優點： Crew was helpful and food was very good
缺點： There was no entertainment on the flight from Vancouver to Amsterdam and this on top of a two hour delay in taking off which led us to have to literally run to our gate in Amsterdam to make the connection to Mumbai
優點： The seating arrangements and baggage drop off were excellent, staff at check ins both sides were so helpful, especially at Heathrow airport, the young Asian man couldn't do enough for us, well pleased.
缺點： Unfortunately we experienced a drop in standards when on board the first return flight , my daughter is autistic and would only have vegetarian meals, I made sure I requested this online well in advance, when I asked for vegetarian meal the flight attenda abruptly said that's all we have.
優點： well mannered and attentive crew - good supply of complimentary food/drink - good over all comfort
缺點： boarding was running very far behind - considering this is mainly a hub operations carrier - resulted in several passengers missing their connecting flights -
優點： The seat was comfortable, the crew were good and supportive but seemed a bit too busy when called upon. Especially with travelling with twins, I had a bit of trouble getting their attention for my own meals as when serving was done I was feeding the kids.
缺點： Give more attention to travellers with infants as they really need your support. Had twins and whenever meals were served, I couldn’t take them but whenever I buzzed, was asked to wait but then nothing came through. At the end of the flight, I had missed all my meals, no hot water for kids milk
優點： Nothing at all, whole experience was incredibly stressful
缺點： The transfer was awful. Long line for the frankly bizarre security check despite never leaving the terminal, incredibly rude staff at Frankfurt airport, all wearing may we help badges, so kind of answered their own question. Check in staff once we had sprinted th length of the terminal very rude
