it is a good hotel,m very near to the city center and railway station. the only problem is its internet is awful, terrible, so if you want to use internet, I strongly suggest you change other hotels. except that, it is a good hotel.
very close to metro station, and easy to get everywhere.
Please do not say we have breakfast in the hotel. it was not a breakfast, there were only a cheese and bread. even there was not fork which we can use during your 'breakfast'. which is not a breakfast for me at all.
The staff was excellent, we recieved excellent directions as well as tips for visiting the city. The breakfast was also very good, it was fresh everyday. I highly recommend the cappuccino.
The room was quite small.
The Hotel Dolomiti is in a good central location, had a lift and the staff mostly spoke good English and were very helpful. We had breakfast included which was a bonus as the hotel was not overly expensive. It is not luxurious, but was clean and tidy, free wi-fi, but only one english speaking tv channel.
The location was excellent - about 5 minutes from the main train/bus station and an easy 20 min walk to all main attractions in the city. Staff were friendly and the room and otel was very clean.
The bed was not very comfortable, I only had a single room wit a single bed which may be why but could definatly feel some springs
Close proximity to Termini
Lift service poor, same building used for two other hotels, noise transmitted between hotels could not be controlled, doors very noisy on opening/closing and guests constantly on the move at late and early hours to connect with tour operators, etc.
Most Americans like to wsh with a face cloth (wash cloth). None were available and staff did not know what they were.
Very friendly and helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Well located for getting to all the attractions of Rome. Good continental breakfast and again, excellent coffee!
Building is being renovated so looks like a building site from the front. One of my friends whose (single) room was on the fourth floor did complain about noise from guests in other hotels which share the building. They were mainly teenage kids larking around.
Friendly staff, convenient location.
There was no reception/bar area to wait for people, my (single) room was a little nosiy at times.
Breakfast was very nice and pleasantly served.
Front desk clerks could not communicate at all in even minimal english.
A stay at Hotel Dolomiti places you in the heart of Rome, within a 10-minute walk of Via Nazionale and Via Marsala. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and coffee/tea in a common area.
