缺點： Late taking off. Sat 30 minutes at Beijing airport waiting to park, then waited 15 minutes for a bus transfer to the terminal build. Only one bus so deplaned at the speed of the slowest passenger. 10 min bus journey to the terminal building. Missed my flight to the UK. I recommend you use an airline that pays for an air bridge and can coordinate the ground staff to be ready for the planes arrival!
缺點： despite checking in online i had to wait 1 hr to check in my bags, then another 50 minutes for TSA screening and immigration. Inalmost missed my flight Osaka - Shanghai when I was transiting in Shanghai, waiting for my flight to AMS had to clear immigration (why?) and go through another TSA screen, items that were allowed onboard in Osaka were refused on a second screening.when i asked to break the items that were confiscated (my cigarette lighter being the most egregious) the little apparatchik took my boarding pass and said if I wanted to do so I could do so back in the terminal and rejoin the line (in which I had already just waited for 40 minutes) compare this with the politeness of the Japanese experience, and you realize how much the surliness, aggressiveness , corruption and general thieving tendencies of government officials makes us despise PRC officials
缺點： The fact that I was not able to get on my flight because I didn't have a visa after I called the airline over a week before my flight to ask about it and they told me I didn't need one. They told me I would get a temporary 72 visa upon arrival in Fuzhou but when I went to check in this was not the case. Now they won't give me any money back for that flight or the one I had to buy to get home. It was their fault I was not on the flight and they won't own up to it. I will never fly with them and I will do my best to let others know that they shouldn't either
優點： The journey was smooth, the seat was comfortable enough. Food was decent.
缺點： I took 2 connecting flights back home, both flights were delayed by 2h and 1.5h respectively. No estimated new departure time was given, and the staff took very long (well after the supposed departure time) before they made an announcement for us to apologise for the delay. Service was mediocre. Half the time the crew was no where in sight, so it was difficult to ask them for something. When pressing the bell for service, they also took very long to respond. Once, when i had asked a steward for water, he was busy and told me to go to the back of the airplane to get it myself.
