缺點： Compared to Virhin Australia crew, Delta staff seem almost poorly trained in comparison. For example, Drlta crew don’t check your pass, don’t immediately move down the aisle to move along tourists busy discussing their seats and then line up for Boarding seems chaotic at best.
優點： Cabin crew were very nice. Food was okay, while the legroom was good too.
缺點： Delayed flight, but the email notification from JL was lacking the most important detail... The new take off time! It was 70 minutes later than advertised, but then delayed by another five minutes on top after a late take off.
優點： The staff were very helpful and professional. The air hostesses regularly checked if I was ok and showed concern when I wasn’t. They made what seemed a bad situation seem bearable.
缺點： The food was not very nice and the option I wanted had run out. The entertainment was faulty and had to be reset several times. The comfort was below standard and needs to be improved.
優點： - Crew was respectful and nice - Entertainment options were good. - Seats were good and comfortable
缺點： - Food was too less. Being a vegetarian, I had expected good amount of food. But it was only a few ounce of food like just given to taste it. I was hungry most of the time in flight. My second meal didnt even have any bread. And Desert (icecream) was never offered to me. Seriously, if I had known this, I would have packed my own food to board the plane. - The windows should have an option to close the pane. Sun was constantly on the left window (where I was seated) for the entire journey and even after fading the window, it was on my eyes most of the time.
優點： The free glass of red wine when the plane finally took off.
缺點： The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?
