缺點： HKE leaving from NON-HK airports don't seem to have as many options to give so they don't offer.

缺點： The light was delayed and we arrived in Chiang Mai at 11pm. We got penalty of late rental car pick up. And our hotel is a yoga resort so it a far in the mountain. We arrived at the resort at 2am and we had to wake everybody up and the driving was dangerous without street lights.

優點： Cheap but on time

缺點： My flight was delayed from 2230 to 2345. Further delay happened at the airport.

Basically the afternoon at Patong was wasted because we didn't arrive until after 5pm. Vietjet is renowned for this sloppiness and persistent delays.

優點： Doing its job to fly you on time with good schedule. For less than 1 hour flight that's all you need

優點： Staff was really nice and accommodating, giving us priority boarding for free because we have children

缺點： No entertainment option, even to pay for it.

優點： Service was fine. Charged 50 usd for 21kg checked baggage. Food and beverage was not complimentary during flight.
