優點： Despite the late arrival of the inbound aircraft, the bus boarding was efficient and we were ready to go fairly swiftly. The seats were quite comfortable for a short flight, it was a visibility newish B737-800 aircraft. The food was bland and flavourless, but they did serve fruit and Haagen Dazs
缺點： Again the food was basic apart from the ice cream. The entertainment came in the form of pop down screens that just played a Chinese drama. The single most frustrating thing about flying any Chinese airline though is the blanket ban on all mobile phones during the flight, even in flight mode. A imbisilic and embarrassingly outdated rule that is clearly one of the many achievements of the CCP. Wake up and join the rest of the world!
優點： Not sure if I have much trust in the crew. Most of the female crew would walk past passengers who had their seats reclined or in the toilets and other situations and wouldn’t notice (during take off and landing) and the guy would come past later and do her job for them. Ground staff in Bangkok
缺點： despite checking in online i had to wait 1 hr to check in my bags, then another 50 minutes for TSA screening and immigration. Inalmost missed my flight Osaka - Shanghai when I was transiting in Shanghai, waiting for my flight to AMS had to clear immigration (why?) and go through another TSA screen, items that were allowed onboard in Osaka were refused on a second screening.when i asked to break the items that were confiscated (my cigarette lighter being the most egregious) the little apparatchik took my boarding pass and said if I wanted to do so I could do so back in the terminal and rejoin the line (in which I had already just waited for 40 minutes) compare this with the politeness of the Japanese experience, and you realize how much the surliness, aggressiveness , corruption and general thieving tendencies of government officials makes us despise PRC officials
缺點： If there are empty first row seats, with extra leg room, I don't see why you couldn't let people use them just because they didn't pay the extra $100. It's absurd that once we are 40 thousand feet in the air you would enforce keeping those seats empty instead of increasing the happiness/comfort level of at least some people aboard. Also the food quality should improve.
