Clean up the hotel and pools washrooms
Comfortable and clean well situated and good food
A bit dated
I liked the pool very much and got in a good swim workout, a couple of times. No skin issues either on the saltwater pool.
Not much to dislike. The website could be better and acceptance of our visa for cash was not possible.
Location is good as its next to the light rail. Cost is definitely reasonable for the value. Food is regional but good and staff try to be helpful.
Although internet is free you have to login every day and then your bill shows a debit with an offsetting credit. Awkward. Sometimes their cleaning staff is not responsive and can be chintzy.
the pool is ok.
was really disappointed about this hotel. rooms are not clean, broken bed and chairs in mine. will not get back there the next time i will be in Jerusalem. not worth the room price.
Great place to attend conference and not far from the shopping center, but need a car or taxi to the city center. 30 Shekels don't pay more!
The garden is dilapidated compared to their neighboring hotel. Room service could be better. No free WiFi
