優點: "We were told by terminal staff in Istanbul that the fkught was on Turkish Airlines.We waited in line at the first ticket counter and then we were sent to a second ticket counter where we waited in line again. We were sent to a 3rd counter where the Supervisor was chatting with a lady for 20 minutes. When we reached the counter we were told it was too late to board and we had missed our flight even though there were still 35 minutes to flight time. Turkish Airlines staff would not help us any further and we had to go purchase another ticket."

優點: "We arrived in Athens eventually"
缺點: "People were made to wait outside in the cold airport bus for half an hour. The ground crew gave no explanation for the delay. After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Supposedly the pilot was sick, but there was no communication at all from the airline about the cause of the delay or how long it would last."

優點: "Food"
缺點: "Plane is old, seats are economy in business class. Dont fly business no need tonpay extra"

缺點: "Missed this flight due a layover and had to wait in the airport overnight."

缺點: "The airport in Turkey had no a/c it was sweltering and packed. It smelled to high hell. Boarding was crazy with people shoving and pushing and cutting each other to get throug"

優點: "Entertainment and food was decent."
缺點: "Delayed and baggage claim took over 45mins."

缺點: "I like the food and the service."

缺點: "Didn't happen. My first leg to Athens was canceled which created a humongous headache since it ended up canceling my return flights. Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

優點: "In flight entertainment and snack even for a short 1 hr flight"
缺點: "Chaotic boarding process - seating assignments changed for lots of people last minute with no explanation"

優點: "there was only single screen entertainment every four rows or so. Nothing interesting."
缺點: "There was no USB ports to keep a phone charged. There was no power outlets between seats to keep a phone charged."

缺點: "Last minute gate assigned and then changed"

優點: "-Boarding was easy - The crew was very friendly and helpful"
缺點: "- The leg spacing was not sufficient - The sandwich served was average"

缺點: "Flight to Istanbul was fine. The flight back was a terrible experience! During our connecting flight in Athens our boarding passes wouldn't print at the self service computers and there was no one to help us so we had to go back out to the front desk. The airline representative was extremely rude. There was 5 employees standing around the computer with NO customers and when we asked if this was Turkish Airlines and if they could help, the woman (manager) responded "this WAS Turkish Airlines" as if they were done helping customers for the day (it was 9AM and our flight was leaving in 45 min). We explained that we couldn't print our passes and she ROLLED her eyes as if it was an inconvenience to help us. THEN on our flight from Istanbul to Chicago, a passenger died an hour into the flight and they placed the body on the seats behind us for over 10 hours! Nobody even told us what happened! We didn't know if they died from natural causes or if it was something else! They didn't offer to seat us somewhere else or even inform us they were placing the body there. We were completely shocked and uncomfortable the whole flight home. We couldn't eat or sleep. We're completely disgusted and scarred from this overall experience."

優點: "We received edit seats so we had more room which made the quick flight more comfortable."

優點: "Very impressed! So impressed that actually called home to tell others to make sure they booked through Turkish airline for their travel next month!"

優點: "Finally got a vegan sandwich that saved my life after the 13 hour flight before this one!"

優點: "In flight entertainment is great! Good selection of movies, nice screens."
缺點: "No vents at seats on Airbus 300, AC was set at high temp so I was frequently way to warm to be comfortable. This is on both our main flight to Istanbul and our short transfer to Athens. Drink service did not start until 2 1/2 hours into flight. You get what you pay for I suppose. Still 10.5 on a hot plane!!! I usually need a jacket. Food was ...awful."

優點: "The airline crew excelent"

缺點: "Original flight was delayed and this was the next flight had to wait 6 hours"

缺點: "Cabin crew in business class were not especially friendly and was really lazy during the welcome drink service. They did not even ask each passenger and greeted them to see if they want anything. Instead, they just held the tray of welcome drink and walked around the cabin once, then poured all the unconsumed welcome drinks into the bathroom. Service after take off was abysmal as well. No smile, no addressing passenger by name, all the service was done in a rush and a totally weird manner. The food is not very much to my liking since it heavily consisted of cheese, and there is literally no choice for you to get away with that. Having a traditional Turkish menu is great at one hand, but in this case it was a huge no-no."

優點: "THis reflect in particular the flight from Boston to Instanbul, a long flight. I could see any movie (great selection) and had two full meals as well nice staff. I appreciate this in particular that many airlines cut on these cost/ anemities. Thank you"
缺點: "Not much!!"

缺點: "We were sent into the boarding tunnel before the plane was ready and ended up waiting 5-10 minutes in really hot weather."

優點: "The food and amenities were alright."
缺點: "It left late, the plane lost my friend's luggage for a day."

優點: "The entertainment options were great."
缺點: "The first delay during my trip was due to an emergency but my layover was delayed again. I'm not sure if this is an outlier event or if this is a pattern."

優點: "Staff was courteous and wore smiles..."
缺點: "The food could have been better..."

優點: "Having every single person I spoke with pass me on to another party. Apparently customer complaints is really no one's job. They're extremely motivated to have you find someone else to correct your problem. Rest assured it is "your problem" I was told quite explicitly that my missed connection flight and lost luggage was not their problem."
缺點: "They lost my luggage. Couldn't even tell me when my bag was checked despite the scan tag they attached to my boarding pass when they weighed it and checked it in back in New York. They legitimately had no idea if my bag ever left the United States. It took 3 days to locate my baggage while I was trying to celebrate my anniversary with my wife in Athens. being without your luggage for half a week in a foreign country is not even remotely fun. I had to wait around missing tours and reservations trying to find our luggage most of our first 48 hours in Greece. After giving up on getting our stuff we had to waste a chunk of time shopping to replace our clothing and toiletries. Despite having purchased the travel insurance I'm still fighting a month after our trip ended to be reimbursed for the clothes we had to buy just to begin our vacation. Again they continue to stonewall by transferring our complaint calls endlessly and forwarding our emails with "new" case numbers each time. Basically what this accomplishes is they can't ever find the case number they updated it to and insist that the prior case number is listed as resolved. Since they say it's resolved there is nothing anyone can do to help. Not sure if I'll ever get any satisfaction out of this debacle."

缺點: "Boarding was devoid of any announcements or organization, and was just a gaggle of people shuffling towards a gate."

優點: "At least one crew member made an effort to help."
缺點: "We ordered regular vegetarian food without any meat, fish or poultry. We had reserved it at least 2 weeks in advance. Again reminded them at the time of ticketing. Agent went to some one, there was some nodding of heads and we were told to tell crew member in advance. We did it in a written request to head crew. When time came other crew member served us completely ignorant of our request. We were served flash of some animal. We did not want to make a scene but people around were were also bothered. We came out hungry at the other end"

優點: "If one puts seats in relaxed position, other travelers complain so why have the option of putting seat in relaxed position"

優點: "Friendly crew. They even offered complimentary hot food on our 1 hour flight"

優點: "All good"

缺點: "Old plane. Boarding was not so nice."

缺點: "They had to reset the entertainment system multiple times"

優點: "The food- did they have a chef on board?!!"
缺點: "The boarding to the US wasn't fun. 1) the men had to go first and then the women... culture shock. And then 2) double screening for everyone because of trump's travel policies."

優點: "Very Nice"

缺點: "Flight left late, bathroom was very dirty, and for some reason everyone around me got a meal, but I did not! I usually really like flying with Turkish, but this flight was disappointing."

優點: "Clean airplane, food was better than the typical "pasta or chicken""
缺點: "Entire group waited to board at makeshift gate. No place to sit and minimal climate control. No word from the airline about when we would board or what was causing the delay. Very poor communication from Turkish Airlines overall."

優點: "All was great as mentioned earlier."

優點: "AS AN AIRLINE IWILL NEVER FLY AGAIN BECAUSE INSTEAD OF 5.5 HRS FROM STW TO ATH MY TRIP LASTED 14.5 HRS.THE CREW ON BOTH AIR PLANES EXCELLENT"

優點: "Again, people were nice, food was good, and entertainment was still good."
缺點: "Boarding was unorganized"

優點: "Low prices & generally good service and entertainment"
缺點: "In contrast to my trip from SFO, this was a delight. They use Airbus A330s, which are huge and very comfortable. The food was pretty good and the service quite warm. The boarding was again late --it is becoming a theme with this airline and of course, we were late taking off and arriving,"

優點: "Lots of leg room"
缺點: "there was no entertainment no pillows no blanket inside of the plane was kind of cold and the flight attendants were quite indifferent to your needs I couldnt lower the number of stars but I give it 1 star all around!!"
