That every unit has a full kitchen.
Even though it looks nice a decent with your bare eyes but when you start looking into the details of things, this place is filthy. The bathroom tiles are dirty, showers are moldy, shower glass areas are not properly wiped down, bathroom is filled with dusts, and pillow cases were sticky (feel like the sheets and pillow cases were not changed. My entire family got bitten by something (we were not sure what it was) and we can clearly see the bug bites on our body. This is a time share place. They are super pushy and force you to go to their breakfast. Very rude people. I will not go back anymore and I do not recommend this place.
Nice resort; don't pay to upgrade
The resort was very nice! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Having our own balcony was an added plus. It was in a nice quiet location.
We upgraded our room primarily because I knew my husband would enjoy having a fireplace, but there wasn't much of a fire - there were tiny blue flames that could barely be seen around the logs.
I am sure it will be nice when it is done.
Help with our bags to our room never arrived, our shower was clogged for days, it was somewhat hard to find.
We stayed in the one-bedroom suite (74 sqm). Very large and comfortable room. Very well furnished and equipped (washing machine, dish washer, two wash-basin). Lovely jacuzzi at the bedside. Comfortable dining table at the balcony - had a nice breakfast there everyday. Great location for Napa trek
Walls are too thin. Noises from upstairs and next door are not insulated at all.
Amazing spa. Great hotel, huge room and private balcony to enjoy coffee in morning or wine at night. Explore the property you will find many gems. Great location w/free shuttle to downtown napa.
Not a single complaint.
