缺點: "Crew was not helpful at all, didn’t even bother to come when asked for help"

缺點: "The flight was 2 hours late from Karachi to Turkey and again 2 hours late from Turkey to Houston.The plane was super crowded, the seat was very uncomfortable. Turkish airlines need to reduce their ticket prices because they provide poor services to their passengers."

優點: "Everything with the airline was just fine. I’m overall very happy with the flight."
缺點: "The only thing that really made the flight not so pleasant were the really bad smelling passengers on board. People, please, take a shower before boarding on a passenger flight."

缺點: "Once I asked the air hostess for a sandwich, i was really hungry, she said she would have to walk to back of plane and they would be serving food in 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I went back to ask for a sandwich and handed me a tray of meal and said to eat this."

優點: "They give me windows seat. Problem give Aaisle seat to handicap. Old man can’t move nowhere’s ever time I like go bathroom waited someone help him crews members are rude I requested it’s hard. Nobody care my priority 30 min waiting then I use restroom. Disappointed Los Angeles to Istanbul uncomfortable journey"

優點: "This flight on an A330 had big touch screens which worked well. Seats were spaced apart with good room and were fairly comfortable. Nice, friendly crew."

優點: "Sleeping accommodations, storage, crew attentiveness in business class was outstanding. 5he business lounge in Istanbul was the best ever. Great airline."

缺點: "I picked a window seat very early on through a phone call to a Turkish Airline agent in the USA, but when I checked in online, the seat assigned to me was gone and I was put in a middle seat while there were many other seats available. This erasure of the record and random seat assignment nullify the effort on the part of the passenger (making a call is not a trivial act these days because of the long waits) and generate uncertainty in the minds of the travellers. Hope you can improve on this point. That will make an even better impression on the passengers."

缺點: "After bus arrived at steps kept on it 20 mins. 2 more buses arrived in this time. Still wait. Then let out all at once. Massive queues to board. Poeple not dressed for this. Poor babies crying Maybe 15 mins waiting in 2am cold on tarmac."

優點: "From beginning to end - it was a great flight. Food was exceptional as well as service."

缺點: "Customer service was very poor while we were struggling to get back to the US while the hurricane was coming to FL. We tried twice to fly home earlier because we knew the flights were going to get cancelled but the airlines wanted to charge us $1500 for that. So when the time came and the flights got cancelled they were trying to adjust the flights and we got stranded away from our kids. Overall it was not a great experience as far as their customer service and we were not happy with how they chose to handle things."

優點: "I made it home a few minutes early. The flight attendants. The inflight bathroom was clean. The dinner rolls were warm."
缺點: "The airport felt like 95 degrees. There was no elevator to carry luggage and my cat downstairs. Everything had to be hand carried, two large bags, a carry-on and my handbag and my cat. I was kept waiting many times without explanation. The carpet in the plane was soaking wet...when you step on it you could feel liquid splash up on your feet. the airplane was quite warm. The seat would not stay upright. The children behind me kicked my seat the entire 11.5 hour flight. The monitor to watch TV also would not stay upright. The solitaire game would never load. The airport crew had conflicting instructions. My checked bags were damaged and bungee cords were missing. I was not alerted before boarding that my computer, tablet and camera would be confiscated until my ATL destination and therefore they were not properly padded for flight. A long time to disembark the plane...The attendant had to call and ask where the connector was to let us leave."

優點: "Slippers provided, many passengers used these (which is much preferable to feet out on the plane). Enternainment included a good number of recent releases, and food consistently exceeded expectations. Staff was pleasant and accommodating."
缺點: "Consistent line for the bathroom, very little lights off time to sleep (I was unable to sleep on the flight), standard small child kicking the back of my seat and yelling."

優點: "I used the prime lounge in Istanbul and when it was time to go, I was able to practically walk on the plane without any wait. The seats were comfy and didn't have a ton of legroom but it wasn't bad. The staff we're friendly and helpful. The in-flight entertainment had a pretty impressive selection and had one of the best-designed interfaces I've seen so far (and I've ridden a variety of airlines). Last and most important, the food was hands down the BEST I've had on a plane. Turkish is killing it, they're my new go-to airline!"

缺點: "My new iphone was stolen off the plane. I have complained to the turkish airline people. They tell me fill out feed back forms. I did no response yet. I want to be compensated for my stolen phone"

缺點: "Lack of leg room; lack of air flow during entire flight and seats could adjust their own."

優點: "It was a 12 or 13 hour flight and except for sitting too much we were never uncomfortable. The service level made me think we were back in the 80's. Hot towels, attentive service, tons of food and free drinks. There was actually one meal that we would have eaten even if it wasn't on a plane. They gave out full size blankets and pretty fluffy pillows. (I bring our own anymore, because you never know if you will get one on most airlines, and if you do they're usually useless). Their entertainment system was amazing. We caught up on all the recently released movies that we've wanted to see for FREE! If only Netflix had this quality of movie offerings. They had fresh flowers in the huge bathrooms. It's that type of attention to detail you just really don't see anymore."

缺點: "With the high level of noise, I prefer movies with subtitles/CC. There were only a handful of such movies on the flight. Seats a bit too cramped and become unbearable when the front seat leans back.. Suggestion: have a hole section (i.e., center section, between isles) with seats that do NOT lean back."

優點: "I loved being able to stay in Istanbul for a while. We had a great time during the layover, and the flight was incredible. The entertainment was top notch, and the food was as well. They had delicious olives and cheese on most meals, and the hot food had great use of tomatoes and umami to add taste to the meals. It has been a great experience traveling on Turkish Airlines, and I would suggest it for everyone."

優點: "Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport"

缺點: "Flight was delayed 2 hours due to bad weather. Additional baggage payment to Air Baltic did not show up on the KLM system and we had to pay again. Nowhere to address this with Air Baltic even in Tallin. Handlers seem uninterested and refer us to ‘the website to address the issue.....’"

優點: "The attention and service!! Excellent. It was my birthday and KLM the head purser surprised me with 2 bottles of bubbles and a handwritten birthday card KlM and the crew of this flight thank you very much !"

優點: "We were fed a nice pasta meal and offered drinks twice. They also gave a muffin for desert. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive with cheerful smiles. I wish every airline had service this good!"

優點: "expedited check in with nice staff. Security staff were pleasant, and the entire check in process for everything was easy"

缺點: "Delay can occur sometimes but it wiuld be better to be explained its reason and the estimated time for boarding. The customer service at CDG airport was the worst ever and all people standing boarding desk were useless without any mind what they are doing."

優點: "crew were absolutely delightful, full of smiles and doing everything to make you comfortable. seats were fine enough and got some work done and a bit of sleep. first lunch was fresh and tasty, but the second, a burger, was edible, but not much more."
缺點: "tv screens are dated so movies are not as crisp as you find in newer planes. you need a 2 prong audio adapter to use your own headphones."

缺點: "Inexplicably, our preassigned seats were changed at checkin and we were put in bulkhead. This particular Boeing aircraft is pretty poorly designed. Especially the bulkhead in premium economy."

優點: "Booked extra room seat which gave me good room for seating"

缺點: "The food was terrible, wifi was extremely expensive (Delta had free messaging over their wifi)"

缺點: "The 767 is configured oddly and th business class seats are so narrow it feel like you are sleeping in a coffin"

優點: "Flight was lovely, crew were friendly and very helpful and food was delicious!! We travelled with assistance for mum and it was excellent and we were kept updated all through the flight."

缺點: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

優點: "The flight was very good, specially considering it was a daylight one. Staff was friendly and servicial. Tue food was above the industry's average."

優點: "Thankful for coffee being served without charge. Not all airlines do that."

缺點: "The fact that there are different airline carriers for one flight is hard. In my second flight they made me check a bag which was considered a carry on during my first flight"

缺點: "The crew on the Lagos Amsterdam route (in economy) are particularly unfriendly and brusque. This is my experience each time i fly this route in economy"

缺點: "Having to pay extra to pick a seat prior to check-in. I didn't, and got a decent seat anyway."

優點: "10 hour flight - I was well looked after, regular drinks, the food and snacks were good enough and tasty. The in flight entertainment was good - latest movies and worked a great variety of tv, books and movies. The airplane was modern and comfortable"
