Friendly staff. Good price
Small and old elevator
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were very quick not only to provide maps, but talk you through sites and how to get there as well as suggestions on how to organize the entire stay.
The room was not sound-proof enough. I could hear everything going on in the lobby and hallway as if it was happening right next to me. I was awaken several times each night because I could hear the lift door down the hall, people moving in the hallway or talking in the lobby.
We enjoyed the location and friendly staff.
We had a room in the front side of the hotel, nice since we had a very light room, but at night sometimes a bit noisy.
Friendliness and cooperation of thestaff
Lack of a lounge or sitting-out area
The hotel was very reasonably priced for Rome and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It is also quite centrallly located a few blocks from Termini railway station.
Location Cleaning Staff
Clean and modern room and bathroom, with elevator up to 3rd floor. Pleasant staff, nice meeting you Jakob ! Within walking distance to railway station, also within walking distance to Santa Maria Maggiore where sight seeing Tour busline stops, very convenient.
Tray service for breakfast fine, but supply of food, juice and utensils a bit hap'hazard .
nice looking suites and conveniently located.
We had a lot of trouble with staff. We had to argue to get a second towel (with a 2-person reservation). The bed sheets were used previously, when we asked for new ones we were refused until we started getting upset. We had to change our own sheets and only received one pillowcase.
The hotel was very conveniently located within walking distance of the major atractions.
The staff did not speak any english. The continental breakfast in the room was very poor.
the room was ok, clean , but there was a lot of noise from workers in the morning. The staff wa helpfull, but did not speak english.
We orderd breakfast for 2, but the first morning there was only one of everything, but the coffee. And we did not get our breakfast the last morning, we said that when we cheking out and then we got some tickets for a cafe at the street.
