was okay but then there were also 30 other people that followed him as well and they got upset that I was the only one to be advanced (i was waiting for over an hour to check in at this point). There was no organization when boarding either. No one was advised to board so people started asking ten minutes after the designated time and were told to go downstairs. Wow."
缺點： "despite checking in online i had to wait 1 hr to check in my bags, then another 50 minutes for TSA screening and immigration. Inalmost missed my flight Osaka - Shanghai when I was transiting in Shanghai, waiting for my flight to AMS had to clear immigration (why?) and go through another TSA screen, items that were allowed onboard in Osaka were refused on a second screening.when i asked to break the items that were confiscated (my cigarette lighter being the most egregious) the little apparatchik took my boarding pass and said if I wanted to do so I could do so back in the terminal and rejoin the line (in which I had already just waited for 40 minutes) compare this with the politeness of the Japanese experience, and you realize how much the surliness, aggressiveness , corruption and general thieving tendencies of government officials makes us despise PRC officials"
缺點： "CE flight from Phuket to Shanghai was delayed by two hours. Due to that delay we missed the China Eastern Flt to ORD. IT Became very confusing CE then got us vouchers for UAL. UAL counter Staff then said that CE did not follow correct procedures for completing vouchers and could not issue a boarding pass to us us yet. UAL had been attempting to contact CE but not responding. Ultimately we were able to board the UAL flight. Nice surprise was that UAL upgrades to Econ plus - where we had more legroom and could sleep!! Thanks UAL!"

優點： "Always dependable. I witnessed staff working hard to help people get on flights that were overbooked due to spring break."
缺點： "One of the worst airlines. I'm never gonna take it again"
缺點： "Terrible service. No one understands or even cares about customer service. Almost always delayed and good likelihood of being cancelled with no accommodation arrangements. Food is hard to eat and most often starting to rot. Just a bad, bad airline."
優點： "The flight movies."
缺點： "They wouldn't allow me on my flight from Shanghai to Bangkok because they said that the gate had closed an hour and a half before the flight was set to depart. Then they didn't tell us that that would cancel the rest of the flights for the trip so I was stranded in Bangkok for an additional two days and I missed my flight back to New York and I had to buy a new ticket. I also had flights to Hawaii that I was not able to use and I was only able to get reimbursed for one of those tickets. It was an awful, horrible experience."

缺點： "Boarding process is a free-for-all for line up and delays at the terminal for late boarding were never explained."
優點： "The food was great."
缺點： "The Krabi airport did not let us fly with our climbing rope and tried to have us throw it away, although there were no signs posted that we could not fly with the rope, and we had flown from Japan to China and then China to Japan on the same carrier with it. They eventually forced us to check the bag but did not allow it to be checked all the way through to destination, and did not print us boarding passes all the way through to our next destination either. As Americans we did not have visas for China and had to go through a lengthy and challenging process in the Shanghai to retrieve our bag and go through customs multiple times."
優點： "Service overall was good but the experience was lacking in some areas. The seating was fine but entertainment selection was really limited. The wifi didn't really work or was so slow you couldn't open anything. Meal selections and snacks were just ok. There was really nothing on the menus that were spectacular. Headphones and things like that were cheap and not really any better then economy. Lay flat was what was important to me and the price was really good but knowing now what I know would pay more for a better carrier with better business class amenities."

缺點： "The booking counter in KBV couldn't check me in for my connecting flight in Shanghai. This required me to wait in a number of lines in Shanghai, get a temporary visa, pick up my luggage, check in again and repeat immigration and security-early in the morning with a flight to catch. Also, I tried to speed thing up by attempting to use the Priority check-in, thinking that my hurried situation would be enough to convince the counterperson to help me. NOPE. Even though there was zero line, he refused to help and treated my like a peasant. I've never been treated that way at an airport before. Extremely rude and frustrating for us. Oh, and then on the flight back to Tokyo, there was a fight between two men in the aisle. I'm not kidding. I will never fly this airline again. It was cheap. And I should have known better."
優點： "The food was edible"
缺點： "After boarding they made us sit in the airplane for three hours before taking off for unnaounced reasons. They were very unhelpful with questions or concerns of the passengers, and would not let us get off the plane (where a much more comfortable waiting area was). It was 2 in the morning, which made it worse, and I missed my connecting flight as a result. The airplane seats did not recline."

缺點： "Dropped us on the runway and had to take the bus to get to the terminal. This was an issue as I only had 1.5 hr to connect to my international flight. Probably nothing they could have done, but still irksome."
優點： "I liked the price of the flight. You can't beat it. Check in went fairly smoothly."
缺點： "It's difficult to get ahold of anyone when you call and if you aren't 3-4 hours early, forget getting anything but a middle seat. The boarding could have been a little more organized. There was no entertainment on the flight from Phuket to Shanghai."
優點： "Basic airline and service was decent."

優點： "Very clean, prompt food service, kind and quick staff. Very happy with my flight!! Looking forward to booking China Eastern again :)"
