優點： Scoot Business is excellent value for money. 35 seats at the front of a Dreamliner with comfortable seats and some recline. The flight took off on time and landed in Sydney on time. I will go again.
缺點： Not much really. It does not compare with Business on the national carriers but at half the price what do you expect?
優點： Quick flight Chairs OK Food good and unexpected as the flight was only 2 hours.
缺點： Entertainment system is one that you need a smart phone or tablet to use. You connect to the in-flight server and watch stuff on your phone. This is good in theory (if you have a device to do it and enough battery) but I didn't see anyone doing it as no-one was told about it. The info is hidden in a leaflet in the front of the chair.
優點： The price and availability was a plus. Food and drinks was too. No personal entertainment....short flight anyways. If leaving or arriving from HKG, you will be taking the shuttle on the Tarmack, so you maybe out in the weather for a few. Clean and friendly. Would fly again.
缺點： They rescheduled my return flight a few hours earlier, but offered no compensation....also it was about 30 minutes late. So what was the point in making the flight earlier?
優點： We were connecting and the connecting flight was late and the CSR held the plane just for us.
缺點： Once on board the crew was horrible. Because of the problem, some other groups of people decided to take our seats to spread out. So I just took the seats immediately available to us that were open. The flight attendant decided to check our boarding pass to see if we were in the right seat, and of course we were not (because the other people decided to take our seats as we were the last to board). I figured this was just fine. We even paid extra for the assigned seats but for the sake of getting the flight going due to our tight connection, we took the nearest available seats. Unfortunately, a group of 6 people had to take 5 minutes to rearrange the seats because the flight attendant "insisted" we take the seats on our boarding pass. It would have been much easier if the crew would have just let us take the seats that were available instead of trying to rearrange the other group.
