優點: "The crew was good, not much as it was a red eye, but they were friendly and helpful"

缺點: "耳機聲音轉小,但是機內廣播超大聲,透過耳機都覺得耳朵快爆掉,又不能調整,代表機內廣播音量和電影音量設定不對。 派餐太慢,我們水果餐先取得,但跳過我們沒有給飲料。 入境單要2張(我和同伴),只給1張,說晚點給,但是後面座位的人卻有取得,又一直沒有送來,再要求後,才告知已經派送完畢,要我們落地再寫。"

缺點: "Chose emergency exit on Cathay 777-300. Terrible.. was squished like a sardine! And I was in window seat... was not even able to eat! Worst economy class I have been in years!!! Never again...."

缺點: "I checked in online, printed the boarding passes as I know japan probably isn’t ready for phone apps for checking in. When I went to the counter, despite being the one holding all the documents (and having organized the whole travel itinerary, the staff only spoke to my husband (Whi hadn’t a clue about the journey) in Japanese. They proceeded to check us in on their computer and insisted that we use their paperwork, not mine. What a farce. What a waste of paper and my time."

優點: "Boeing 777 had an upgrade on the video display software, making for a more manageable video experience. It's easier to navigate because of the ability to close screens and go back to the screen you were on, rather than having to start over each time."
缺點: "I received a polite e-mail and a text message an hour or two later indicating that my flight from Taipei to HongKong had been delayed. It took a login to the Cathay Pacific web site to figure out that with the rescheduled time, I would miss my connecting flight from HongKong to Boston if I didn't change anything. I managed to sort it out, though it took using my cell phone to place an international call to the HongKong Cathay Pacific office to get me on an earlier flight. I don't think this is an acceptable level of service -- had I not had WiFi access or an international capable cell phone, I would have been stranded in Taipei or HongKong an extra day. I think CP could have done more to notify and help remediate the situation knowing the implication of the rescheduled flight. Food also remains mediocre, though slightly better."

缺點: "The only problem is if you need to go in the first flight at 6am to Hong-Kong.... they will only open the check in at 4:30 and usually you find a big waiting line. You won’t have time to do anything stead check in, go directly to inspection, after to migration to finally go straight ahead to the gate to hopefully have time to enter in the flight... to tide"

優點: "I flew from NY to Phuket via Cathay Pacific which is a 22 hr flight! The crew was pleasant and friendly and took excellent care of my family and I. I would fly with them again anytime."

缺點: "We had 1.5 hour delay and when we reached Vancouver airport the car rentals were close and we have to wait 3 more hour till 5:30 Am till they open. We are not happy at all"

優點: "The friendliness of the crew, noticed I woke up and served me breakfast with only 45 mins till landing.. The flight was delayed and the airline had arranged for an escort to quickly get me to my next flight without even asking"

缺點: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

優點: "The flight AMS to MEX was smooth, very helpful personnel on board, we enjoyed a bit more space and the seat seemed a bit more comfortable."
缺點: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

優點: "Seat 39A did not recline. The gentleman next to me spread his arms out a bit as he typed on his computer the entire way. So I did not get ANY sleep. Plus he got up at least four times."

缺點: "The plane wasn't refueled and so was not ready for take off once the passengers were loaded. The plane had a technical problem when it tried the first take off and so it had to be abandoned. This was alarming.."

缺點: "It was announced I can choose between fish and chicken meal but when I requested for fish meal, I was told it’s finished. My seat was 21, and it surprised me. If something can be changed about that then your services would be much appreciated. Thank you."

缺點: "una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

優點: "From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew."
缺點: "The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!"

缺點: "They didn’t let us board the plane. Allegedly the plane was changed and make us travel by train!! They offered us a compensation but we haven’t heard from them yet. Not good experience at all."

缺點: "Flight delayed by one hour which meant I missed by train at Southampton by 10 minutes and subsequent bus connect home. Next bus would have been 2 hours later so 45 minute walk home from train station. Didn't bother with food offering, put off by that supplied from Hannover to Schiphol."

缺點: "Why do the crew have to slam the overhead and catering compartments to get them to shut?"

缺點: "They can not retire these old Boeing 747's soon enough. Due to mechanical problems, our flight arrived at LAXfour and a half hours late and further problems with the cargo door caused an additional one hour delay of our take off."

優點: "Friendliest economy class service I've ever encountered."

優點: "The crew were very friendly and accomodating, plane was clean and boarding amd disembarking was efficiently handled."
