An outstanding, well packaged apartment hotel
Adina Wollongong is well located. Close to the beach and great views, close to the CBD and immediately adjacent to a huge variety of restaurants. The staff were helpful and the room was a good quality for a very reasonable price. I loved the spa and sauna and wished I had more time to use it.
One small point, a minor amount of damage to the bedhead in the main bed. Just a matter of wear and tear, but it would be good to put right.
NIce stay in GREAT beach town
Visiting New South Wales? Don’t miss Wollongong! Such a perfect seaside town with a gorgeous beach, beautiful parks, and a nice downtown, and close to Royal National Park and Sydney. We loved it! The Adina is a hotel with apartments instead of hotel rooms. Ours was a studio with a microwave and fridge rather than a full kitchen, but it was all we needed for one night. Our room was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, though small, was bright and fresh – like new. We even had a balcony. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a small fitness room and pool, but taking advantage of the beachfront is a better way to spend one’s time! If all Adina Hotels are like this, one, we would definitely stay at an Adina again.
They charge for internet and parking, or you can get 30 mins. free internet in the lobby and park on the street (but watch the time limits).
