優點： The food the service and flight was great

優點： The business class layout was very good. Seats comfortable with excellent cabin staff and the food and its presentation was A+

缺點： Hard to think of something here...possibly better movie selection and having to bus from plane to terminal... But that's about it!

優點： So cramped. Very uncomfortable flight.

優點： Service and polite staff.

缺點： Not much space between the seats for my long legs.

優點： Boarded on time; everything efficiently done; pleasant staff. Breakfast was not great - too sweet overall. Usually korean does well with food.

優點： The air hostess is very kind and helpful when she noticed that I was not well and she has offered me a honey lemon drink even I didn't request.

優點： Great service and a very friendly crew.

缺點： The food was ok, average and nothing special.

優點： Great service, plenty of leg room, exceptional staff. Toilets refreshed often. Will def fly again.

缺點： More detailed online infor for kids food. Australian fried rice varies greatly from korean!!! Potato crisp packets of chips would be a good snack option for kids instead of prawn crackers / brownies. Kids like plain stuff!

優點： The crew were competent, friendly and helpful. The back of seat entertainment was very good, with a lot of new releases. When the flight was delayed the pilot did come around and speak to passengers, which I appreciated.

缺點： The flight was delayed and we were not given any information about what was going on.

缺點： Broken video monitor on my seat and window seat. Ripped and dirty pockets on all the back of the seats in the row in front of me. Just a feeling of disrepair.

缺點： I hate the biscuits and water... really? On a 3hrs and 30 minutes flight. You guyz can do better

優點： Everything was perfect and most of all ON TIME Thank you Delta!

缺點： Plane was late taking off. Crew did not provide water when requested. They were busy with beverages that they could sell at a cost.

優點： Staff and flight were good

缺點： The chicken dinner was mediocre

優點： The friendliness of the crew

優點： Just the cabin crew being nice

缺點： Punctuality KLM is always late

優點： Klm's consistantly high standards in everything they do.

缺點： Nothing

優點： The seat was a little uncomfortable but the crew were amazing.
